Fantastic customer service! I recently moved here and had issues with a slow leak in my tires. I had previously taken it to another dealership and was told nothing was wrong. Wagner found the issue quickly through Express Lane and was able to fix it the same day. The communication I received regarding my car, as well as the customer service experience, was above and beyond what I expected. I will for sure be using this location for my routine care going forward, even though it is a bit of a distance from my house. Thank you!

While I know a little bit about cars, I know I can trust the service department to keep my car in tip-top shape. The staff are friendly and do a great job of making sure they warn of upcoming problems or maintenance needs whenever possible. Ill never shop anywhere else for a car.

This has been the best experience in buying a car for us. I had been to other dealers including some Subaru dealers and I wish now I had found this place first. Samantha Reader was our sales person and was really outstanding. A 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. She was very patient and kind in explaining the features and functions of the vehicles. I would definitely recommend her. We purchased the Subaru outback. If it can live up to its billing then Subaru as well as the dealer will get 5 stars. We try to take great care of our vehicles so I think we will be fine. Good luck on your next purchase and definitely give Wagner Subaru a try.

5/5 stars for a great sales experience with Will and a vehicle that I LOVE. 5/5 for every time I have had to take my vehicle in for service, or had to call service with a silly question (how do I change kPa to psi?) and only ever being met with support and patience. And now I can add a solid 5+/5 for going above and beyond my customer experience. I was in a rush and locked myself out with keys sitting on my chair and my closest ride being 45+ minutes out. He was extremely helpful in comparing the vehicles we were looking at and even sent us home with information on the different trim levels we were considering. When time came to come back and make our purchase, Shawn went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted and even made a dealer trade to get us the options we preferred. We had an incredibly easy experience with Susan a few weeks ago! The last time we bought a Subaru back in our hometown of Alabama last year, it took 3 hours to finally get the keys. We did our test drive, talked about the price, and signed the papers in about 40 minutes. They were efficient and we had no issues. We will be coming back for our next car! Most disgusting behavior I have ever seen. They quoted over $1000 for a key replacement. Then we found a locksmith who was able to do it for $300. Knowing that they will not be working on the car they disconnected all the wiring underneath the seat so the locksmith is not able to program the new key and they hoped we would crawl back to them. Lucky we found the lost key and figured out the wiring was all disconnected. This was all done to a 16 teenage kid who knows nothing about cars. What a shame. The service team was rude and unprofessional right off the bat. Take your business somewhere with integrity.

Hands down the best car dealership experience Ive had. We worked with Lee, and throughout the process he was honest and upfront with us, without any high pressure sales tactics. The fact that you only work with one person throughout the process makes the whole experience a million times better as well. No finance manager trying to pressure you into products you dont need. In the end, we purchased a 2020 Outback, and have been very happy with out purchase. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I couldnt recommend Wagner enough.

Lee was a great salesperson. But when issues and questions came up, managers were nowhere on site because they were on 2 hour lunches. It took two days before Lee could get back to me on one question (no fault of his).I recently took my car in for a recall. When it was finished, the interior of the car smelled like gas for a few days and things I had stacked neatly behind the driver seat were messily tossed behind the driver seat.Also, when I had the recall completed, I had them perform an oil change. Apparently the oil change was part of a package (which is fine) that included a tire rotation. I told the guy who checked me in I didnt want the tires rotated because I had just had them done by someone else. When I got the car back, they were rotated anyway.Im glad most everyone else had a good experience. I didnt and couldnt recommend buying (due to management) or servicing my car at this location.The few car sales people I interacted with were amazing. 5 stars to them.

Yours was the 4th dealership that we came to. On the ride over I was telling my husband that I could set up a dealership more user-friendly than those three we just visited. Then, we pulled up to your lot: Visitor parking was right in front and clearly marked, the inside was clean, easy to navigate and welcoming. We were greeted very warmly and I immediately got the feeling that Greg cared about why I was there. He listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and accommodated my test drive of two cars. No decision was made that day and when we came back, on Gregs day off, another associate took care of us like we were his customer and he knew we were Gregs. Nice teamwork! I also like the start to finish with one person and the negotiations were very smooth. I have been a real estate broker since 1982 and I know a little bit about customer care, marketing and closing. YOU all do it right and I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you for such a GREAT experience.

I just had a tire loose a bunch of air all at once but not go comepletly flat so I asked if I could plug my little air compressor in to put some air in to get it down to a tire shop but they said they didnt have a electrical outlet I could use. I have worked as a auto tech my whole life until I retired and if I ever treated anyone like that I would have been fired. People should care about people whose cars breakdown especially a car company that brags that Love its what makes a Subaru. These people didnt give a damn if I lived or died and they sure as hell didnt offer any assistance.

Our lease on previous Subaru was almost due and we were dreading going back to the Byers group after some negative experiences on other deals. I have never had a more pleasurable car buying experience. Both Mike and Susan were superb. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and straightforward. Susan took plenty of time explaining the Foresters features to Nanci. (pictured) Wish every car dealer did business the way that Wagner Subaru did. We drove past three other Subaru dealers to buy our Forester at Wagner, including a local place where we had purchased our two prior Foresters. Glad that firm wanted to play hardball over minor price differences (including charging more than the suggested price for the extended warranty) as if they had not, my wife and I would not have gone to Wagner. All I can say is wow! If you need a Subaru, new or used, at a fair price where you dont feel taken advantage of after the purchase, give them a call and take the trip.

I dealt with Greg via email and he was very responsive to any questions I had. Since the deal was already agreed on via email, my total time at the dealership was under one hour, which was nice (the majority of that time was in transferring the plates, since they were rusted on my old car). I did not finance the purchase, but it was nice to know that if I did, Greg would have taken care of all the financing work, instead of being passed off to someone else. I got a pretty fair deal and was happy with it. Thanks!

We would give more stars if we could, which is saying something towards a car dealership. We worked with Leonard from the used car lot, and he was awesome. He went above and beyond and communicated quickly with us. This is the example of the above and beyond experience Wagner Subaru provides:We decided on a vehicle but wanted one last test drive. Upon arrival, turns out that someone had backed into it and it had a large dent - only cosmetic. They were extremely apologetic and immediately took it to their shop to get fixed. We had not purchased it at this point so we decided to wait it out to see if it still looked the same after the dent was repaired. When finished, we couldnt even tell the difference. We settled on a price, with Leonard truly earning our business as he would say. We took it home, only to notice a rattling and a rough idle on the vehicle. We called them, they said to bring it by and theyd check it out. We took it in and they told us the problem and that it would be ready in several days. When ready, we went to pick it up and they explained what was wrong with it and what they had fixed, and said we were good to go - they essentially fixed the vehicle of things not included in the warranty for nothing. We have never had this sort of exceptional experience with anyone else, as many car places just want a fast buck and dont care what happens after you leave. We would purchase every other future car from here if we could.Thank you Wagner Subaru for being a trustworthy car dealership and providing such a good purchasing experience.

Ive been here multiple times for maintenance, oil changes, and more. Brian and his team are an amazing group of people that have your best interest in mind. Even the service techs are friendly and helpful with any random questions you may have. I have had awful experiences with different Subaru dealerships in the past but this location definitely makes up for the bad ones. I recently had major service completed and they did a bunch of work I asked them to not do. Luckily didnt have to pay for it. Also, they rotated my new wheels and tires and cracked one of my $300 wheels in two spots. I will now rotate my tires myself, since little care was taken when rotating mine.

I brought my Subaru in because I was having oil issues. It turns out it was an issue with my engine that had a warranty on it. I unfortunately was in the process of moving so I had to get it fixed elsewhere but at Wagners they helped me understand how to have the test to determine if the issue was qualified under warranty and they let me know specifically what to ask for and mention to have it taken care of properly at the Subaru dealer where I was moving to. Honest and reliable from my experience.

When I first brought my vehicle in I had full confidence I would be well taken care of and have a satisfactory experience, I was wrong. After the repairs were completed I needed to go back because the vehicle was running worse than when it started. I was told that the car was not a total loss but needed a very expensive repair, so I took it to get a second opinion which they gave me a completely different solution. I called back and was on the phone with the manager Wayne and he was unable to give me a solution to fixing my vehicle. During the duration of my conversation with Wayne I was hung up on twice and not welcomed back, I was treated with no respect or customer service and was blamed for the issues while none of my questions were answered. I simply wanted my car repaired, not to be mistreated and given the run around.

The sales strategy here is great. There is no pressure from the staff to buy a car. They give you space and almost never approach you unless your body language tells them that you are in need of assistance. Requests to go for a test drive are simple and quick. Absolutely positive experience on all accounts. Met Susan on Sunday (you were closed, she wasnt) and that was the beginning of the best vehicle buying experience weve had. Susan was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and made us feel like her top priority. I believe we were. We love our new Forester and will recommend Wagner Subaru even if we are NOT asked.

My experience is limited with Wagner Subaru but the one I had was GREAT and I feel worth sharing. Im helping (that actually depends who you ask:) my mother get information on a new vehicle to possibly buy/lease. I wanted her to look at a Forester as it checked most of the boxes she was looking for. We just wanted to see one and maybe have her sit in one to see if it should go on the short list. We were approached by a sales woman after looking for a short while BUT in a different manner then everywhere else. Susan (dont have last name as Mom has card) simply asked if we had any questions or WANTED any help. I dont know her, I dont know if she sells a lot of cars, or how long she has been selling, but I wish more car (ALL) sales people were like her. ZERO push, answered questions in a great fashion, KNEW HER PRODUCT, and was cool with us just seeing & setting in the car. She even seemed to know the perfect time to say Take my card, take this brochure & information, thank us, and assuring us she would be available to help us any way she could.Wagner did have a interesting warranty program that sounded pretty good as well. I will update this review with pics, and more information when/if decisions bring us back to Wagner. If I was buying a Subaru I would make the hour drive to check out Wagner looking forward to a experience as positive as the one we had thanks to Susan.

We recently bought a car from Leonard, I e-mailed what we were interested in and by the time we got there the car was ready and waiting for a test drive. We were happy with the trade in value we got and he made the paperwork and process very easy. Will shop here again for the next car.

Simply the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Straightforward, didnt try to sell us anything extra, no haggling on price or sitting endlessly in a finance office. Just a test drive, a preapproval process over the phone, and then less than 10 minutes at the dealership to complete the paperwork. Susan had it all ready when we got there so we just had to sign. Car was clean and ready to go. So easy and stress free, and a great car too!!

The best experience Ive ever had buying a car! We purchased a 2017 Crosstrek in November of 2016 from Wagner Subaru from the salesperson, Robyn Zimmann. She made this one of the most stress free experiences ever. They had the exact version of the Crosstrek (Metallic Black with Black Leather Interior) that we wanted in stock and were super helpful getting us set up. Robyn was very friendly and laid back and did not try to pressure us into buying anything extra. She also took the time to show us how all of the technology inside the car worked. Recently we tried to use a coupon that had expired a few days earlier and the Sales Manager, Mike Reed, made a huge exception for us and still allowed us to use the coupon to purchase a roof cargo carrier for the vehicle. I am a small business owner in the Dayton area and Ive already recommended Wagner Subaru to many of my clients, friends, and family (my family owns a total of 6 Subarus), and would highly recommend you stop in and check out what they have to offer. I really enjoyed my experience. Chris was easy to work with and answered all of my questions and made sure I completely understood the details. He also took the time to program my garage door opener and phone to work with the car without asking, he just did it. I would definitely recommend Wagner Subaru to anyone looking for a car. Just bought my very first Subaru Outback a few weeks ago. LOVE THE CAR! LOVED THE WAGNER BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Mike Reed was so easy to work with! I really appreciated the no-pressure sales! EASIEST CAR IVE EVER BOUGHT! He had all the paperwork done before I arrived so all I had to do was look it over and sign it! What a change from past car buying experiences with other dealerships! Mike was so knowledgeable about the cars features and options! He took the time to show me each feature step by step on my new Outback! So helpful! I love being a first time Subaru owner! I would put my experience with Wagner Subaru at the top of the list -- a truly different dealership (in a good way), customer focused, much attention to detail, and important for me, the dealership is an outstanding community citizen that gives back to many local good causes and organizations.
