Today (9/16/2021) I went to this Sherwin-Williams store to buy some paint. At the counter, I asked the person whether or not she was vaccinated. She replied that this was a personal question, and I left. I assume that she was not vaccinated, and for people serving the public, this is not personal. It is life or death. We are living in troubled times, and people are acting like simple medical procedures are trampling individual liberties. Really?

I thought I was informed and equipped to paint my two exterior doors. But the salesman/manager told me no need to prime the door. WRONG! The door had been painted in oil, I was applying RESILIENCE latex. Results: CATASTROPHE! I returned to the store the next day with pictures of what looked and felt like a pimply basketball surface. I was given new paint, a stripper and I bought a primer. Then I started all over again. The results...BEAUTIFUL! Lesson learned: ALWAYS PRIME! AND USE SHERWIN WILLIAMS. Good product and great personal assistance.

I have purchased a fair amount of paint from this location for investment properties. I went in Saturday and asked the employee to look up my account to figure out what 2 colors of paint I previously purchased. Immediately he was irritated that he was asked to perform customer service. He found the first color and proceeded to tell me it would be too long of a process to find the second color. I stood in line and waited for this? He also told me there is no paint that has primer in it. I really hate it when people waste my time. I left there empty handed and purchased several gallons of paint at Lowe’s. That will be my new paint store.

This is always my go to place for paint, wallpaper and supplies, quick friendly and knowledgeable.

Wanted empty pint paint can. Only had quarts. But service was really nice and the clerk looked hard for pint cans.

Outstanding support from everyone who works there! Great paint at a great price. I used to go to other stores; however, their service and paint quality is not nearly as good as the Fairborn Sherwin-Williams Store. This is the only store I will now buy paint from.

A little on the expensive side for the painting supplies they carry. Ok for quick trips to save the drive to a bigger store. In my opinion, the paint quality is comparable to the options you can find at the bigger stores, but its more expensive.

The staff did a great job. My paint matched exactly. We are really pleased with the quality of the paint. This was the second room in month to paint and had purchased all from the same Fairborn, Ohio store.
