I wish more could have been done to help us reschedule our appointment (with my daughter) made 3 months in advance -- because of the popularity. However we had to initiated what would happen to our appointment during Covid last year.We very disappointed that they are not accepting appointments of kids under 12 (and with a mask) any more. My daughter and I waited so long for this. :(

I absolutely love Rouge and Eve Organics makeup and skincare. Ive used their products for years and they have done wonders for my skin. The make-up is long-lasting. The colors are vibrant. Everything is high quality and reasonably priced. Whenever I go to Rouge everyone is so friendly and helpful - it is always brightens my day when I visit. Ive had eyebrow waxing/threading, nails, makeup lessons, and facials - all services are excellent. Also - no one is ever pushy to try and get you to buy something you dont need. Since COVID, their safety procedures are excellent if you visit the shop. All of my mail orders have been processed and shipped quickly.

The best nail studio in SE Michigan, hands down. (Excuse the pun.) I always feel like family when I visit, and the quality of services and products is top notch.

When you walk in, they greet you by name. The studio has its own personality-the owner and those who work there take pride in expressing their personality through their services and the building itself (looking forward to the decorative updates!). I had portrait makeup application by Larissa and I could not be more pleased :) Not to mention, all of the makeup and skin products are good for your skin. Ill have to book a facial soon.

I came here for a make-up trial with Cheryl. She was very professional and passionate about her products and her business. She also provided education on healthy skin and the current products I was using. I have hormonal breakouts and combination skin, and Ive struggled to find natural products that dont cause my skin to break out. At her recommendation, I tried the Eve Organics trial kit and my skin has been AMAZING. Im so glad that I found an all natural and organic product that works well with my skin. Thanks, Cheryl!

Sauna room is small and quiet and has two saunas with separate temp and lighting controls. For our visit at least, we had the room to our selves, so it was nice and relaxing. Each sauna can seat two, but extra peaceful having it to yourself. They take care to have plenty of water, clean towels, and robes available. End your visit with clean cold water wash cloth and feel refreshed.

This was a great manicure experience! Ive been looking for a place to get my nails done since the spa I went to stopped their nail services. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is upscale and relaxed. Im especially grateful for the hot neck wrap they offered at the beginning of my manicure. The massage was also very good; just the right amount of pressure and it wasnt rushed! That combined with the heated wrap made me so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. My nails look great and the stress from work is gone! Oh, the prices are great too! I dont know anyone that wouldnt pay $25 to be pampered for an hour and have great nails.Definitely will be recommending Rouge to anyone that needs a reliable place to get their nails done. Just make sure to plan ahead because they book up quick, especially in the summer.

Tonight I needed a release from the doldrums of winter, and Rouge was there to the rescue! I scheduled a facial with Victoria (which was super easy to do online!) last week, and tonight experienced an amazing hour of personalized treatments! Victoria took the time to talk to me and understand what I hoped to take away from the facial, and went above and beyond to give my face an amazing glow. Along with the service itself, all of the women at Rouge are sweet, personable, and make you feel like youve just walked in to your best friends home on a girls night. When walking in, you never feel like a stranger...its like youve known them forever! Thank you ladies, for a Friday evening that was just perfect.UPDATE: Ive been going to Myranda for eyebrow threading and must say, she is AMAZING! So fun to talk with, is a master with brow shaping and threading, and I never leave disappointed. So thankful for Rouge, you are hands-down the best!

Kayla is wonderful! I received the most relaxing facial ever. She is very kind and makes you feel so comfortable! The moment you walk into Rouge, you are greeted right away. The facial room is the most adorable and the bed is very comfy!! I went in with some acne and dry skin concerns and Kayla listened and customized my facial that was best suited for my skin. My skin feels amazing and soft and I’m obsessed with the products she used on me! I highly recommend Kayla for any skincare needs!! :)

Cheryl (one of the owners) created my and my matron of honors looks for my April 21, 2018 wedding. We did a trial in mid-February and were impressed - in fact, I was so impressed I went back and purchased all of the Eves Organics products Cheryl had used on me the very next week. Myranda (the resident brow genius) made up my sister, who was a late addition from out of town (so no trial).We were all THRILLED with how we looked! Looking great when you walk out is one thing ... but I can honestly say that when I finally took my makeup off (about 14 hours later), it looked every bit as good as it did when we left the studio. Our makeup translated beautifully to photographs (no greasy/shiny look) and I received compliments all night long.

The prices are a little higher than some other salons, but the quality is well worth it!!

Rouge is a warm welcoming salon, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is calm, throughout all of my experiences there from facials, to pedicures, to massages, to eyebrow threading, Ive had a personalized, cared for experience that Im extremely happy with.

I visited last week for a Sauna appt and eyebrow threading. First, I would like to profusely apologize for mistaking the time allotted for the sauna experience. When I booked the express sauna appointment, my understanding was the time booked meant (only) in the sauna--this time actually represents your entire time spent in the sauna area itself. I have been coming to Myranda for threading for just shy of 1.5-2 years and I truly enjoy her doing my brows. However, my encounter last week with Cheryl (one of the owners) at the desk left a poor and lasting impression. I mulled over how to express this experience in a meaningful way, because the tone in which I was approached about the time spent in the sauna was quite embarrassing. Never would I intentionally expect an extended time or service free of charge. Perhaps I should have clarified with the attendant my total time spent, because she never ever reiterated that the 30 minute slot was for the entire experience. I even said to her when she checked in on me that I had 10 minutes left in the sauna, but she never mentioned otherwise. However, Cheryl reprimanded me at the pay counter in front of other clients stating that You used 1 hour and 15 minutes, so next time you need to be sure to book an hour. We wont worry about it today, but next time will need to be an hour. Other clients were observing the interaction and it was in very poor taste. I even offered to pay for the extra time because the money was far from an issue. I understand business has grown and demand has changed, but the way in which each clients services are rendered matters. Im not a child, nor am I just someone who comes for services...I am just as important and to be respected as the next. Perhaps approaching me in the back while with Myranda wouldve been better received. I really contemplated leaving an extensive review, but I thought I would act as a loyal client and give you the feedback first. I have not received a response to my email sent immediately after leaving the salon. I do hope that in the future, if I return, encounters are better. Great job on the addition of the sauna experience!! Overall, enjoyable.
