Used to do wonders when the pandemic was not around they have not bounced back and I dont see them bouncing back

Patrick the Service Consultant is a great guy to work with. I had a local shop in Fenton do a leveling kit and alignment, my truck was way out of spec for alignment from them along w other issues. Patrick had me in for an alignment the same day I inquired and only took 2 hours to get it done. Thanks!Stick to certified dealers, lessoned learned the hard way.

Since I bought a certified vehicle back in july...the oil change, tire rotation was free. Waiting room socially distant. Hand sanitizer everywhere, ppl all wore masks.

So far I have had good experiences here.Wish they did not put their name on the new cars they sell.

The level of customer service provided by the entire staff at Vic Canever Chevrolet is OUTSTANDING. I cant imagine taking my car for service any place else and I certainly cant imagine buying a car anywhere else!
