Someone threw something through my rear glass Friday evening just before 5, Diamond Auto Glass answered my call Saturday morning and were able to order my glass to be there Monday morning. This was the only place that agreed to fix my window when our rental car was broken into. Jason and Diamond were a godsend. We are on day 16 of a cross country road trip, and a rock hit our windshield. We had an 18 inch creeping cut across the windshield, it was over 100 degrees, and it was 3:45 on a Friday- we had been on the road for over six hours, two kids, and this close to the Grand Canyon. Called Diamond, spoke to Jason, and he said to come right in. He repaired the windshield, was friendly, walked us through what he was doing as he did it (the kids were fascinated!), and even gave tips on scenic drives into the Grand Canyon. Coming back from Utah on our way to Prescott our windshield was hit by a rock which caused a chip. Instead of waiting until we got home we googled Diamond Auto Glass. We drove there and had our window repaired in less than fifteen minutes also Jason was explaining the procedure to a new employee. Im from Iowa and stopped here to get a chip fixed or a new windshield depending on what their professional opinion was. (Jason) instantly came out to take a look as he was fixing a chip for another customer. Keep in mind they were busy, and I am a stranger from 1,500 miles away. After he fixed my chip there was another chip he noticed and as we were just looking at the window it started to crack. Nowhere near the chip he had just fixed. It continued to crack approximately 2 feet. Nothing he did caused this. Therefore I now needed a new windshield and will not be in town long. He (Jason) found me a windshield, set up my insurance claim, and told me I could drop my car off after the weekend and he would have my new windshield installed. This took very little of my time. Therefore Im leaving this review solely based on the customer service. The install has not even happened yet. Note I also came here because they have the best reviews. I will leave another after the install. This business has the best customer service. Jason and Becca* are so down to earth, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made something that would normally be a huge headache/disaster no big deal for me. My windshield on my 6 month old Kia Stinger was heavily pitted from sand dumped in Texas and Oklahoma from the ice storm earlier this year so as I said nothing Jason did caused it to crack. I very rarely leave reviews but this establishment and the people that run it def deserve credibility. Thank you for making this easy for me.

Amazing and professional staff. I went to a few different auto glass places for a simple chip repair, all of them turned me down and told me I needed to fully replace the windshield. I have been to Diamond Auto Glass several times. I have been patient and understanding when I was told they were down to one tint associate. Today, I returned with an appointment at 0900. I was being assisted by Jason who I felt me being there was an inconvenience. Very poor customer service. Go else where, others might had good service. My experience SUCKED! This wonderful team has replaced a lot of my auto glass and have done a number of tint repairs for me as well. I have been very satisfied each and every time. Diamond auto glass went above and beyond for me. They contacted my insurance company and got me in quickly. They even ordered a part that I was missing for my windshield. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are exceptional and the best customer service I’ve ever had for anything.

From the initial call to ask about services to the installation, the team was professional and made it very easy to work with the insurance company to arrange and cover the process. They worked with me on a last minute change to the installation time (a day earlier!!) and all went well. They were short staffed on the install date so the process took about 20 minutes longer than anticipated but it was no problem. I had one concern about streaks and spots on the glass and while they did clear some, it would be my only complaint as I spent 30 minutes when I got home getting all of the streaks and residue off the inside of the windshield. Otherwise, it was a job well done.

What makes them a cut above? They were able to determine a crack repair from another outfit, the day before, did not flow. Although this made a repair more difficult, Stewarts skill completed the repair very professionally. So I got a good repair and their professional approach helped me get a refund from the previous outfit. Very satisfied customer!!!

Went to safelite first and they wouldnt even come out to look at my rear window leak on my truck. Said it would cost me $700 or more to fix. Went to Diamond Auto Glass and they looked and said it was the seal around the upper rear tail light and only charged me $20 to fix it. They have my business from now on.

Had a small crack in the windshield that suddenly traveled the entire width. They were able to work me into their schedule, contacted my insurance company and did an excellent job in a timely matter. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised my insurance covered the whole job with no deductible. Would absolutely recommend them.

The staff at Diamond Auto Glass did an amazing job in repairing a small crack in my windscreen. We were on a cross country drive from the east coast and got hit by a small rock just after entering AZ. Not only did they explain the process of fixing the crack they also repaired a second crack that developed from the same crack later that day free of charge. Their prices were about 1/2 what I paid in the east coast for a similar repair. Great staff, great customer service. I highly recommend them if you are in the flagstaff az area and need any window cracks fixed.

A couple glass places refused to replace the window in my topper because it is held in mechanically. Jason and the guys at Diamond took a look and were willing to take the job even though its a little more complicatedthan a normal car window. They ordered the glass custom which took a few weeks. But when I came in to get it installed they had it done in 20 mins. 10/10 service I will be coming back for my next window work.

We were on Interstate 40 outside of Flagstaff when we got 2 rock chips in our new windshield. First I called Safelite and was told by a recording to make an appointment online and I couldnt even talk to a live person. So I then called Diamond Auto Glass. They were happy to help us without an appointment and did a great job at a very reasonable price of $40. I highly recommend this company!

I had all four of my car windows tinted. I decided to get the heat resistant tint which was a bit more expensive than the generic tint but WOW was it worth it!! I’ve already noticed a huge difference when I get in my car and LOVE that I’m no longer driving in a fish bowl haha. Plus, they did a phenomenal job installing. One other thing that I really appreciated was the customer service. My brother accidentally rolled down the window a day after I had the tint installed and it impacted the window. I immediately took it in and they fixed it without any questions. I will forever recommend Diamond Auto Glass!!!!!

We were on a road trip from Washington state. A window on our travel trailer completely shattered from the stresses of the road and heat while we were in Utah. Flagstaff being our next destination in a couple days out we searched and called different RV repair shops and other auto glass repairs shops with very little luck. The guys at Diamond auto glass were quick in coming up with solutions for a temporary fix, told us to swing by and they can cut out plexiglass so that we can at least cover the window till we can fully replace it. Swooped in when we got to Flagstaff, the techs were quick and efficient, got the glass on there and we were on our way with plenty of time that day to get to our rv park and see the Grand Canyon. We still have the temp glass on, it held up without any problems back to Washington. Made a concerning situation literally stress free. Thank you very much guys!

From the person who I scheduled my appointment to the person greeting you as you walk in the door and the person that gives you the keys and final instructions about not washing your car for the next two days and if you have any problems let them know right away. I called on Wednesday in the afternoon for a next day appointment at 10:00 am and at 10:35 am I was driving down the street with my new windshield. It was fast, easy, and they were very professional.

I had to call around several places looking for a replacement windshield! While was traveling and had to be completed that day! Because I had same day delivery! They were less expensive and completed the work after my arrival with in an hour! Outstanding craftsmanship!!

Needed a new windshield for my Super Duty truck and they quoted me the best price in town and were able to get it done in 2 days due to having to get the glass from their vendor 2 hours away. They were good about getting the VIN over the phone so they got the right one and ended up needing the slightly more expensive one for the forward camera. I was puzzled by this since I knew that I didnt have lane departure or other warning system but they assured me that if it ended up being a dummy camera mounted on the truck I wouldnt be charged for recalibration. The job was completed on time and without a calibration needed.A very professional and courtious business that put up with my questioning nature. I highly recommend.
