This store owner was not kind. He was extremely rude and gave us bad attitude. The quality of his furniture is not good and he also damaged our furniture while setting it up and we still had to pay for it. Please be careful when you buy from here.

This company damaged our sofa cushions during delivery by dropping them in our parking lot. I took photos and asked to a different sofa and that I would not accept the damaged product they delivered. Nazir told me to cancel our financing and he would take the couch back. Now he is refusing to provide us with our invoice for returning the sofa because it was damaged unless we pay $100 for delivery. HIS delivery drivers damaged the sofa!!!! Why on earth would anyone pay for a botched delivery job?! He made no attempt to resolve it and just blamed us and said it wasnt damaged, it was just rain. I would suggest EVERYONE stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this business!!!!!!

Went to a few furniture places before stopping by here. Nazir was welcoming and extremely helpful! Delivery crew was behind schedule, however, was very quick and careful installing the furniture. Would highly recommend!

Would not recommend shopping here. I purchased a queen bed and mattress for what they told me was a good deal. Supposedly they gave me a a $125 discount which I was very happy with and was going to go back for more furniture and recommend them to my family and friends. However I go to their website and the same bed I purchased was there for $110 cheaper. I paid more money for a less quality bed and the discount I got on the mattress was in reality added to the bed so I paid full price anyway. So I did not get any discount which I am not upset with, but I am upset I was lied to and taken advantage of. I called and asked why they did that and got very defensive, saying they were going to charge me tax and it was going to come out even more expensive. Which is fine, money was not the problem, the problem was I was lied to.

I ordered furniture from Quality Rugs Home Furnishings on Black Friday. I greatly appreciated the one-on-one service, the deal that the owner gave me (free box spring and discount), and updates regarding the delivery of my furniture. I even had to change/delay the delivery of my furniture twice, and there were no issues. The delivery men were fast, cordial and extra helpful. They even moved my current bed into my guest room without hesitation. If you are patient, kind desire good service, this is the place for you.

Bad service. Nothing on the site seems to be available at all, and anything that is won’t be available till end of year. Suggested one couch but only would tell me the price and color... no photos.Everything I suggested wasn’t available but one couch. Decided to purchase it and apparently it’s also now not available until NOV.Asked if there’s anything else and nothing.

Purchased furniture back in December. Couch showed up end of January kept getting excuses about why it was late. One of the lounge chairs I purchased never showed up so I asked for store credit. Went to receive store credit and paid for delivery and set up. The company sent one man to deliver and set up my couch, they damaged my entry way, and left the couch wrapped up in the front entry way. Delivery man told me the owner said that’s all he had to do and that someone would be here to help him put the couch in the house. Spent over 3,000 dollars plus delivery and ended up having to do more work than if I picked the couch up myself... never again!

DO NOT RISK GOING HERE RUINED MY ENTIRE ENTRY WAY AND DRILLED HOLES IN THE FRONT DOOR . THEN SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. SAVE YOUR MONEY HE WILL SAY FREE THINGS COME WITH YOUR ITEMS AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP.

I visited the store a year ago, bought a queen size box spring for a reasonable price. I went back today to buy 2 more box springs and when I asked the price, the owner just said “you will not buy from me. Are you the girl that would visit my store before?” I did in fact visit before but I did buy from him! After he apologized but I preferred to not even look at what he had because of his horrible customer service. Before he told me the price or offered to show me around, he assumed I would not buy from him because of his judgement.

Best deals on furniture and rugs in town. Ive bought our living room furniture from here before and planning to buy more in future. All name brands but at much cheaper price. Contact Mr. Nazir or one of his sons and theyll hook you up. Its a small family run business and theyve been in business from many years.

This place is awesome. I would highly recommended this place. High quality of furniture for low prices. Easy 90 days same as cash application. My credit is poor but still got approved in 1 minute. I got my furinture fast and the furniture were good is I thought. I went to many furniture store they cheapest bedroom set I found was $3100. But at Quality Rugs and home furniture was for $2300 only saved $800. The owner and people work there are very friendly and helpful. My wife asked so many questions, and he answered all the questions with details. Check out this place you wont regret.

We purchased a five piece kitchen table set from Quality Rugs and Home Furnishing in Federal Way. We drove over an hour to pick it up. Mr. Nazir was cheaper and faster than the local company or any other online company. The local company told us 3 to 4 weeks. Mr. Nazir said it would be in within a week. We purchased it on his easy to use website and within minutes he sent us a personal email thanking us for our purchase.We picked it up in a week and they loaded it in our van. We are very pleased! He didn’t make us wait or pressure us to look through the store. Great family owned business and excellent customer service!(Online people complained their Coaster table was damaged when it arrived and ours was perfect!)Upon leaving I forgot to tip them but will definitely be returning!

Best furniture store in federal way, WA. I found this gem while doing some online research on pricing. My family loves blankets and I was able to buy one for each member of my family. HORRIBLE. I was told in the store that they had to ship my bed frame to the warehouse and that itll get there Friday and they would call me. No call. I had to call them. They told me it would be delivered today from 6-8pm. I waited until 9pm and no call no show. The store closes at 8 and theres no after hours number for late deliveries. This is ridiculous. I didnt even think to ask for the delivery guys number because i assumed it would just get delivered. NOPE. NOT HERE and I looked out my front window for 3 hours.
