I want to thank Jesse the auto technician who fixed my vehicle front end and bumper. He made my 2012 Dodger Avenger look brand new and looked Awesome! He was detailed in his explanation of what he had done. Trina the office administrator was so nice, professional and explained the whole process and costs to me. Overall this caliber was fantastic and I will tell all my friends and family about the wonderful service I received.

My Ford Escape was involved in an accident y an uninsured mortarist recently.. Jesse, the repair technician was fantastic! He communicated through every step and helped ease my concerns about insurance and the process of repair. When parts were not delivered by the distributor he even went out of his way to go to other places and find them so he could repair my car in a timely fashion! I cannot say enough good things about how this Caliber Collision location went above and beyond my expectations. I want to give kudos to the lady at the front desk as well, I am sorry that I do not remember her name but she was equally fantastic in answering questions and responding as well

Jesse, Jon and Trina all did such a fantastic job with our Subaru Crosstrek they were all very thorough with communicating to us what needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner.

I took my car to Caliber Collision and although the job they did was a small job of replacing the window molding for me l received excellent service, everything was explained to me to my satisfaction. Only got 1 star because I cant give them zero. I had an appointment for estimate 3pm today. When I arrived they knew my name but had no file for me. No estimator onsite! Waste of time. A gal did take photos to make me feel like I didnt waste my time. Went to another Caliper shop and was met with customer service! How refreshing. The regional manager happened to be there too! She made sure they got me an estimate today! Safe to say I will not have my car repaired at this location with the oh well attitude they greeted me with!

This is an excellent concert venue - easy to get to and easy to leave.

I had 2 separate issues I had to get fixed at Caliber - the first was getting my scraped rear bumper fixed and getting a new blind-side detector installed. The other was I had a bunch of damage in the front of my car - damaged radiator and a couple of other things that prevented the hood from closing all of the way. I initially was going to pay out of pocket but the price went up a bit as they discovered more damage. So I decided to pay with insurance and that change was very easy and seamless. They worked directly with Geico to get everything taken care of - I really didn’t have to do anything but open the claims.I’m very happy with the repairs and found everyone who worked there to be polite, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the Denver metro area.

I chose this business from a list of providers from State Farm, the insurer of the car that struck mine. I called and talked to a man and scheduled an estimate for Friday, March 12 at noon. When I arrived I was told Jerry, the person scheduled to do the estimate, wasn’t working that day but she, Jackie, would take pictures. She did and said Jerry would get back to me on Monday morning and they had to respond in a certain amount of time because of their agreement with State Farm. Monday came and went without any call. A few days later I called and was told Jerry was driving a car to Subaru and would get back to me. It’s been almost a month now and I have yet to hear back. I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service and have let State Farm know that I won’t be working with this “preferred provider”.

Wonderful place. I went by to get a estimate for a repair and spoke with a lovely women. I believe her name was Trina, she was so helpful and friendly. Nick and Jesse were fast and efficient on getting me a an easy estimate for my car. I love the location and will definitely be back in the very near future to get my repairs. I highly recommend working them!

The entire team took great care of me! Also utilized social distancing and mask wearing. They were so quick and friendly and knowledgeable. I was frazzled because I was in a car accident and didnt know how the process worked but they made the whole progress so easy and got my car back to me in no time.

Vehicle was not ready when called for pick up. Shop promised to pay for rental, failed to do so. Charge for rental fell on my credit card. Paint still not 100% accurate, still has overpaint on several spots.

Dropped my car off for repairs after an accident, they were professional, kind, and informative. They kept me informed of what was going on and how long it would take, and even fixed my passenger handle for me. Definitely recommend. **UPDATED**Changing my review purely because it took me a while to realize they never replaced the weather guard under the front end, which i pointed out needed to be replaced due to the accident knocking it loose and getting torn. After explaining that and why i had to cut part of it off (by the time i got the car to where i could attempt to patch it up myself, the places the bolts go were torn to shreds) im a little disappointed that they just never replaced it. I heard a strange clicking sound and was checking to see if maybe the weather guard under my car was loose- nope. Its just plain gone. Tried calling a few times as soon as i noticed and was sent to a full voicemail box. Kinda put a damper on my experience. jesse was still great and a true professional, just disappointed one of the things i pointed out was completely left out. Hopefully i hear back soon and this can be resolved, so i can put back at 5 stars again.

The team at Caliber Collision was absolutely fantastic! I was hit and run right before I was supposed to move out of state, and they were able to get my truck in and out of the shop in record time. Nick, Jesse, and Trina were extremely communicative and let me know the status of my truck regularly. It was a very stressful time with moving and an accident to my brand new car, but this team definitely put my mind at ease. They were also very kind when I annoyingly called to check in daily! I encountered an issue after I got my truck back (which ended up being due to an issue from a separate auto glass shop, not Caliber) but they were able to squeeze me in at another location to get the truck looked at and troubleshoot the issue. Thank you SO SO much Caliber for getting me safe and on the road again! I really appreciate your excellent customer service and efficient work on my truck! Will definitely be back if I need repairs in the future!

Wrecking your car is an unpleasant experience, but Caliber made the process of getting it fixed super easy. Jesse and Nick communicated with me everyday about the progress on my car. They were fast, efficient, and they did an exceptional job making my car look brand new. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. I used a different Caliber location a few years ago & had a great experience. This one not so much. Very disorganized, poor communication & mediocre work at best.

My vehicle was dropped off at 9am and was pick up by 5pm!! Got a front bumper upper and lower with the front grill repair. I highly recommend this place to get a repair no doubt. Car looks better then before and I couldn’t be any happier thank you so much caliber collision your guys rock!

These guys went above and beyond!! They repaired my FJ Cruiser in a timely manner, they were very professional and kept me updated through the whole repair. Shout out to Jesse and everyone involved in repairing my FJ Cruiser!!! Hopefully I wont be back but if I need any repair on any of my vehicles Ill be going to this shop! Fast and great service. They fixed my car quickly and looks great. Even fixed my window that had gotten caught in the track for free. Was updated throughout the whole process.

I originally rated this place 1 star (because I didn’t fully understand the reasons for delay) but they were really good about rectifying the situation. They helped me understand the reason for delay (In a nutshell, life happened) instead of getting angry at my impatience. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and they all were so nice. Josh the manager and Brenda (name?), the front end receptionist, were so great. Life is hard, and these folks proved they value and care for their customers even when their personal lives are a mess.

Extremely rude woman at the front desk. The mechanic we received an estimate from was great and very helpful, but the woman at the front desk scolded us for calling to make an appointment with the call center (we didnt, we called the specific location) and acted as though we were a major inconvenience. Then, she tried to talk us out of scheduling a repair, complaining about how busy they were. I just received a voicemail from her saying she just cancelled our appointment because of a miscommunication with the other persons insurance. Absolutely avoid this place if you simply want your car to be repaired without a huge headache.

My car has been there two months. Part arrived last week . Waiting to weld . Nick the Manager told me yesterday that they can hopefully hide the seam. MMM i am a Nurse . I should use that. I can hopefully take care of you. I am renting a car thru Enterprise. 1400 dollars so far.Nick did offer to pay for this week. I have also paid two car payments and ins each month. I called this am. Left no return call If they cannot fix get someone that can. I asked yesterday will it be ready by the 8th of Feb.Hopefully. I have heard this for 2 months. Corporate doesnt help either. Same BS AND RUNAROUND. i AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE NEWS STATION ADVOCATE I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE 1 STAR.

My car has been with them about a month now. If you do not pressure them you will never have the car, its a place where they dont care about the customer. Some crashes at the door and in the bumper take them 3 weeks and a half, who knows when I will receive it. I hope they work on their communication and hire more people to do the job. Hopefully, they do a food job after taking so long. Update: I cannot open the right rear door of my car on the inside. My boyfriend defended you and now he says I was right 😁. Do not take your car here for repairs. My experience with Caliber Collision was shocking.Upon picking up my car, I noticed several deep scratches that did not exist prior to me dropping my car off (my car is black and Im hyper-aware of imperfections). I mentioned this but was told that these were there when they did the initial inspection. I reviewed the photos that Caliber Collision uploaded to the Geico claims portal, and it was apparent that the scratches were not present. Ive attached the photos in this review that they took, the photo that I took, and a screenshot of the photos side by side. I emailed the same photos to Caliber Collision and did not receive a response. I followed up for weeks. I eventually reached out to Geico (who is a partner with Caliber Collision). I received an email from Caliber Collision almost immediately after contacting Geico. I met with the regional manager and a Geico rep a few days later to review the damage. This is where my experience becomes even more unbelievable. The regional manager pulled up the photos that they took and was adamant that the scratches were in the photo. He was literally pointing at the photo and repeatedly stated that the scratches were there. It was obvious to me as well as the Geico rep that the scratches did not exist. I was in complete disbelief by his lack of professionalism.I didnt think it could get worse, but I was wrong. Another issue was paint overspray in a door jamb near the location that they repaired and painted. Rather than taking responsibility, the regional manager claimed that my car had previously been painted by someone else and the overspray was a result of their work. I explained that my car had never been painted and he responded that it must have been painted prior to me owning the car. I stated that I bought the car new just over a year ago and they were the only ones who painted anything on my car. He continued to deflect any responsibility.Now for the most upsetting part. An area that they had painted contained bubbles, cracks, and was starting to chip. I expected that they would take some accountability for this because they guarantee the quality of their work but again, they deflected all responsibility by claiming that the damage to the paint was caused by me hitting a curb. This would be understandable if the damage was located on the bottom of my bumper but it was on the face of my bumper. I should note that this car is my baby. I avoid parking in spots with curbs when possible and am extremely careful if I do have to.This isnt an uncommon experience with Caliber Collision. If you require further convincing, search Caliber Collision lawsuit to read about how they defrauded thousands of customers. Despite agreeing to a nearly $6 million dollar settlement, Caliber Collision denied all wrongdoing - this seems to be a theme. Also check out the terrible experiences that many others have reported to the Better Business Bureau.Considering the blatant lies and complete lack of accountability, I have no reason to believe anything these people say. I have yet to reach a resolution and dont expect to.

Dropped off my 14 Cadillac ATS for a minor front end repair; I was worried about the metallic black paint matching up but I couldn’t be happier with the repairs! It looks like it did the say the car left Detroit. Outstanding! The manager (Josh) and receptionist (Brenda) were an absolute delight to work with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and handled getting my rental for me! In the days of customer service being a thing of the past this establishment still knows how business is done.

They had to redo my back hatch on my car under Waranty. Got me a rental free of charge. Very professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB on the repair! Highly recommend them!!!!

I left a bad review a couple days ago regarding the lack of communication, time frame for repairs and other issues and erased it after getting my car back today and speaking with the crew and I am madder than before. Not only was communication bad the time of repair was excessive for the damage but now that I have my car back the quality is horrible. I have tape lines on my bumper like they didnt take it off to paint it when they say the replaced it. I have overspray on the surrounding panels of the repair. I have a scratch in my tint on the quarter glass and.. wait for it... They for some reason either replaced my back glass and didnt replace the existing tint or removed my tint on the back glass in general. When my glass was never damaged at all to begin with. Either one I had all blacked out windows and now have one normal window. Among other random small damages on panels not even worked on. I not only am giving them a bad review and will be calling them in the morning but I will be contacting my insurance to notify them. Not sure if this is the fact of being a women and them hoping to pull the wool over my eyes or they just have crappy techs working for them and management that supports that. Either way my recommendation is to go to another shop.

I had the best experience at this Caliber location on 92nd in Westminster. Darrin was the most helpful person I think I have ever dealt with. He provided almost daily updates regarding my repairs and the insurance company we had to deal with. His customer service was AMAZING. When my car was finished and I was able to pick it up him and Aaron treated me like a real person, and not another project. I could not believe how amazing my car looked when it was finished. They made sure to walk me through everything that they did and put all my worries at ease. I couldnt say enough great things about this location and Darrin and Aaron. I highly recommend Caliber!!

Absolutely the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! Thank you to Mike and his team for going above and beyond and for making my car look like new again inside and out. I would highly recommend the TEAM and Finish Line Auto Body for anyone paying out of pocket. My husband backed my car into a pole and caused enough damage to need repairs, but not enough to file a claim with our insurance company. Finish Line Auto Body was able to get us in the next day for the repair work and was even able to replace my breaks front and rear for $400 yes, $400 less than any other quote I received (I needed front rotors too). I would also like to extend additional kudos to MIKE who even did a light detail on the interior, which prompted my review. While I hope I dont have any bodywork needed in the near future, I will definitely be referring you to family and friends alike.

The techs at Caliber Collision Thornton did a great job for me. I had an unfortunate operator malfunction with a garage door, and my back light was destroyed and there was a gnarly dent above it on my lift gate of my vehicle.You cant even see where it happened!

Requires insurance information just to get quotes. Am paying out of pocket for repair. Too busy to talk to me further.

Awesome in EVERY WAY! Took my 2015 mazda3 with bumper damage and made it look like nothing ever happened. Brittany at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly; she completely eased my mind about the whole process. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. My dealership recommended the chain, but i would definately recommend this location!
