The service there was quick and direct. As soon as i walked in i was assisted and being able to perform the repair on site made it easier to conplete the task

Daniel and Gloria are amazing! I was few minutes late after the door was locked and all i needed was one small little part and without it I wouldve been screwed! They let me back in and told me only if i can pay by credit card though lol. But yeah they helped me out more then theyll ever know. The store looked spotless and so did the shelves Ill definitely be coming back!

Excellent work Gloria! I have purchased many parts from this location over the years and have always had a positive experience. Today Gloria helped me swap out a battery that was leaking.

Malcolm helped me replace my window shield wipers on BOTH of my vehicles. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and positive! What made this a five star visit is when he was replacing my wipers he took the time to show me how to properly do it. It was simple! He deserves a raise. Its hard to find people like Malcolm nowadays. The facility is extremely clean and the team seems to have there stuff together! Team work at its finest! We thought it was good until the guy charged us for the part we needed, and then brought out the wrong box. When we went to install the part, we discovered it wasnt what we needed, so then we had to return it. We was 40 miles away. Then when we went to the wrong Auto Zone to return it, they wouldnt take it; so we had to go back to the store we got it from to keep their inventory straight. Really a mess! Next time, I would have them scan the box to make sure it was the part he looked up on the computer.. Really tough start to our vacation! We went elsewhere and got the correct part. Not happy! 😔

Good place loan me tools and had the parts for my pony, fixed it in the parking lot with no complaints 😛😋

Went to get a battery, man behind the counter was super friendly, he ask for my phone number and told me I purchased the old battery from another autozone. And the battery was free. Also took my used oil and 2 xtra batteries and didnt act like I was bugging him. Very friendly. So sorry I cant remember his name

Alan was great!!! Gallup NM Autozone sucks!!! Alan found my warranty on a part that Gallup Auto zone forgot to warranty under my name. I was about to lose money (135$) but Alan from this store saved me! Bless him and corporate needs to give him a raise! I explained my situation with Gallup Autozone about my warranty and they said “we need a receipt and we need a warranty number(when I bought it they didn’t ask for my warranty information). Again thanks to Alan, you are the MAN!

Great experience. I just needed a bulb for my wifes car. I first headed into the NAPA nearby on Butler. The place looks nice and appears big, I followed a customer in with no mask and when I saw not one but two counter people with no masks on I quickly headed out the door and one clerk was heard saying can I help you. Nope, I wont be back. So then I went out of my way to go to this Auto Zone on Rt 66, many appropriate precautions in place there including signs, barrier to keep customers and counter persons apart as well as Plexiglas shields. I know where I will go first in the future. Counter person was very helpful located the correct bulb for me.

This place didnt have the item we needed, because of a dealer item. Good service n knowledgeable.

The woman there, short and large has terrible customer service and extremely rude. Please hire people more friendly. I have never been talked to this rudely for no reason when shopping.

The store was flooded with purchases and took 1/2 hour to just get through the line. 2 cashiers and 1 on break...???...

Nothing but bad experiences at OReilly (west side), nothing but great experiences at AutoZone.

My family and I got stranded out there in Flagstaff we had the worst experience had to push our own car all the way to auto zone Flagstaff has the worst people living there...Except when we got to this autozone the manager Mike? Was awesome he checked my car to see what was wrong with it suggested mechanics he went above and beyond to turning our bad experiences into a better one it was cold and raining outside I had my babies with me and he let us stay in the store waiting for help to come I thank God for this man because he has exceptional customer service skills he made me re think that not all people that live in Flagstaff are heartless...THANK YOU MIKE YOUR AN AWESOME HUMAN BEING the store was clean and all the employees were being very nice and helpful finally had the help we needed to head back to Phoenix good job guys!

I was on an overnight trip and one of our spark plugs died. I didnt have any tools. One of the employees helped me out a ton loaning me a ratchet set and needlenose pliers. Great service.

Must be a great place to work. Recently went back after not being there in about a year and same employees working. As well as fast and accurate service.

The have staff that have great customer service. Actually help you replace a windsheild blade.

It could be much better at customer service triage. They had three store associates dealing with three people with lengthy issues for 20+ minutes while the line piled up to three, then four, then five people.

They never have what I need but the guys are always awesome trying to help

Got me on the road again

Slow, ineffecient, all staff on duty were tied up trying to find another customers set of shock absorbers that were prepaid and stored in seperate areas, this was his third visit to get the correct total of 4 . The staff just let everyone else wait in line. Customer was very appologetic to everyone in line, staff didnt seem to care.

Very Helpful! I went in looking for a cargo light bulb. The first gentleman looked in the computer system, but nothing showed up. He loaned me a screwdriver and I removed the dead bulb, taking it back in the store. The second gentleman went over to the light section and found one that works! Bless his heart, I now have light in the cargo area!

Allen is the best autozoner I have ever met. He helped me make a pcv hose replacement for my ford pickup at 10:30 at night. His partner had already tried to send me away saying they did not have the parts. Allen not only found the parts but helped with suggestions along the way. Thanks again Allen!

Very friendly staff. Had a heck of a day. We were out of town when my truck started over heating. After being sold wrong thermostat and multiple very short trips from the store, we finally got her going without overheating. Thank you guys for taking care of us and making the wrong thermostat right.

I was absolutely blown away by Marios customer service and friendliness. I was visiting Flagstaff on a road trip from Phoenix, and none of the Phoenix Autozone techs have been as nice as Mario was. They have a great rewards program! Lots of parts in Stock also. I would give them 5 stars but there almost always understaffed! The poor worker bees are running like crazy and the manager is constantly stressed. Best time to go in is at night around 9pm or when the parking lot is empty...

Stop diagnosing cars youre not mechanics, you sell parts! If you dont know what parts they need send them to a shop, youre not mechanics stop acting like you are

Mario F came in and saved the day when I was unable to change out my old battery for the new one I had gotten at Costco. It wasn’t technically a service they could preformed, but he did it because it was helping out someone in need. Thanks to Mario for his incredible service, he definitely went above and beyond!

Went in at about 9pm we are out of town going riding at the cinders one of our battery terminal screws vibrated off and we needed a new set the staff refused to be of any assistant wouldnt look in the back for any parts directed us to random bolts that wouldnt work they had extra batteries with the screws but refused to sell them to us and redirected us to orileys... it was an older man with glasses and a beard didnt bother getting his name because he was so rude.

Tons of room to improve. Way better service down the road at the competitor.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. They never leave us waiting and seem to know what theyre doing and are eager to help us fix whatever problem we have going on with our vehicles. We never have to wait in long lines there is always someone ready to help. They even offered to go above and beyond and help install parts or take a look at certain things in your car for you without charging you which I find really kind and refreshing. I would definitely recommend this place for your car part needs! They might not be the cheapest place around but when it comes to your vehicle quality is definitely more important.

Sunday at 9 a.m. last night somebody told me one of my lights was out in the front of the car. Went to AutoZone they looked at the car said they could change the light for me and Wallah Im on my way thank you very much having a car light changed is much more interesting than getting a ticket in Arizona

We needed new brakes and stuff for two oil changes. The guy, cant remember his name, he helped us out and go us rung up in no time. Speedy service and I like it.
