I called the company to schedule a delivery for a Monday (they only deliver in my area on Mondays). Monday came and went with no delivery. I called a couple days later. Apparently the driver had put the wrong water on the truck. No one called me to inform me that I was getting no water. So they told me theyd deliver next Monday. I called twice throughout the week to confirm that Id get water on Monday. They said yes its in the system. I called early Monday (on the day of the expected delivery). They told me I was not in the system to receive water and that I had a delivery last Monday. I had to remind THEM of what they told me last Monday. Now Im waiting for a call back to see whats going on. Its been 3 hours since Ive called.......still no water delivery. Im not understanding this screw up.
