I came in over the weekend to get new windshield wipers. Harry helped me out and gave excellent customer service. He found me the best quality wipers at the best price. In the past, Ive struggled to change my blades, often having to look for a YouTube video to help me. Without any prompt, Harry came out to my car and replaced both of them for me. Thank you! Came thru with parts in a pinch! Traveling from Denver thru Moab, Byrce, Page Az, to Grand Canyon when rented RV battery failed. Service Rep Rick took our call, found the RV battery needed and made the process very easy. Flagstaff NAPA was an unplanned stop but very necessary- we had not turned off the RV(precautionary) for about 6 hrs straight …including diesel fill ups. Thank you Rick! We made it to Grand Canyon and talked to many of the RV service providers you recommended.Battery was replaced at our camping ground the next morning.

STAY AWAY. These people are more worried about their inventory than actually helping. I tried two DC inverters in my truck but yet it could not charge my laptop. I plug other things into the same 120 v lighters in my truck and everything is fine. They have very cheap inverters because I have one already that charged my laptop fine in the same vehicle. I use another laptop and inverter and its fine. I plug the laptop into that old inverter and its fine. I wanted a stronger one and you wont sell it to me because of your inventory. Its not your inventory nothing is wrong I just needed a stronger one. So if you can DO NOT SHOP HERE. How about you get off your phone, from behind the desk and help. I even brought things in to help with the inverter. LAZY. Shout out to CAR QUEST for letting me try multiple. They got me right. They werent worried about inventory just making sure I was taken care of.

Probably one of the most helpful auto parts store Ive been to. I have a 40 ft RV schooly conversion and its very important that the parts that I put in are going to last and dont fail me when Im on the road as it could cost me thousands of dollars. I had a lot of shops giving me problems buying new batteries and not finding the quality that I needed.Railin One of the managers here went above and beyond to help answer my questions to make sure that I was going to be in good shape. Also another thing about this store is its a regional warehouse so they have most parts that other places dont. Great job guys hope to see you when Im back in Flagstaff.

I am a huge fan of NAPA after my visit to the Flagstaff store on August 23. I just begun a 3 1/2 week motorcycle ride and had a rear tail light go out. Harley Davidson dealership closed in Flagstaff so I stopped in NAPA store for help. I got all the help I needed and then some from a young man named Ashley. What a pro he is‼️ Not only did he help me remove defective bulb but then took me in store, found replacement bulbs and I was outta there in 10 minutes ‼️Ashley represents NAPA Auto Parts in such a good way and you can tell he really enjoys his job. Kudos Ashley‼️NAPA Will always be my first choice now‼️

The cashier young man that helped us answered alot of questions he was very smart on the bulbs we were buying for high beam and low beam. He was awesome! his personality was too and he even helped us installed the bulb. Wow.. he made our night. Made me laugh and my brother

No RVer likes to have electrical problems when they are on the road 2000 miles from home. They are often difficult to troubleshoot and require some special knowledge. This was my predicament when I pulled into the Flagstaff AZ NAPA. Aarin was able to help diagnose the problem, locate an upgraded part and troubleshoot my install when I switched 2 wires. Great service from Matthew! He was able to know exactly what I needed for windshield wipers and was very friendly. The service was so good and the associates were so knowledgeable that I could easily tell why the line was so long. They do their jobs well and the people they help come back every time.

My stop for parts! Most of the time,they have what I need. Changing my battery outside, they lent me tools to make the exchange. Matt and Harrison took care of me and my wife when we suddenly found ourselves in need of a rooftop gear bag on a trip through town. Stopped in for new wipers, front and back. Not only was there an associate to help right away, he offered to replace them for me and denied the tip I offered. What could have easily taken me an hour Matthew was able to do in a matter of mere minutes. This is one of the many reasons that Napa is, and will remain, our familys go to auto parts store.

Talk about selection, quality and customer service! We were visiting flagstaff and stopped in to get some items for our trip and we were blown away by the selection. We found everything we needed and employees were spot on with their parts know how. Loved how they treated us like family!

We stopped by to get a replacement side view mirror and left with what has got to be the best auto service I’ve experienced. Aarin wasn’t just friendly and welcoming. He didn’t just find the best quality parts for the job. He came out of the store and treated our situation like it was his. He repaired and replaced better than we could have. None of the employees were wearing masks, even though all of the customers in the store were wearing masks. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. Not everyone who wants a vaccine has had a chance to get one yet, and the lack of employee masking is disrespectful to all of those people.

Aarin even stepped out the store to do the repair for us. He is one of the most helpful people we have seen and did a fantastic job. He treated our repair as if it were his own. Amazing customer service, Matt, Henry and Moose are so knowledgeable and friendly. They always go above and beyond to help customers. It doesn’t matter if you need a $2 part or $2000 part, they help get the right parts for your car. Matt and Moose helped diagnose a leaking brake booster on my car. But instead of just telling me to buy a new one, Matt suggested replacing my hoses first. He was right! A couple of feet of hose and some new clamps fixed my problem. You might save two cents by getting a low quality part at one of the big chain stores, but you won’t find a group of guys that know more and are always willing to help. I always go to NAPA first and you should too!

My Wife needed a dead battery replaced while vacationing in town. TJ helped us select a new battery, since we live in a place with high temps he recommended a Gel Battery with a 6 year warranty and some felt pads to prevent corrosion then he cleaned our cars terminals of all the corrosion and installed it for me. We were in and out in about a 20 mins. TJ totally exceeded our expectations. TJ clearly answered all of our questions, tested our battery to make sure we really needed a new one, and provided excellent customer service. We really are appreciative of TJ at Napa in Flagstaff.

Went into Napa for some marine/RV batteries on a holiday weekend . Thomas tested my old ones, dead as a door nail ( Sam’s club across the parking lot as no help, guy had no clue what he was doing). Thomas took me into the back, we grabbed what we needed and I was off! Took the old ones back to Sam’swith the dead battery print outs from Thomas got a full refund. Hoping these Napa units have a good lifespan! When I’m flag, bypass autozone and hit Up Napa. It’s like a sweet mom and Pop shop that trays you like family. Saved my holiday weekend for sure!!

Disappointing, my first time at this store I needed a bulb for my wifes car, stopped in quick this AM. The place looks nice and appears big, I followed a customer in with no mask and when I saw not one but two counter people with no masks on I quickly headed out the door and one clerk was heard saying can I help you. Nope, I wont be back and you are lucky you know why. I went out of my way to go to Auto Zone on Rt 66, many appropriate precautions in place there including signs, barrier to keep customers and clerks apart as well as Plexiglas shields. I know where I will go first in the future.

He said he worked at a NAPA in/near Fresno, CA so he had lots of experience. He mentioned the AAA and Veterans discounts plus told me the store would install the new battery. To top it off, NAPA is offering a $25 rebate on batteries. NAPA, you have a new customer.

Our rental RV got hit on Christmas Day. And the other RV that hit us just ran. You can imagine the panic we were in. Our side view mirror slammed into our driver window and shattered it fully. So on Christmas night, we slept with the freezing cold blowing in. The next morning, we stopped at Napa Auto Parts and Aarin was a life saver! He went above and beyond in helping us fix our side view mirror so that we could drive safely. He was so friendly and helpful, even letting us know we can use their restroom. Our RV side view mirror completely broke in a hit and run and we were so lucky that no one was hurt. The next morning our luck continued to show when we came to NAPA Auto Parts - Grand Canyon. Aarin and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. Aarin went above and beyond. He didn’t just find everything I needed, his store had inventory of the best parts available. Aarin continued to shock me with his character and came outside with me (I did not ask this of him!) and did the repair for me without even charging me or accepting any tip. I came in to NAPA to get new bulbs to replace in my break lights. TJ was fantastic and not only helped me figure out which bulbs I needed but he also came outside and showed me how to replace them on my own and answered all of my questions. Best auto parts place in Flagstaff! Visited all the stores looking for some specialist parts over a 2 day breakdown. The guys helped me out a bunch. The even reopened the door just after closing for me one of those days. And in the case where they did not have the item I needed, they told me where to go to get it. Couldn’t ask for better!

Called and asked Kim if they still stocked Amsoil motor oil and my particular type and weight. We always stock Amsoil Drive across town, theyve got 2 qts. Ask Kim if theres more in the back, she looks it up and says No, but I have 24 more coming I ask when IDK she replies 2qts and Always stock are to completely different inventory models.Kim offers no apology, kiss my a** or thanks for coming in.Ive had good experiences here before but from now on Ill just order my supplies on line.

Theres a reason I choose NAPA over the other guys whenever possible and this Grand Canyon NAPA confirmed my choice. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Aaron (sp? sorry if I got it wrong) is a very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help owner. I believe it is his ethics and morals and leadership that are making this just another awesome NAPA. Of course there are other good staff members, but a good crew comes from a good leader. Im happy to give this NAPA (and most of them that I can recall) my business.

Had a great experience with each visit so far. Rick actually changed my wiper blades for me. Other salespeople equally helpful. Helped me pick out a tire inflator that was the least expensive to fit my needs. Painlessly ordered O2 Sensor and brake rotors and easy returns.

A guy named Gabe helped me out at the counter and gracious enough to offer me tools and assistance with a shock that stripped its too bolt and was just hanging. Great parts as always but even better customer service.

Saturday afternoon, on the road to the Grand Canyon, dead battery....Luckily Napa Flagstaff has long hours & Jason greeted us, did a battery check, & had a new battery installed all in 30 minutes! Jason is an excellent service oriented employee & we were so fortunate he was there to help.

Holy cow, this was the best auto part store experience Ive ever had and I worked for Checker for 10 years. I came in with a handful of battery acid destroyed parts which of course are all dealer only available. Its Saturday, the dealer is closed and we need to get to Phoenix. Jason took a look at my handful of garbage and went to work. He dismantled the pieces, replaced what he could and handwired some connectors (complete with shrink wrap covering) all in about 15 min. I was/am floored by his help and ingenuity and will NEVER go anywhere else in Flagstaff!

Best service at an auto parts store hands down. We called in asking about a replacement headlight and when we showed up they had it on the counter waiting for us. Tj went out of his way to help us figure out how to replace it (no easy feat for our Subaru) and even helped us solve a few problems we meant to save for later. We will return, and encourage others out there to take their business here. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly every time we come.
