Service was quick and the items were prepared correctly. How the drive-thru is situated is a little bit wonky but it works. I ordered the pumpkin spice cold brew and the pumpkin flavor was not too strong and the sweetness was balanced. The staff was very helpful and did not rush me.

The person running the drive thru window at 10:20am 10/3/21 deserves a raise. That was beyond a textbook perfect experience.

Went here later in the evening, so I expected the staff to be tired and maybe grumpy, but the barista at the window was super friendly :) never been here before but I will definitely come back

Im sorry but this is the worst Starbucks around the area. I have given it many chances. Everytime I order a drink there it is never right. Never made like its supposed too. Salted Carmel cold brew never has the salt ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Latte today and it had no whipped cream.

This has become one of my favorite Starbucks locations. This morning I mobile ordered but accidentally ordered far away in West Chester. I didnt realize it until I was at the counter of this location. Bailey and Kira were sincerely friendly and very understanding. Before I could say anything else they asked what I ordered and started making it with no questions asked and gave me what I ordered. Awesome customer service and I am glad that it still exist. A big thanks to Bailey and Kira!

I went there this morning at 6:20 to try and get my coffee before work and I sat at the ordering machine for 10 minutes and nobody tried to take my order. Then I pulled up to the window and sat there for another 15 minutes and watched person after person walk by and just ignore me like I wasnt even there. Highly unprofessional. I usually go there every morning at 6:20 and get my coffee right away but after 25 min of waiting today when there was nobody in line but me I will not be returning there.

Best Starbucks in the area. All the drinks always taste amazing, fast service, have never had an issue with any of my orders here. Hardly ever out of ingredients.

This location is definitely one of the smoothest operating Starbucks in my local area, the employees are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to create a welcoming experience.The drive thru line moves quickly most days/times, even during their busiest hours.

I dont really care for Starbucks but my wife loves them. We came to this Starbucks over others because of the baristas here. She finds them to be particularly friendly, energetic and helpful. 4 stars on account of my wife.

This location has one of the best seating areas around but sadly due to covid its been closed on the inside. The downside to this location is theres always a line they do a good job of getting you through it though.

Dont believe they used sugar free syrup...get same drink all the time and could not finish...blood sugar reaction.

Easy breezy drive through experience. I only needed two drinks - one coffee and one water. I waited a tiny bit at the window for my order and the gentleman working there immediately apologized profusely. No need! It was all good. They got me everything I needed and I was on my way. Super convenient location considering how close it is to home and to our Kroger. I’ll be back!

Drinks were excellent, prepared quickly, and barista was super nice and cheerful.

Customer service is terrible and the employees are rude! They never post their hours correctly except the drive thru. So when you’ve waited in line for ten minutes and you drive up at 2:02 pm they say “we closed at 2” and that was it. There was a whole line of people behind us, and the person in front of us got to order. Ridiculous.

They will help u if u need it.. but watch out, their drive true traffic is horrible and blocks other businesses.. but over all experience is good.

I just wanted to say that I love going to this Starbucks almost every morning. The service has always been spectacular. I love seeing my usual baristas and the excellent costumer service they provide. I do see that some people have experience long wait times at one point or another. I have a few times as well, but this has always been to new baristas just starting. It never bothered me because it takes time to learn. Just be patient because life is too short to get mad over a beverage.

I walked in & ordered. There was no line but it seemed the staff put all the mobile orders ahead of walk ins. I was there 16 minutes & my egg bites got cold because I was waiting for my drink. The only one who apologized was the young man that gave me my drink. All others seemed to not care about my wait time & my ordered drink. They just wanted to get the mobile orders made.

This is an excellen Starbucks! It is much larger than the other Starbucks I have been in. It has nice decor and lots of places to plug in your various devices. And it has a lot of space which is really nice because you can sit there working on something and not feel like theres tons of people crushed up around you.the service is always good and I think its faster than the average Starbucks, too.

Convenient location. As with most Starbucks, there can be a wait at the drive through during the morning rush, but good coffee as you would expect to find from Starbucks.

This is, by far, the best Starbucks I’ve ever frequented. I go almost every day (Hey, I could be spending my money on hard drugs rather than deliciously overpriced coffee — don’t judge.) and the baristas know me by name, my drink order, and what food I sometimes get. (Next level basic, I know...) They’re funny, kind, courteous, and the drive thru is usually really quick, even when there’s a bit of a line. Honestly, part of the reason I keep coming back is just because they put a smile on my face as I head to work.

Ordered a double smoked bacon and egg sandwich in the drive thru, waited 6 minutes for it and was given a plain egg sandwich. No receipt and didnt realize it until I got to work. At least my coffee was great.

We went on the afternoon of 12/24 and it took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru. We went on the afternoon or 12/26 and thought maybe they would be quicker inside...still took 15 minutes...and all we ordered both days were two ice coffees with no cream or sweetener. They had five people working today. How is this even possible. Slowest...Starbucks...ever....

Perhaps as they get more settled in, they will have more menu items in stock.Update (7 months later) : service is still phenomenal. I just dont know that Ill be able to return. This is a fairly new Starbucks. Lots of great space for studying or groups. The staff is very friendly. This is a very popular location and they often run out of specialty drinks or food on the weekends.

This location is 9/10 very friendly, completes your order in a timely manner and rarely messes up the order and if they do mess up on the order they are quick to make it right. This store also makes the process of Starbucks mobile order feature a smooth process. Another good quality is if youre a procrastinator like I am they are patient and willing to help.

Never have anything on their menu!! NEVER! They literally “run out of” everything before 12noon. Even the ingredients for the drinks. Being as Starbucks is a HUGE company, this store should be more than aware of their overhead and be stocked accordingly. ALOT of people would like to enjoy this place past Noon. Pretty much impossible at this particular location. I would recommend going to any other locations, and not this one on Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd.

I tried the white chocolate mocha frap definitely worth it it was really good the gentleman that took my order was nice the other workers did not seem to enthusiastic maybe a long day for them I will be getting this drink again

But this new one that just opened up on Dayton Yellow Springs Road is so slow it has made me late to work twice. Ill skip past it for now and go to a different one. Maybe try again in a few months.

I order here very often and enjoy coming into the store to study, but this Starbucks plays their music very loud, almost to the point where its distracting to talk on the phone. Other than this, the staff are incredibly good and friendly!

For a place that is so proud of their coffee you would think you should be able to go to any of them and not only get whats on the menu but get it the way you want it not messed up every time And then they act like its your fault and youre being rude because you said something but it was clearly marked on the ticket

I went through the drive thru this morning at 11:16 am an I ordered a psl iced with almond Milk an received hot regular hot psl latte. This is the second time it’s happened to me.

Hit the drive thru, iced caramel macchiato delicious as usual. Had both dogs in the car, getting dog whips. All employees were very attentive, and showed LOTS of love to the pooches. Good Customer (Dog) Service!

Not a fan of Starbucks in general for a variety of reasons. Overpriced is a start. Were blessed to have 2 local coffee shops in Holmes County, Ohio that Id rather support anyway without all the political junk.

Baristas during the day are generally friendly. The evening ones arent so. I dont think the racial bias training worked for this store branch! I noticed how these evening guys treat customers differently.Update: it seems like someone has been reading the reviews. There has been a drastic change lately in how the staff has been treating the customers! So Im changing my rating from 2 to 4.

This my home location and the Ladies & Gents are amazing, the mgr Devin leads an awesome squad and I wish them nothing but the best.Location is spacious with lots of outlets and lighting options, besides the occasional leak from machine place stays pretty clean.Frap suggestion VB Frap w/ Mocha & Carmel drizzle in and on top. Also garnish with Cinnamon Dolcé spice simply amazing.All in all just an amazing location, with the best staff in the area🙌🙌🙌🙌SincerelyMr. Pretty Please😂😂✌

Sunday July 22 18 noonish, The person taking my order at the drive through window was so nice and had the sweetist demeanor that it was remarkable. As I pulled away I said mostly to myself wow, My 7yo daughter said, Dad, remember to tip her!

Was there for the free Wi-Fi but love their Starbucks products as well.

I used to go to this location in the mornings when I lived in Fairborn and I loved it. It has never been very busy (like the Starbucks in Beavercreek), friendly staff, updated video intercom and they also sell Nitro Cold Brew (which is fantastic). Plus its near Kroger, other restaurants, gas stations and the highway.

This store is recently opened and has beautiful finishes throughout. Its a spacious Starbucks location with plenty of seating and available power outlets if you bring your devices. The staff is friendly and efficient. This location serves Nitro Cold Brew which is an interesting item that isnt at many locations. Its a good reason to sit and linger. Enjoy it in the cafe, in a glass, and sip leisurely as this is undiluted cold brew served Ive cold but without ice. The tiny nitro bubbles give coffee a whole new experience. If youve ever had a Guinness at a bar and you like coffee, youd probably enjoy a Nitro Cold Brew.
