This place is the worst. Nobody cares nobody answers the phone. I was on hold for over 45 min and still nobody picked up! This place should have gone down way before rite aid. Don’t use them! Walgreens is more busy and will answer and be helpful

Staff is not considerate to customer needs. Rude!

Chronically understaffed.

The pharmacy technicians are rude, un professional and have zero empathy. They were under staffed and because of it had major attitude with patients. One pharmacist treated a Veteran like garbage. Ive never witnessed such disrespect or foul customer service. Zero stars

CVS on Greeno has been my pharmacy for 5 years. Each year I have seen the customer service and friendliness improve. The five stars from my experience is well deserved!

The lady with the red hair at the register is so sweet. Just returned a shampoo that leaked on her counter & shr apologized bto me. Just very nuce.

TERRIBLE Pharmacists on staff. Particularly Katherine Wade, who, to no surprise has multiple poor reviews. Very rude and goes out of her way to be unhelpful. She’s caused a lot of stress! I’d rather pay more elsewhere to not have to deal with the people at this pharmacy. It’s a joke.

The pharmacist Katherine Wade is always extremely rude and disrespectful when our staff at the office calls regarding patients. When trying to explain doctors order to her she would not let me get a word in, plus she hung up on me when I called back to ask her name. There is always a problem with Katherine when doing business, She is AWFUL.

The female with with the braids on her head that works the pickup counter of the pharmacy is very rude. I will never go back there again.
