This place is next door from were I work and kept seeing a lot of high end washers and dyers in there back lot, well my 12 year old LG decide to call it quits . The owner of this place is great and he sells high end appliances at a great price, and he tests everything he sells,and he let me watch the unit I choose to get tested and all check ✔ out perfectly got it home and this beauty hums and very happy with Alpha Star and there staff funny guys.

I found a top of the line 39 decibel Samsung Dishwasher here in excellent condition for roughly 1/3 off the price of a new one. They have a ton of inventory! I’ve been waiting on my fridge from Nebraska for 2 months and wasn’t expected to receive it until February. Alpha star had the exact fridge in stock and $500 cheaper, brand new, with next day delivery. Very pleased with their service! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for appliances

I just moved and I was excited to start decorating. Turns out it seems fun to decorate your home until you realize matching things together is hard especially rugs! I have looked around a bunch of places for quality rugs but nothing beats Alpha Star. Mo helped me pick out a gorgeous rug. I just showed him a picture of my living room and he was able to help me pick out a couple of rugs that would complemented my home. Our Refrigerator went out and we shopped here....because my son had used them about a year ago and had very positive experience! Salesman was helpful and knew his stuff❗️ Price was right❗️ Delivery was great and super nice guy. You should shop here before you go anywhere! This was easy and actually not a beating like most of my appliance shopping experiences!

Definitely a large selection, but many of the items found there could be found new at a better price, especially during sales events. Cant say there are not some diamonds Im the rough here. Good possibility you may just get lucky so dont give up on looking here.

Come here before going anywhere else, The people who work here are very kind. And the prices are great 👍🏻 me and my husband were looking for a fridge before coming to alpha star ) but they were highly expensive and would not be ready until 2 weeks in other stores, but here in alpha star we got a good price along with a washer and it was ready the same day !! Now it’s my second time back, we got a dryer and a head headboard for our bed, also for a low price, customer service is super great here as well. I recently bought a Turkish rug from Alpha Enterprise and the quality is on very top of all the rugs in the market. The area rugs in the market is very thin and not soft enough but I found lots of kinds of rugs on this store which are thick, easily cleaned, eco friendly, and very soft at the same time. The seller is very friendly and delivered the rug on the date he said and also helped in pricing. The store is very convenient, near the intersection of President George Bush and 635 and not in a crowded place. Before him, I bought a rug from overstock.com and although I did not like it (it is thin enough to feel the ground) I could not return due to shipping costs but in this store I saw the product and ordered bigger size very comfortably. Strongly recommend to everyone.

I should not have bought a Fridge at Alpha Star. I wanted a Fridge for a rental unit. The ice maker never worked and three months later the Fridge didnt work. You only receive a one month warranty. The Fridge could not even be fixed. Never Again!!!
