Terrible customer service- BIG LIARS! I wanted a mobile unit to repair my windshield but they said that it is more conveinient if I brought my car in (no kidding) and said it only takes 45 minutes for a windshield replacement. I agreed and stated that I wanted a Pilkington windshield and they responded, no problem. When I dropped my car off I was told that it would be at least an hour (so they lied to get me to bring my car in) and I asked them to call me when it was finished. They said they would. Stopped in an hour and 15 minutes later and waited for 10 minutes for them to text the guy twice (since walking a few feet to find out how long it would be is too difficult) and had to leave for an appointment. Two hours after I dropped my car off I had to call them to ask if my car was finished because they never called me as promised. Picked it up to find that the windshield was not Pilkington. That is a lot of lies for one business transaction. I would have made them replace my windshield if I wasnt trading the car in tomorrow. Steer clear of this place!
