When first setting up an account on the phone the customer service representative was generally irritable when I asked pricing questions. Sent multiple emails to them with no response. They got my delivery wrong one week, and then missed it completely the next week. Look elsewhere if you want dependability.
True that. Customer service is not a priority for these folks, and the order process is unecessarily painful.That being said they do delivery, mostly reliably, and rates are similar to other companies
Diane from Arbor Springs Ferndale sounds so miserable every time we call or they call us. I think she has a bad day every day. She can NEVER give an answer for any question or concern we may have. Whenever there is something wrong with our order, her answer is always, I dont know. If a delivery never arrives, and there is a legitimate reason, she does not have the curtsey to give their customer a call.
