Purchased a car from Trevor Troupe @ Patriot Auto Mall in August of this year - they claimed it was inspected and serviced by the shop they use which was confirmed as Fenton Auto Repair. I was told that the oil was changed and the fluids were topped off. After having the car for ONE day...major oil leak. Upon inspection, oil was jet black with grit as was the oil filter - oil and filter had not been changed. Also, after the transmission failed THREE days later - the transmission was determined to be severely underfilled - fluids were not topped off. Evidence of Stop Leak used in both engine and transmission - worked just long enough for the car to drive home. Trevor and Patriot Auto scammed me and I believe this shop assisted him in the process. What a shame - single mother who paid cash for a car that isnt drivable and no where to turn 😞

Excellent service! I recently took my wifes 2016 GMC Terrain to Fenton Auto Repair. The vehicle was stalling randomly and I could not trouble shoot the issue. I dropped the vehicle off to them and within a day it was diagnosed and the following day the appropriate repairs were completed. The service was great, professional, and they took the time to describe their findings. Service is what I was looking for and that is what we found for a fair & affordable price. Fenton Auto Repair will be my go to for any future mechanical needs.

Sam is easy to communicate with and seems to know his stuff. I only went in for a blown head gasket check, but he got right on it and called the next day with the news. I didnt have it repaired because the vehicle wasnt worth the cost, but if I had, I would have felt confident in having it fixed here.

Sam is amazing! Hes the kindest and most trustworthy mechanic I have ever had. I live about 45 minutes away and refuse to take my car anywhere else. Defiantly recommend going to him if you need repairs on your car :)

These guys are fantastic! Sam the owner went out of his way to help me and my family. We had a radiator part go bad. If he had ordered manufacture part it could have been upwards of nearly 1000 dollars. Instead he made the part for 10 bucks. And only charged the labor to take off old part and put it back together. Very honest...very affordable and very appreciated for not taking advantage of us when we were at their mercy and stranded. He also front loaded us and fixed it within 3 hours so we could get to the family funeral on time. Dave was wonderful helping us too. Best choice I made in choosing this repair shop! My next trip Ill stop by just to say hi and thank them once again.

These guys are great! I came in for a new radiator and they discovered more things wrong with my car and fixed them. Sam the owner is a great mechanic and knows what hes doing no questions asked. Dave at the front counter offered to come pick me up in my own car after was fixed and running again. I am definitely coming back to this place for anything that I cant do my self!

The staff is great and very professional. All repairs were quoted and completely explained to me prior to the actual work being done. They were also helpful in letting me know that some repairs could wait, but would need to be done in the future, giving me time to financially plan ahead.

What a great place very nice. They resoected me for being a young adult and curious about my car. Showed me problems and explained in detail about the problems. Radiator and auto repair is an affordable place and dont scam you for money. Loved the experience. I will be back!!

They charged me a deposit, never rendered services, and lied about refunding my money, I had to dispute charges thru my bank. Dont go there, they will rip you off.

They will take care of you. They will not overcharge. Upfront and honest.

BEWARE Danger Do not do business with this company. Become very hostile and assaultive when challenge on questionable repairs. These people perform horrible and will leave your vehicle in worst condition if you dont pay. Theyve been sued and lost cases in court for damages. THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Wont take another car here. Within weeks of having the job completed had to take to another mechanic to have it done again. Just shady.

They worked on the tires and used random lug nuts and stripped ones in its place. Found out the hard way being stranded on the side of the road.
