I went through every step as usual including a couple vehicles for trade (one of which is fully paid clear title worth 27K easy) the process should have been easy I even drove 3 hours with one of those trades so we could get this deal locked in. Hours later I received a text that the vehicle I wanted to buy for my wife was sold to another amazing customer…. I did ask several questions when talking to the salesperson and explained my trades. His words and I quote.. “great looks like if there is any difference in price you can pay it in cash or finance it… My response yup. Let’s move forward and get you your truck.”End result…. Nope 👎 if you’ve had better luck buying from this company I commend you for reach an amazing feat🤝

Well, I WAS in love with my new Chevy Cruze, for about a week. A week after buying it I started getting car trouble and noticed oil in my coolant tank. I took it back to MB Motors for repairs, and it ended up needing a head gasket replacement, a new water pump, and a new timing belt. They had the car for two weeks before they even started working on it. I finally got my car back after they had it for a month, only for it to have more problems than before. The car would crank and not turn over, stall and completely shut off at stops, and shakes when idling. I have brought the car in two additional times to have the problem fixed, but each time when I get it back its worse than before. My experience has been an absolute nightmare to say the least. I would bring it back in for that excellent customer service but apparently the price is waiting weeks to get it back, without being given a loaner car in the mean time. Buyers be warned that the cars they sell may come with enormous headaches. I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!!

After much consideration my husband and I decided to buy a RAM truck. Then we had to decide which one to buy as they have heaps of different styles. We thought we wanted a 1500 Hemmi and so off we went to Mt Vernon and Bellingham. We spent 8 hours at dealerships and came away tired and still not sure what we wanted.We took a break. Buying a truck now is like putting a down payment on a house. You really need to research your options.The day we decided to start looking again we started with Ferndale MB motors because I asked a man at a gas station driving a Ram where he bought it and what his experience was. I would never have thought to go there because it is a very small dealership and I have driven past it many times and not noticed it. It was on our way to Bellingham and Mt Vernon as well.What a diamond in the rough this hidden gem is. We were greeted by Pete. Hello MB motors you have one Hell of a salesman there!!! He listened to what we thought we wanted and then talked to us about a 2018 Eco Diesel that had just come in. The 2019 we had come to look at was not at the dealership at the moment. Thank heavens because we ended up buying a diesel with better gas mileage and only 33,333 miles in mint condition. We took it for a drive and that was it. Our search was over.We highly recommend Pete if you want a fair price, a knowledgeable no pressure experience and you get continued support after the sale.Thank you Pete for making a potentially difficult and stressful experience a great experience.Shean and Richard Halley

Beware. They dont do their due diligence especially with titles and title checks - they illegally sold a Toyota 4runner with a junk title (illegal to even drive). Then they were a-holes when confronted with the problem. Buyer beware!

A nightmare of customer service and follow through…it is easy to walk through the door and be greeted with such excitement but when you make that purchase it all goes out the door!!! I purchased my vehicle from Emil and George who processed my warranty paperwork incorrectly right out the door. They said at anytime if I need service “warranty” work done that they would assist with the whole process. WRONG! After 2 months of my vehicle being in service….no contact or communication from George when he promised he would call and inform me of the status…Don’t count on it! I have my vehicle back and still no word from George to follow up and make sure the issues were resolved, which no they are not resolved. Funny story though we talked to one of their Ex-employees who then informed us that George didn’t even know what he was purchasing when he original bought the vehicle for his dealership.People need to know that this company has bad customer service and they file paperwork incorrectly when purchasing a vehicle from them. They also need to know that they lack actual knowledge about vehicles...anyone can sale something. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if I could have filed a civil case against them I would have.

I had a great experience at MB Motors. George was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. The car I bought was in amazing shape and wonderfully detailed. It looked like it was brand new even though it was 6 years old and had 44k miles. I was able to put the car on hold since I was coming from out of town.

We bought a truck from them a few months back. Thought when we bought the warranty that it was going to cover anything as that is what they had explained to us.. NOPE, the vehicle has already cost us 500 on top of the 20 grand we are paying.. That doesnt include the 6 grand that the warranty wont cover for what STILL needs to be done because We have found out that the injectors have to be replaced completely.. AND Now we are having more issues, that once again we cannot get covered by the warranty. We paid 3 grand for a warranty that does us nothing. They painted over rust spots that we didnt see until after a month or so of us driving the vehicle when the paint wore off. Now the vehicle doesnt want to go into reverse half of the time.To top it all off, if we want to get out from underneath this vehicle we will have to buy a $60,000 vehicle! If we could afford that, we would have done it in the first place. We really put our trust in this place and they really seemed sincere, and worked with us to get my husband into this vehicle, only to screw us over. It is really sad when we are hard working individuals just trying to move forward in life and get stuck with a vehicle that is going to cost us more than we planned on paying for it! I will never recommend this place to anyone EVER. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could!

No complaints for the quality of vehicles available or the prices they are sold at.Sales staff member was generally polite, yet did tend to bristle when felt he was being asked too many questions during the purchase process which made the remainder of the purchase experience uncomfortable. Otherwise this rating would have been higher.

Drove up from Portland to look at a vehicle I had been looking for for some time. As should be done with any used vehicle purchase, I asked if it would be okay to take the car to a mechanic to have it looked over which they were happy to allow. Took it in, everything checked out, and I came back and moved forward with the purchase. Overall it was an easy process, Mike and the rest of the team were great to work with and went as far as swapping the wheels and tires off the vehicle I was trading in onto the one I was purchasing as I had just bought new tires. Happy with my purchase and would recommend them to friends.

Nice place the car I was going to buy looked good but it had an oil leak and the oil and the cars oil had not been changed since 2016. Once it came to buying i tried Negotiating the price at first he put it down a $100 then I asked for little bit lower and he put the price back up $200. I dont know what his problem was. I left after that. I would go back if I got a different sales men.

Car buying can be tough no matter the circumstance - these guys made it easy! A bit of a drive from Seattle but the fact that I made it should tell you something about my experience. I met with George (who found me local financing for a better rate than my bank), and negotiated a fair deal on a sweet Mercedes Benz. They even shuttled it to and from the mechanic for a buyers inspection for me. Excellent customer service. Car as advertised. Fair deal. I could not have asked for more.

Very happy w/ my truck purchase from MB Motors. I had been looking for a month for this specific truck package (which isnt too common) and they had it for well under what I was seeing elsewhere.The staff (George and Michael) were fast, no BS, and I was in and out quick. They got me a lower interest rate than I was expecting, what’s not to like about that. Well worth the drive from Gig Harbor.I suggest for anyone buying a used vehicle, KNOW THE VEHICLE MODEL that you are considering. I know the truck I purchased, I’ve owned 2 vehicles w/ same power train, I know what to expect out of them. Some makes and models out there shouldn’t be purchased used as they dont go long for mileage without major expenses. My particular model does go long for miles, it made my decision making and purchase easy as MB Motors had a great truck for an incredible price.Do your homework before you buy! Then you’ll know a good deal when you find it. MB had my good deal. Highly recommend.

Purchased a vehicle posted on eBay from this dealership and was suppose to get a call regarding vehicle information. Never received a call back neither was I communicated via eBay. I called a few days later and the dealer told me the car was sold! Scummy and unethical business practices by this dealership! Would not recommend.

A friend of mine purchased a truck from MB Motors. Unfortunately the nightmare scenario happened.After about a week of owning it he started to notice residue on the motor. After wiping it off a once or twice he noticed the residue returning after three or so trips. After bringing the truck to a diesel mechanic, the mechanic informed him that each of the piston rings are damaged beyond repair and need replacement. He described his truck as a ticking timebomb. The truck was purchased at 31k and the repairs were estimated at 12k, almost half the value of the vehicle.It is pretty clear that the dealership knew about this, cleaned the vehicle for purchase, then sold the vehicle knowing of these issues. After calling to discuss these issues with the dealership theyve now started to screen his calls so he has no choice but to file complaints with attorney general and vehicle sales registry of Washington state.The purpose of this is to warn anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle of this businesss practices.

Recently bought a 2015 Tundra from them. I live in Hillsboro, OR and was able to do most the buying process over the phone and was at the dealership for less than an hour and was headed back home in my Tundra. The vehicle was priced very competitively and Crescent was great to work with.

Have now driven our used Honda Accord Hybrid 2000 miles (over course of 1 month) since purchasing at MB and can say that I’m still proud to have purchased the first car sold at the new downtown B’ham location. Really, purchasing the car from MB was quite pleasant, despite some unfruitful attempts on my part to negotiate the price down a little farther than we ultimately agreed.Despite the overall positive purchase experience, chose to go with two stars because of the following nagging concerns with the car:1) Malfuntioning wiper. I didn’t think it was a big concern at the time when I noted one of the windshield wiper blades was disconnected and simply laying on the front grill the day I came to purchase the car. (MB immediately clicked it back on). I’ve become considerably more concerned/frustrated now that I’ve realized the other windshield wiper is somehow misaligned and swipes off the window and actually scratches the car. (Took me a while to realize given the dry weather we’ve been having).2) the odor from multiple air fresheners wedges into the air vents in the car was overwhelming and remains unpleasant even after removal of the freshners an 2000 miles. What smell is being hidden?3) I knew from the CarFax report that the car had been in an accident but I was assured that the damage was minimal to the driver’s side. After spending some time with the car, I can now see that there are loose chips of something or other (paint?) in the gap on the drivers side rear panel. Don’t really know what that suggests, but worries me nonetheless.

Great people, doesnt look like much on the outside (attached to a convenience store) but the cars were all very nice, they only seemed to have not only good condition cars but newly detailed too. the guys were nice and after shopping around on rate their credit union was the best deal. all in all, was worth the train, bus and uber ride it took to get there from Vancouver, Washington.PS. I love my FJ Cruiser! Thanks !
