I am giving 2 star only because t mobile has been good for me for a 7 years or else 1 star or less if there was any. I went there to ask about the new plan and upgrade a phone if the plan fit on what i am looking. I didn’t get the information about the new plan online. Once i asked the associate there,he simply went on behind the table and start looking to upgrade. I asked him, i want to see the comparison of new plan and my current one first. He told me that the difference is price and speed and look online you will see all the comparison of plan when I clearly saw a plan comparison paper on their table attached. Plus, Look online, really? If I wanted to work online, I wouldn’t have come to store and definitely we don’t need store if everything is in online.I went to that store because I couldn’t find more information online.Just take the store out seriously if the associates are responding like this.Not coming to this store anymore.

By far the best customer service I have received. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and fast. Giomara is very knowledgeable, provides great customer service, attentive, and great at multi- tasking. I am beyond impressed, thank you T-mobile for having great staff aboard in this area.

Came into the store just a little after 7pm to sign up for a new plan. I was asked if I wanted a new phone which I denied as I was planning to use my existing phone. At this point I was told the process would take over an hour (they close at 8pm) & they also do not have any phones or sim cards. It seemed like they didn’t want to help because I wasn’t buying a new phone with the plan. Additionally the worker that was working at the store was rude and unprofessional.

By far the best sprint store I’ve been to. Went in the first time looking to get a new phone and Stephen was very helpful. Ended up ordering a phone that had to be delivered to the store. Got a call a few days later saying the phone was in. This time Gia and Wendy helped me out and got my new phone set up. They were beyond nice and helpful. Will definitely go to this sprint store from now on. Thank you!!

Brought my phone in with a glitched screen that wouldnt respond. The two employees there were very quick to help, rebooted my phone, showed me how to fix it myself it were to happen again, and answered a couple of other questions. No sales pitch, no stress. Very polite and pleasant. Such a nice surprise compared to previous experiences at other sprint stores over the years.

Great store

The manager was very nice and helped spent a lot of time helping me activate and transfer my phone number at a inexpensive price (30$). She even drove to another store to get me extra SIM cards and absolutely sure my service was working.I would especially recommend this store for elderly who cannot easily navigate the Sprint website.

I came in 2 days ago looking to get a silver iPhone X max and the lady had the audacity to lie to my face that there wasn’t any & that they only had gold. & that IF I wanted silver the closest location would be RICHMOND.Luckily I left to get money and called the Baileys crossroads location for the silver iPhone WHICH THEY DID HAVE. So a young man got his commission thanks to her :) . NEVER coming to this location again, lost my business.

The SLOWEST customer service I’ve ever seen :)

This place for service is the worst! Do not go! you have to wait almost 45 min for service. becuase there is only one person working on the whole store. Also, they do bot help you with your issues and only say.. just call cuatomer service or send you to another store.. the worst part is that once they send you from this one to another. Once you get to the one they sent you.. from that store they send you back to the one you were before..... like... hello... waste of time
