I tried one of those free exam buy one lens get second free, dont bother, due to experience refund is not negotiable. Great service! My granddaughter needed new glasses because they were popping out frequently. There was an excellent variety of different frames. The customer service was also extremely well, Jessica was the very nice lady who got me great deal. Highly recommended!

Update!Though my first experience purchasing glasses was a little rocky, the customer service here is seriously top notch!! I have been completely blown away with the effort and genuine concern of the management and floor staff resolving the issues. I think the staff displays remarkable enthusiasm for improvement and I am extremely happy to recommend this location to my friends and family! I will definitely shop here again!!

Very easy visit the staff were wonderful and i was able to be helped immediately.

Every staff member was very nice and pleasant to talk to. They all knew what they were doing and were very familiar with the technology they use each step of the way. Ive gone to places that are disorganized and the people really dont want to be there but the employees at the Fairfield Lens Crafters are the exact opposite! I was even able to have my new pair of glasses made in 1 hour! And my other pair only took a week. Not every pair will be like that, but it definitely beats having to wait 3 weeks like Ive done at previous places. They also had a really good sale on certain glasses so thats why I was able to buy 2 pairs without really hurting my bank account.

Had a great encounter at the LensCrafters in Fairfield. The staff was very helpful, cheerful, and engaging, and the price was $250 less than the previous optician I sat down with.

Terrible customer service, very rude. My husband had an appointment, I was looking at the glasses, in a very terrible rude way she told me to put the glasses in a basket because I touched them. I didnt know about that, I totally understand but, theres a way to talk people. My husband took the eye exam because we are already here but, this is the last time in this place.

Amazing customer service!

I just walked in at 5:55pm on 6/18/2020We asked the girl that opened the door if a mask was needed she replied its preferred which means not mandatory. So why would she than continue to walk to the desk with me and keep pushing the issue. When I looked around the room I realized theres a white lady in there too. With no mask. Im Mexican so its mandatory for me to wear a mask. But not the white lady? This employee refused to give me her name and refused to let me me report this.

Service is slow and workers stand around talking. This is with an appointment. Nice glasses though!

My experience here has always been great! Usually spend anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour depending on what Im here for. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I needed my glasses repaired today. The saleswoman was very professional and just as nice. Didnt have a problem the last time either. Definitely show up at the slower times to avoid waiting for service. I saw this place averages 2 stars but not for me.

4 months ago I broke my glasses, and needed replacements so I went to lenscrafters, there prices were high, I paid 450.00 for the pair, maybe I should have paid the extra 25.00 for the insurance, but thought Im already paying more than my budget....So now its 4 months later and I notice on top of the Rim that the scratch resistance lens is chipping away (it was poor workmanship) they say the only thing I can do is buy new lenses at a 50‰ off. Seems to me that this should be under a workmanship warranty, they said I should of bought the insurance,. ..(poor customer service)I will never ever go to this place again and pay that amount 500.00 for a pair of glasses again.. This really errks me off that they wouldnt work with me, the glasses were only 4 months old,I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THAT HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.... AND CHEAPER GLASSES...

Expensive. The lenses alone were an eye watering 400 plus and that wasnt top of the line options and using a lens crafter -- not designer frame.So even with the best PPO insurance I ended up out of pocket over 250 dollars. Its almost as if the cost of the lenses just increases above what your insurance covers. Would I have paid the same out of pocket without using insurance? Maybe get the cost THEN tell then you are using insurance.They also never address the cost until you are entirely bought into frames chosen, etc. You want to ask early what the range of lens cost is. You also want to compare to Costco.I also was a bit disappointed to see the frame selection was not much different from Costco.On the plus side the exam seemed more thorough and the equipment more modern than e.g. Costco and they explained the results nicely. But then they are charging more....Shop around if you can.

Excellent Customer service from the entire staff and management!

I get anxious going to the eye doctor, dont know why, but Dr. Bostwick made me feel at ease and actually excited about my eye exam.

This is one of the worst Lens Crafters Ive visited. I tried to call to change my appointment and 20 minutes of hold, no one to help me. I tried to call again and now they just dont answer their phone. Its frustrating dealing with a business that dont care about customer service.
