Just went through the drive thru. The girl helping up was super sweet. She gave our pup a treat and got us our drink and food quickly well also not rushing us!

After not visiting here in years I hyped this place up to my fiancé so we stopped while on a road trip. couldn’t have been more disappointed.He ordered vanilla ice coffee and it tastes like milk with a pump of coffee in it. they didn’t put any of the toppings on my iced pumpkin latte and made it sweeter than candy.The coffee cake was great, but don’t bother with the drinks.

I love Caribou over Starbucks. This store is my go to in the area. I would say 80% of my drinks are amazing, and the other 20% deviate from that. The line is always so long here. I will be honest a few times that had led me not to go there. Anyways, keep up the good work at your store!

Slow service, but good coffee and food

Good location, but they seem worked down sometimes to the point of a few orders being messed up. Second time I went back through because the iced Americano was nothing but tan water when I got it. Best place for coffee otherwise. I will not be buying the sandwiches anymore though due to a huge drop in size and quality since 2019. Not sure whats up.

We stopped here for food really and I got a latte also. The latte was good, the oatmeal and sandwich that we got were so horrible we tossed them both uneaten into the trash bin at a gas station minutes later. They both oddly tasted like paste. Wait staff are wearing masks, which is fine, except they need to speak up.

The recent change in their sandwiches is really bad. The breakfast sandwiches used to be fresh and customizable. I used to get a bacon and cheddar on whatever flavor bagel I wanted. Now the bacon and cheddar only comes on a plain bagel and looks like the entire sandwich was taken from the freezer and microwaved. Rubbery bagel, burned cheese, and weirdly different bacon than before. The sandwiches are so bad I haven’t been able to finish the last two that I got. I used to love breakfast at Caribou, now I won’t eat it. The staff told me the change was for “efficiency” and “standardization” across stores - well, it’s gross, and I won’t be eating at your store anymore.

Nice place to meet up with friends. Delicious foods and hot beverages. Really struggling to find a good cold beverage there. They eliminated their orange/mango smoothie and I miss it terribly. It was DELICIOUS!

I stood in there waiting to put in an order and ended up standing there for about 10min. One of the workers walked past the till, saw me, and kept going. I usually wouldnt make a comment but If there are customers, especially ones who have been waiting, the best would be to notify the girls who were sitting in the back playing on their phones. Im not upset at those girls because I do the same thing when it is slow, I am more irritated at the one girl who obviously saw two people waiting, and even when she passed the girls coming back, still didnt say anything. Another gentleman was behind me and I ended up having to leave because I didnt have time. Hopefully the gentleman was able to get a coffee.

Love me some coffee. Was good. Had it iced. Would go again.

Staff is very nice and the donuts are delicious but EVERY SINGLE DRINK Ive ordered has not tasted very good.

Same friendly/fast service as most other Caribou locations, and better coffee than most compatible competitive chains like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc.

Really love caribou coffee Im general. This location is nice and new, but it looks like I have run into the same personnel issues others have commented on. Our orders also didnt taste right, but Ill attribute that to being possibly the first customers of the day. Hopefully their quality in both product and customer service improve.

Service and product quality need MUCH improvement. Bagel outer crust not as crisp as they should be - too doughy. I had a 25 minute wait for just 2 plain bagels to go. This is third time this has happened. I got home opened the bag and bagels were mush and inedible. I wont be back

Just walked and stood alone by the counter for 15 minutes just after 4 in the afternoon. At least 3 or 4 employees saw me and/or made eye contact with me. Not one of them said or did a thing, so I left. I most likely will not be going back there because of the poor service.

Long wait cant go inside

Never went to any Einstein bagels until recently. I LOVE salmon locks and bagles. They offer that and also in a sandwich. Never tried anything else on the menu, but if they can make a salmon lox bagel that good the rest must be note worthy.

As always, nice and fast despite the long line, and the ladies working today were friendlier than the usual ones!

Very helpful staff. Highly recommend a large americano with almond milk and two pumps of pumpkin. Super low calorie but the perfect hint of fall.

Waited at the counter for several minutes to order.... Waited much longer for the ice tea. The young ladies working were spending their time laughing and giggling too much to focus on the customers.

Visited the second weekend of June 2020. They did not allow for curbside pick-up, only drive thru pick up. Unfortunately, the drive thru line was 17 cars long, extending beyond the length of the shopping center. The line wait was over 25 minutes; if there had been a way to know in advance, I wouldnt have bothered. Add to that they got one of our 5 drinks incorrect, and we had to wait in line again to get it fixed (only 10 minutes second time. Timing IS everything here!) They fixed the drink promptly with apologies. Very polite. I dont think Ill stop again until the inside opens.

Nothing in are order was correct and we got charged for an extra sandwich that we didn’t order. Tried calling back but phone just kept ringing. Would rather have gone to the holiday gas station at least you know your getting.

I normally come here every Sunday. During my visit this morning I cant say I was rudely greeted, but was definitely not happily greeted. I made my order a farmhouse with a medium coffee. After my order a gentleman came up to the side of the counter and asked if they had left over food for his nonprofit. She reluctantly replied yes as it was clearly labeled in two big containers next to her. He asked if she would help him empty them into his bag. After rolling her eyes and Clearly showing her annoyance she be grudgingly said yes, and made it extremely evident to this non profit representative that this was a complete waste of her time. Ive been coming to this Caribou for several years and in the last year have continued to notice the customer service gets worse and worse. The coffee is Normally only 3/4 full and today my sandwich, a farmhouse sandwich was cold. I would understand if they were busy. But there was only a handful of people in the drive-through that was barely noticeable.Would hope this review either curbs people from coming and To support the Locally owned stores that are open on Sunday here in town. Or make a concerted effort to contact management in demand some change. I will follow up with this review with Management. Should something change I will post an update.

Coffee is always great, made exactly how I ask wait times vary sometimes its fast other days its slow however, the staff are rude. (Rated 3 stars for the customer service )As a paying customer, personal opinions are void. Learn to be more polite even if you dont like who youre serving, after all it is your job.

I stop in to this Caribou Franchise at least weekly and am always pleased. A friendly environment with places to chat or work. Decent Internet access. Recommended.

Spice Chia is delicious

I was so happy when we moved here that I could still get my mocha and lattes. However, I can no longer go here due to rude staff and rarely getting what I ordered. Also, I have never tipped so many times without so much as a smile or a thank you. Im very grateful for other options in town.

Chai was great. I cannot say the same for the blueberry donut. I did not even eat the first bite. It was dry and funny tasting. I threw it all out to the seagulls.

Employees were knowledgeable of menu items. Of the many times Ive been there, I have only had to have 1 of my drinks remade. However, after working at the corporate location in Brooklyn Center for 7 years, I was disappointed in the lack of drinkware and sale items at this location.

(2-stars for a somewhat decent drink. -3 stars for price and service) Its been years since Ive been to a Caribou for espresso. Stopped by this one on my way through town. Ordered a small soy latte, two shots, two pumps of hazelnut, came to $7. While the drink itself wasnt bad, in my opinion, thats way too much for a small espresso (Ive had better for cheaper). My own fault - should have said something, sent it back and changed my drink to a coffee. But was in a hurry to get out of town and was craving espresso. Staff/service was OK - looked like a few young adults (older teenagers?) messing around in the prep area behind the drive-thru window. The person at the window opened it laughing, quickly gave me my drink, wished me a good day, then shut the door abruptly. Either way, wont be going to this Caribou or any other for my espresso again.

Service was not good today. 2 wrong drinks & waited 20 minutes for two bagles that they forgot to start preparing.

Ciaribou Coffee is always good, however, with the combination of Einstein Bros. Bagels this is easily the best place for breakfast if youre passing through Fergus Falls, MN and dont want to get too far away from the interstate.Its not super cheap, approx. $8-10/person, if youre getting coffee and a bagel. But the quality of the food is well worth the price.

Staff was incredibly rude. Caribou in Fargo is much better!! Love Einsteins back in Chicago. Food was excellent, but staff was so rude. Dont ask questions about the menu if youve never been to the combo store, otherwise you get yelled at.

This place is awesome. Great spot to bring a laptop and do some work. Cozy place.

The food is good, but the coffee isn’t made right most of the time. On two occasions when I have complained the manager was rude. Today was my second complaint and the employee was very rude on the phone. Today’s experience prompted me to leave this review. I have only received a receipt about 3x in the drive-thru. This isn’t the typical Caribou Coffee that I love and it a big disappointment. I am glad for the other options in town. I have to say I have never had a negative experience at any other Caribou Coffee.

Slow service compared to other caribou and drive thru coffee shops. Consistently forget to add flavor to drinks. The workers are kind and helpful, and when asked about the speed of the service and expectation they are apologetic. Just wish there was more urgency with their service and improvement.

Great place cozy atmosphere! Coffee is of course why we come here, so if you want excellent service and great coffee stop here!

Very thankful to have a place with nice, shaded outdoor seating to sit and work at with my dog.

Love the bagels....just happy I did not get there earlier.....bagels were still in the oven. At least I got them really fresh.

I stop in here often as I go to the lake on ottertail. I don’t normally mind waiting a little bit but this place is so slow and they’ve never actually gotten my order correct. I’ll still continue to go here- but they need some management & service training! I also came in one day where the employee at the till consistently sneezed on me the entire time she was taking my order 😑. Oh well.

I’m not sure if they’re even worth 1 star, but there wasn’t a 0 option... oh well... it doesn’t seem to matter HOW specific I am in my basic order at this location, they manage to royally screw it up. The simple fact of the matter is, when one goes through a drive through and specifically orders their drink, they most likely don’t have time to turn around and explain to the staff that they really meant what they said when they ordered... it’s a shame because not all Caribous are like this, our tiny little town just got very lucky and got the inept one... shape up, guys! I’ve worked Caribou, it’s not that hard.

Ordered iced crafted press with vanilla flavor received cold press coffee with vanilla flavor. Asked them to correct order and they used the cold press coffee to make my ice crafted press ... added more vanilla DISGUSTING Will go to Alexandria next time!

Awesome bagels. I asked for extra schmeer and got exactly what I wanted.

I go because it is the only coffeeshop open in the evening in town. However I havent had many good experiences there. On more than one occasion the staff have made my drink wrong and acted annoyed when I told them.Also, working there is very difficult. The staff does not seem conscientious of people trying to focus and have been obnoxiously loud each time I go there.
