Let’s start with the fact that EVERY Discount Tire location is usually busy. And rightfully so because they offer good service (free flat repairs), competitive pricing and solid warranties even on tires that weren’t sold through them. That being said, I really love this location and prefer them amongst the others near me because they can usually get me in quicker than other locations and it’s a great group of young men who enjoy what they’re doing. I’ve been to this location multiple times for service and would encourage you to give them an opportunity to earn your business!

The staff is so kind, helpful and professional. They got my car in right away. They showed me different prices and comparisons before I picked and bought new tires. I wasnt pressured and the transaction went well. Very clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

Came in today on my way home because there was a nail in the tire. The customer service was fantastic. They came out front before we even parked to offer help. There was no wait at all, they immediately pulled the car in and started fixing it. The repair was included in the purchase of the tires I bought prior to this. While I was waiting in the lobby, all the staff was super kind to every customer that came in. And then shockingly, their womens restroom was pristine. Like, the cleanest public bathroom Iv ever stepped foot in.

My wife picked me up a pair of pliers she found in the road. Luckily I had a hassle free experience that lead to a new tire replacement and I was in and out 10 minutes before they closed. Fantastic work

The young men at this location are so respectful and polite. My service was extremely efficient. I arrived for my appointment and was out 10 minutes later. I am very impressed with the service! The tire plan is also great! A whole new tire for less than $40.

I was a customer and I was extremely disgusted watching who I believe to be the manager nick speaking to his employees. practically screaming I will not be coming back.

Very friendly and efficient service. Went there to get a tire repair (which they do for free) but the tread on my tire was too low for them to be allowed by law to make the repair. I knew we were needing tires soon anyway so I went ahead and got 4 new tires. They gave me a good deal on some great new tires and I was only there for about an hour including the time spent selecting the tires. Highly recommend them.

I like discount tire. Especially there road hazard warranty. But this location often disappoints. Bought a set of new tires in February. Used their financing. The salesman was lacking in training on information on how the program worked. Most recently, I had to have one of those tire replaced. Received a new tire but they didnt give me the cap for the valve stem. Didnt notice until I got home. Ill have to go back. Last year on another vehicle I had to have a tire replaced. The salesman wanted to charge me $250 for a new tire and then tried to sell me the road hazard warranty for it since all the other tires had it. I had to question him as to why he was charging me $250 if the flat tire had road hazard. He looked confused. The tire ended up costing $50. I was also advised that I needed new lug nuts. So I bought set for all four tires. I believe I did need them. When I got home one set was different. Had to go back. I guess lesson is double check their work before you leave so you wont have to make another trip.

I always use discount tires. Mainly this location they definitely take care of their customers I appreciate all that they do! Wait times can be long if you walk in but this is not a fast food drive through so to be expected. I have started making appointments for everything and it seems to work better! Thank you

The service is excellent. The free air sometimes takes a minute for someone to get to you but the technicians are all super hot young dudes. Its a total thirst trap

It costs 10 bucks each tire to balance. The employee that helped us seemed to know his stuff, but the management doesnt know how to keep this place staffed. The employees work way too hard to be underpaid and understaffed. Pay them a thriving wage and full benefits.

This place was so refreshing. The salesman, Andrew (I believe), was knowledgeable and presented me with options. No, not greedy salesman options. Some logical options regarding the snow tires that I was purchasing and the all season tires that I will be purchasing in the spring. Then comes the installation of the tires. Both technicians (I believe one of their names was Marco) had good, well, great attitudes. Did a fantastic job with the installation. A business with happy, good employees makes my day. If you are looking for this shop here. I will literally never go anywhere else. And hey, if you can afford it during this time, give the technicians a little something 💵 to make their day!

Busy but friendly. They have a spot to pull up to do tire air checks which is nice. I appreciate how hard they worked to fix the check tire pressure light on my car, in the end it’s probably just something with my car but the gentleman who helped me definitely tried everything he could think of as well as ask two of his fellow employees.

My son had a blow out at 4 am on way to work. Called me and after we got donut spare on, I took blow out tire with me till Discount Tire opened. Had bought 2 tires in 2020 for this vehicle from them. Went down, explained situation to Allen, he worked up a ticket to replace blown tire and also last old tire on car. Made appt for when son got off work to come straight down and they would get everything back together for him. In and out in less than 10 minutes setting this up.

These guys have always taken really great care of me every time I get a nail in my tire (which is sadly a lot). Sometimes the wait is pretty long because it’s a busy location but they will usually get you in before they close even if you don’t have an appointment

Came in not knowing what was going on with my tire. Turns out it was worn to the wires on the inside and had a nail. Diego took great care of me and have me a deal of a lifetime in a new tire. I love this location and have been going here for the past couple years.

I came in to get a new set of tires.When I pulled up, Dave started walking toward my vehicle while I parked and greeted me as I stepped out. He asked me how my day was and how he could help, clearly working to get the information needed to start the search on his computer for the right tires for my car. He showed me several options including a kind he had on his personal vehicle; which I selected as well.After taking the time to update my profile with my new phone number and address, Dave handed me my receipt and waved me off, stopping me one last time to ask if there was anything else I needed.A great experience for a service I tend to dread!

I had a flat tire, I brought the tire in without an appointment, they patched it in about 15 minutes. Very good service.

I had a great experience with getting my flat tire repaired at no cost and I felt like the service was above and beyond. Not only did they re-mount the fixed tire for me, but they put the puzzle of the spare tire/jack/foam pieces back together under the floor mat, which was not expected, but very appreciated.

Another Discount Tire thats exudes great customer service. Nick was the main one to help with what we needed, but Shawn & the other guys were great as well.

Not happy at all. Came in to buy a spare for my Mazda and ended up buying 2 new tires and a new rim. Spent just short of $300. Employees working on my car DID NOT read commemts and put wrong rim on wrong tire. If I hadnt noticed I would have been there even longer. I requested for them to replace doughnut tire into tire well. After asking salesman if thats what they did he says yes for sure. So I go out to look and of course THEY DIDNT DO THAT RIGHT EITHER. COME ON PEOPLE CANT YOU READ OR. YOU JUST DONT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT THE PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!???????

Maurisio and Jose were amazing to speak and deal with. I dropped my car off at 515 on a Tuesday, for a Wednesday AM appointment. Maurisio was able to get my SUV in right then and there and got my tires installed same day. Jose was very thorough when checking me out. He showed me how to register my tires for manufacturer warranty. This was all at closing time and I did not feel rushed out. Top notch work fellas.

I happen to go in to get my tires change. As I was waiting inside my vehicle. I noticed a manager walking towards the white plastic containers those plastic containers are what there employees work from🙂 I saw him reached in😳 there were about 9 plastic containers! He then grabbed the very last plastic container and put the plastic container first! I guess you have to know the manager in order to get your service done quickly shame on you treat everybody equal😡😡 I had a call from the manager at Discount Tires in regards to my statement thank you for explaining your procedures?

I now live closer to this location is why I have changed which one I go to.Came for routine free rotation appointment and they had no problems with change in plans when I decided I needed to try new snow tires instead. Was out in 45 minutes. Been using this company and ONLY THEM since 2002

Worst place ever they didn’t even want to look at my tire which I have a warranty on and they said since it wasn’t that specific discount tire they couldn’t do the warranty and my warranty says it covers all discount tires and the guys in there are rude all they did was argue with me instead of fixing the problem I practically had to beg them to fix it this place is a joke ive never had a worst experience I will stick to my discount in Brighton they are awesome but not this one I would give them zero stars if I could

The greeting in the beginning was good I was assured my tire was fixable from a nail. I was then called to be told it wasn’t fixable and they couldn’t put that tire back on. I was a bit frustrated since I thought it was fixable but even more frustrated that I had to tow my car or buy a new tire. Buying a new tire wasn’t an issue and I could’ve easily been looking at tires and prices. I felt that should’ve been mentioned upfront as a scenario that could happen. When I wanted my spare put on the car I was told that’s unsafe and not suggested. After speaking with the manager they did resolve everything and he was more than helpful. So thank you for fixing the issue.

I have used Discount for all my tires since 1992 and been at maybe 30+ locations in over a dozen states. This location sets the bar for service and honesty. Top notch!

Went in to patch hole on my tire on my day off . Said it would be done in a few hours . Got alert saying it was ready . So I showed up about 4 hours after dropping it off . They said they could not plug my tire and said I would need to get new tires . I said it would have been nice to know this right away so I could have had this done earlier . He said we tried to call a couple times . There was no phone calls to my phone or my wife’s . I would have had no problem purchasing the tires and getting them done there . Because I only use this vehicle for winter when I can’t drive my car . But I was so upset I was lied to I will now take my car somewhere else on my next day off !!!

I’ve been to a few Discount Tires over the years, and always had good experiences. Today was no different! I went in because I thought I had a nail in my tire and had a slow leak. They were very busy, and even though it was towards the end of the day, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and got my tire repaired. I will definitely continue to use them as needed, and recommend them as well.

These guys are rockstars. When I moved to Denver I ended up getting bubbles in two of my runflats. Not only did they help me negotiate with the manufacturer to get a discount on the new tires, but I also purchased their tire certificates at the time to cover all 4 tires. I have had two incidents since then related to road hazards, and each time they have covered the replacement of the tire in a timely manner. I will absolutely continue to give them my business in the future.

I managed to get a screw in my tire. The guy here said that the tire would have to be replaced before they removed it. It was refreshing to have them be so up front! They aired me up enough to get to my parents house so my Father could get it taken care of for me.

We had a very horrible experience going to discount tire to get a patchand they lied about a big slice in the tire but when I got the tire back it just had a little hole in it theyd never expected for me to say hey I want my tire back. So they ripped me and my mom off for almost $100

Went in a couple weeks back and asked them to fix the flat, left the car there for about 1.30 hr and came back to pick it up when its all done. The tire pressure was still 23 psi (checked it at the location) when it should be 30 psi. Giving 2 stars because they didnt charge but they just lied to me saying they looked at it, fixed it and filled it all up to the correct psi.

I always get my tires from discount because of the great customer service but the wait is unbearable. Highly recommend making an appointment if possible. I bought my tire at 9:30AM. I’m still waiting at 11:40AM.After I waited 3hrs, Josh helped me out by pushing my car forward so I can finally leave. I only needed one tire replaced. Thank you JOSH!

I blew a tire on my way to work on a Monday. I saw the flat when I got to work. I put the spare on the vehicle during my lunch. Went here straight from work. This location was busy at 5:30pm. These guys were hustling to get everything done, and yet the employees I interacted with were still very professional!This is during a pandemic, mask orders, everyone is under extra stress!I arrived back 10 minutes after they had told me that it would be ready, and they sent me a text 45 minutes early but I had already planned to be there when they said it would be ready. I arrived and they had locked up and the employees were outside saying goodbye to each other. I shed if I could get my tire and the manager graciously went in and got it for despite being ready to head home!I appreciate everyones professionalism through the whole thing. And the manager going back in after locking up to retrieve my your saved me a whole trip and I can get the tire on tonight for work in the morning! Im so thankful! That manager went above and beyond when he didnt have to. Big thank you to everyone!

Weve been using this Discount Tire for the last 4 years. They have always been professional, helpful, and expeditious. This particular location isnt as insanely busy as others in the metro area (depending on the time of day), which is great when theres a last minute emergency. Have bought two pairs of tires here so far, hoping next year to buy the third!

Had ordered a set of wheels and tires to be set up at this location. Scheduled an appointment and once I arrived, got checked in right away, and was in and out within an hour. Jeremy and his team worked efficiently and effectively, especially with how things are with the current situation with covid. Im truly satisfied with my new set-up. Absolutely recommend this location. Solid job.

Efficient and polite. They do the small things right, new stems, hand torque the lug nuts. Just like you want it done when your family is riding on those tires.

They have new procedures in place due to Co-Vid19. But it was easy to make an appointment on line & check in curbside. The staff was professional, courteous & handled my issue very promptly. In & out within 30 min.

Made an appointment for 2:15. Truck didnt get touched until 2:45. There were multiple bays open and employees not engaged any any tasks so Im not sure what the reason for the delay was. Found I had a cracked rim so a spare had to be put on. When they where finished the just threw the tire change kit in my back seat. The case for the kit has never been seen again. When I called and asked about it they had no clue about it. I was told to go order a new one and bring the receipt so they could reimburse me. You lost it so why should I have to go though all that trouble. Wont be back

I have been to many discount tire locations all around Denver. All of them have been great! This location is where I most recently repaired and purchased my tires. The staff is all so incredibly friendly. Customer service is hands down a 10/10. They make sure all of my questions have been answered thoroughly. Joshua M. was a great sales guy and Jason V was super friendly when I went in to remove a nail in my tire. I’m really happy with them!
