I have had to return 3 washers and still have not had any resolution from them. Each time I have returned the dryer I have had to load it in the back of my pickup and return it, no consideration of how this continues to impact me. Lastly, they have some of the most rude and unhelpful delivery personnel. Best Buy you can do better.
Came to buy a printer, and there was a lady who helped me and my sibling pick out a printer and throughly explain how to take care of. She had a lot of patience explaining it to us!
Best buy always has what we need at a good price. The entire staff that we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Been going to best buy since the late 70s for TVs and appliances... the prices here are always competitive and they offer free delivery. Will continue to shop here for electronics.
Its a hit or miss here with electronic items. But can sure find great deals when the item are available. Bought my 50 TV from here and pleased.

These two locations worked in tandem to get me the earliest possible appointment for help with my laptop. Everyone was courteous and friendly even though the store was overwhelmingly busy. I brought two fairly old laptops for repair. The oldest simply was finished so they wiped it and recycled it for me. The other laptop was repaired and Im happily using it now. Applause for The geek squad.
I had a great experience coming here. When I came in looking for a laptop with my family we had no idea what to expect and felt like the wave of options was a bit overwhelming. Luckily we were greeted by a kind spanish speaking staff member who helped us out. We explained to him what we needed and he helped us find the perfect laptops for both my sister and I. Not only that but helped us find the best deal on them and how to get them that very day. I was very satisfied with this young mans communication and listening skills. I will definitely be coming back again.
Anthony was great help with choosing the right ear buds. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Always a plus when he saw us looking and asked us if we needed help and we didnt have to go look for help.

So glad I stopped by this location! Kyon (sp?) was incredibly helpful and kind. He kept looking until he found a solution to my needs, and found the equipment I needed. He patiently answered my many questions and was never once patronizing. If this is the kind of customer service they have at this location, I will definitely be back.
Not impressed. Especially with the no open policy until AFTER you buy. There are way better scratch and dent places out there like Two Brothers Appliances in Arlington...look em up!
Looking at electronics whiling hanging out with my spouse. The sample laptops all worked and I liked the pricing was setup from high to low on each station we visited it seemed. The televisions were of particular interest but pricing seemed pretty sporadic. A little difficult to understand which price was for which unit considering the size of the print on an ELECTRONIC price board. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. I would have liked more insight on open box items but our associate was not well versed in this area.
Love this best buy and has been a regular go to since I was a small child. Ive noticed that its kind of hard to find and get solid answers. The online shopping makes it a doozy also might be a bit easier.
I really dont remember the guys name that helped me but he was patient with me and very helpful in answering my questions!

Worst Best Buy to come to. They definitely don’t know what professionalism means. I asked someone to help me locate a product and they just pointed me at five different isles and expected me to find it. I also asked someone on a product and they told me just google it. Very disappointed and won’t recommend anyone to go there.

Got my RTX 3070 Ti, on time and as promised. Probably the best way to get a graphics card was through Best Buy, all other competition tack on un-needed accessories to run up the price. They have curb pickup, I chose to go in. Checkout was quick, young lady at the counter was polite and timely. Total time at store was 10 minutes.

I went to Geek Squad customer service today to pick up a laptop. At the time I wasnt decided in which one to choose. There was an employee that helped me extensively, and made me feel like I was cared for. His name is Jacob. He was kind, respectful, understanding of my situation, and was above and beyond at what he does. Employees like him really convince people to return again. Thank you very much, Jacob, and Best Buy for keeping employees like him.

This is Best buy outlet that I had never seen. Its an eye open experience to see so much returned machine in the hall and waiting for their next owner. I walked out with empty hands.

We went in to look at microwaves and did a detour to get help with my Apple Watch. The young lady was very patient resetting it. I now just need to connect it to the charger and download the new install.Lots of choices in microwaves, but we had to find one that fits the space of our present one. I’m picky about the touch pad. I had to make sure I could do a one minute touch.The biggest disappointment is we won’t be getting it until December…twelve weeks away.
Walked into the store with a very specific adapter need. The woman who helped me out immediately knew the two spots where it would be and walked me right to them. Very impressed. Price was a little bit higher than online, but I had it in my hand immediately. Will definitely return the next time I have that kind of need

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I had one issue and the first person I spoke with was relatively new. He immediately found someone who was able to assist me and solve my problem. Their locations are handy and have a wonderful product selection.
This is a great place to save money and buy open box electronics and appliances. It is located next to the Best Buy and weve actually walked back and forth to compare model. Some appliances you can see the dings and damage but there are some that are perfectly fine, no sign of damage at all from a customer return to be resold as open box. Weve purchased multiple appliances from this location. Pay extra for the delivery, its worth it. They usually call the day before to confirm the delivery time. Jeremy has a wealth of knowledge and information on the appliances and TV.
They sell products that are available at other stores. No surprise on pricing either, competitive pricing.. Their service and knowledge of products is terrible. Go there to buy but not to get info because you will be disappointed...

Second time we go to Best Buy for ink cartridge for our copier and again they did not carry in stock! Went to Office Depot and they were able to provide the product we needed to complete our printing job!
This is for overall best buy in general.They are scamming for best buy credit cards. I signed up for a bb credit card specifically to preorder a very expensive monitor that doesnt release for another 16 days from the time of this review. They immediately tried to charge my brand new account, and said it was unauthorized because I havent verified my credit card. The only way to verify my credit card is to have it physically in hand with the numbers on the card itself. Since they couldnt charge my account, they said they would hold the pre order for 24 hrs before canceling it entirely unless I update my payment information. They cancelled my pre order 21 hours later.Now the monitor I want is on backorder, I still dont have my credit card, and I opened a new credit line, effectively hurting my credit for absolutely nothing.

This location is huge and has plenty of room for walking. You have plenty of different options to choose from and if you need someone their is always a person around.

Had a curbside pick up of a decent amount of items, when they came out the worker handed it to me, mind you these are heavy and there is a lot. When I asked if he could provide me with bags so I can easily carry them he told me I could go inside and get it myself. What is the point of curbside? If I wanted to go inside I would.
This outlet got really good deal for open box electronics. May b missing some parts but you can always return with 15 days.
Have to say a little disappointed. Found what we were looking for online and they had one at Midway and LBJ in Dallas. They had a link for an Open Box option on line, I clicked on the link for Open Box and it again indicated 1 hour pick up at our local (Midway and LBJ) location. When we got there, I was told that while the site is misleading, the Open Box option was in Iowa. Well, thats a ways from Dallas,Texas. Sorry to say that the manager had nothing to do, say or otherwise about the situation. Been buying from them for years, including my Geek Squad annual coverage. Done with both. Poor Customer Service and misleading website. Been in the IT industry for a long time and have watched the quality of associates decline. What used to be a great resource for computers and knowledge has degraded into Sales Associates that can, it seems, at best read a website I am capable of reading for myself. Bought 3 Microsoft laptop/ tables and others for them last year. Well, at least for me 2021 will be very different from 2020 in terms of Best Buy.

Know what you need, or do the research and then go in store. This is not the place to seek advice. Clean location, decent variety of items, the “big selling items” are obvious and maintained with knowledgeable people. Mixed bag here though. Some items from early 2000’s are mixed in with the new. Some things “marked down” are simply regular prices else where. There are real treasures to be found here or some fool’s gold. It is an outlet after all.My Story: My husband went in to find resources to fix my family’s laptop. An associate told him what to buy with such confidence that my husband bought the item right away. He came home, and I read the item’s description and manual, and it was embarrassingly obvious that the item was not compatible with our laptop. My husband tried to return the item due to being misled and was denied. I have feeling our story is not the first or the last. Good luck to all the people working from home or having online class.

When I arrived a gentleman came up to me to ask if I needed help and when I was explaining to him what I was needing he said they didnt have it. He didnt offer any other options so I had to research it on my own. Whenever I found something I felt would work I had to wait for 15 minutes for somebody to help me to let me know if it would work. The customer service I would rate at a two. The store was not stocked well. Location is great.

Good afternoon I hope everyone is having a blessed day. I always like to start my experiences thanking God for another day on this Earth. And keeping us covered in the blood all the days of our lives. With all the stuff thats going on on this Earth we need some prayer. Im not ashamed to ask for it and I know I need prayer every day of my life. My experience at Best Buy was satisfied. I went in the store me and my husband and I had bought a speaker and also I need a charger for the speaker to charge it in my car but the charger was kind of expensive did I thought that it was too much at that price. So the sales person who was helping me and my husband when and checked online for me and saw it at a cheaper price that was very helpful for us. I end up not buying anything in Best Buy but the satisfactory that the young man showed me was very well pleased to us. Coming from a young person like he is he has so much patience and understanding with us. Every now and then I get someone from place to place tell act like theyd really dont want to help you and pointing to a section besides of taking you and help you and show you I think this very tacky. I feel like if a customer is in the store spending that money and needed some assistance help them and take them to what they are looking for not to point and show them by pointing across the other side of the building that is very very tacky to me. I am a well-known customer that have worked different places in different department always take time out if a customer need me and I go take care of them first that is what you supposed to do you dont want to lose customer cuz you lose money. So we were very satisfied and well please so thank you very much for satisfying up may God continue on keeping us safe and these times and also God bless yall hard working people and happy holiday season to all :-)
I love looking around Best Buy. I remember years ago when I used to go into a Best Buy they had product specialist. Now when you ask question they have to look up the answers on their phones. Have your salespeople be product specialist and be able to answer questions. Itll give consumers more confidence in a purchase.

So msny surprising finds! Even if open box, missing power cord & remote, staff is going to help with everything...new cord, remote, delivery, warranty. It only makes me wish I had reason to visit more frequently.
A fairly good store. We bought a refrigerator from them and had it delivered. Upon delivery we found out from the staff that the refrigerator was too big for the area that we were going to put it in and needed the counter depth which turned out to be the smaller size needed for our area as compared to the standard size which we had. So until the one they brought us was put back through the system we went without a refrigerator except the one in our utility room until then. After another process and some home issues we got the right refrigerator put in and had no problems. I however was not thrilled about not knowing this size difference originally and causing the original problem in the first place.

Purchased and out of box lemon LG washer Then was unable to communicate with the store because their phone system is disoriented meaning it disconnects you each time you call. Had to go all the way back to the purchasing store 30 minutes away to talk about the possibilities of exchange.

Once again, I cant with Best Buy. Went to 2 locations in search of a particular phone. We start the process to activate it, so I hand the lady my temporary ID. She couldnt accept it, even though thats what the state of TX gives ppl for a replacement. Of course I say, but thats what I was given. She hits me with the manager wont let me accept this. After Ive given her all of my Sprint info (pen etc) which should confirm that I am who I am. I just said okay & left. I will buy the phone from another source. They always act like they are the only store to get a phone from. I much rather pay more for good customer service any day.Edit* you can get the same hassle free deal on Samsungs site 😁

Went in to get a modem/router for at&t fiber optic... 2 there didnt have the slightest clue. stated things that were simply not true. did not know a damn thing about the products they were selling.

I worked at Best Buy for about three years in college. Since then? It’s become about the only place I buy appliances and electronics.The manager even leaves awesome notes on pickup items thanking us for our purchase. That’s good customer service.

Alot of products, Best Buy T.V. prices were too high. Went to another store nearby, same product $100 dollars cheaper. My advice is too definitely shop around.
