This is probably the utmost amazing coffee shop I’ve been to. I’ve been to coffee shops from Michigan to Florida and everywhere in between. Nothing compares to the environment, aura, people, moods, and over all experience like here. We came in with 9 people. Each of us got a completely different drink than each other. Other customers came in and ordered too. In less than 10 minutes, we had all of our drinks AND multiple other customers had theirs too. Everyone’s drinks were fresh, full of flavor, and above all expectations.To the three staff we seen there. Thank you so much! You’re the best.

First time there and the people were super nice and my drink was good. I got a strawberry shortcake but it tasted mostly like caramel. Theres no sitting area so my friends and I sat outside luckily the rain had stopped and it felt okay

Great coffee but I would change to using a customers name when order is ready. I had waited 15 mins when a recent customer almost grabbed my coffee. Just be better complete service

Chill spot and location for brew stop. Definitely has a loft feel to it with the couches and eccentric decor. Like the fact that it is in rural area of town rather then busy street. Lots of coffee combos and some unique snacks. I got an oatmeal cookie that was tasty and the Avalanche frappe.

Very cool spot. Got a great coffee beverage and some neat merch (they have a ton of cool options - mostly shirts).

Try the mudslide and you will be beyond surprised. Unbelievable and I had the sugar free white chocolate...the best tasting coffee..and eating a praline that is home made. It doesnt surprise me that this place is packed

Poor customer service. My first visit. Was not greeted when I walked through the door. Waited in line for a few minutes. “ Regulars” walked in and were greeted. They were also waited on before me even though I was waiting first. My first and last visit. I will not be back.

Cute coffee shop. Good place to meet for a study session or quiet place for conversation. The cofee is fairly good. Nothing extraordinary. Teens pretty much run shop behind the counter. Most are pretty friendly, but a couple have bad attitudes. Nothing shocking there. Lol. Prices pretty standard for coffee. Open later than the other cafes in town. Beats Starbucks on atmosphere and taste!

Its a nice coffee shop, I asked for honey and they put some lavender thing in it, which was good but I just wasnt expecting that flavor. Still great coffee though. Vibe is great as well

Puts every single franchise coffee place to shame. Phenomenal coffee and phenomenal staff at really good prices. Frozen mocha is my personal favorite from here and it always hits the spot no matter the time of day.

The coffee was delicious. When I visit non-chain coffee shops I am always so nervous and dont know how to ask for what I want but the batista was nice and patient with me while I stumbled through my order!

Coffee favorite! I love the Mudslide with Coconut Milk with a Salmon Bagel 😍If they are super busy, order a cold drink if you need to get out fast, hot drinks gets a little backed up due to just the time consuming nature.

Dont let the funky aesthetic turn you off. This place serves some of the best coffee Ive ever had. Isnt even in the same league as the franchises.

Love the Coffee Loft! The baristas are so friendly and accommodating! Have been a regular since I moved to AL two years ago. Always look forward to greeting the staff and enjoying the delicious caffeinated beverages.

My new favorite coffee place ever. The inside is so nice, the employees are great, and the coffee is perfect. The salmon bagel is also my new favorite thing there. They have a lot of options. Ever time I go, i try something new, and each time it is just as great as the last! I suggest this place to all my friends!

I was disappointed with my visit. I come here all the time and the employees are very friendly and nice and it’s a great atmosphere, but today one of the employees was very rude to me. I made a call ahead order because I was in a rush and when I got there I went to the front like I always do, but I was told that I needed to walk around and when I told them I had a call ahead I was told they didn’t care and I still needed to walk around.

The salmon bagel is my favorite. Be sure to mask up before you enter. Try the lavender honey latte. Yum. ☕

Coffee loft is a great place to get coffee or study or hang out it has a very pleasant esthetic the drinks are really nice the menu board is actually really Pretty and pleasant to look at theres also different seating areas and couches in certain ones there is to restrooms they are relatively small however they are clean and the food here is also good if you wanna get some breakfast food I havent tried any lunch type deals but the bagels are really good I suggest the salmon one highly recommend for friends and family

Wont go back.It was an interesting experience. Ive driven by many times and really wanted to try it. Parking was a pain, and walking in I was hit with the smell of mold/mildew and cleaning solutions. A bit off-putting, but okay. They do take Covid seriously inside, signs pointing where to go that seem to be a mere suggestion that people may or may not follow, and extra space between you and the employees. Menu looks amazing, like a candy shop for the caffeine addicted. Staff was not friendly, but rather abrupt, on the cell phone, or unwelcoming. The coffee... was bad enough to make me cry. I selected one of the lattes, and they did it with whole milk and extra foam, but either used the dregs from someone elses espresso or forgot the coffee altogether because it tasted more like a flavored milk steamer than a latte. The frozen coffee was just as bad, a hard slush that had more resemblance in taste and texture to cake batter than a frozen coffee. Once again the coffee part being forgotten. No place to sit.

Medium Frozen 41 with almond milk...we start our vacation days with this frozen treat!! Their breakfast bagles hit the spot as well! Their music selection makes the wait go by easier...the music is always at a perfect volume!

Ive been going here since they first opened their doors and have never been disappointed!!! Its laid back and cozy...theres a reason why theyve been open this long and still going just as strong as ever!! Everything Ive tried here is amazing...but my absolute favorite is the 9 3/4 which you can choose either hot or frozen...Im addicted to the frozen!!! Its so good! From day one, the employees (baristas) have all been so sweet and just as laid back as the shop 😁. Whats not to love?!?!

The Coffee Loft is a very unique restaurant and coffee house. It offers foods and drinks of many types. Some are called by clever names. They offer hot and cold drinks, various eats both on the colorful chalkboard menus and sitting on the counter in plastic wrappers. Many handmade. If you have your own loose leaf tea and diffuser they sell a large cup of hot water for just a quarter. Otherwise they sell single serving tea bags from a prominent tea distributor. There are comfy couches and a rocker not to mention the tables and chairs for your tired selves.Art decorates the walls and ceiling of The Coffee Loft, where people of all walks of lifeCome to read, study, paint and look at the books provided for children. The frozen coffees are soo good. Very different and has a lot of options to choose from. Highly recommend to anyone.

Covid procedures are excellent, and great coffee. Unfortunate how many selfish patrons were not wearing masks. All the staff were, and social distancing directions clearly posted.

Awesome caffeine product and VERY improved service. Parking is limited... low oak limbs in rear need to be trimmed, and hedge along side rear entrance overgrown with vines. 30min maintenance would make ingress & egress much less stressful!

Quick service and friendly folks all around. A large variety of coffee and you can customize it just about any way you can think of.

This is the best little coffee shop around. Because of its popularity it stays fairly busy. The barista‘s are the best around and will custom make anything you want and don’t have to adhere to a strict menu. I love the quiche for breakfast and their pastries are fresh and tasty.

I had a blended iced coffee in one of their fall flavors, blood orange and dark mocha! The flavor combination was very creative for a coffee drink. It did not fail to deliver.

Coffee loft is probably the best place in Fairhope for coffee. Especially for lattes or specialty drinks. Has great energy, fun atmosphere, and a very friendly, quick moving staff. If youre visiting Fairhope for the first time, definitely check it out, and make time to lounge while you sip your coffee.

Cookies and Cream ice coffee is awesome. There service is always good. Very attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Great coffee just like you want it.

Not a bad experience, it’s got its got a cool vibe, but honestly was not impressed with my latte, I got a mocha latte, which they only had dark mocha and not regular mocha, but there was too much froth and could have been considered a cappuccino at that point. I have a pretty good bit of experience making lattes, so I guess I had high expectations, but I’m not downing, just constructive criticism that’s why I’m leaving a 5 star.

I had never been to the Coffee Loft until today and I will be back! It is so important to support your local businesses and this is one you should support. The employees are very friendly with great service and good coffee as well.

This place is a gem. Wonderful drink combos, snacks, and a great atmosphere. The warm staff are always welcoming. We literally travel 45 mins for coffee at the coffee loft.

Better smoothies and iced coffee than a few places weve been to during our trip to Fairhope! Worth the drive.

This place is Amazing! I had a Caramel Macchiato and a Ham Egg and Cheese Bagel. Delicious! Was able to sit and enjoy WiFi. Loved the music choices that were playing while I ate. While I was there I heard The Cure and Echo and the Bunnymen. Two classic faves of mine. Will definitely go back again.

Such an unique place.... with such wonderful drinks. If you stop by and the parking lot is packed I would suggest parking a block away and walking there because it is soooooo worth it.
