I went in to have my battery checked and replaced. The owner Jeff informed me I would unfortunately have to replace my battery as it was no longer in good condition. I was able to buy a new battery at a decent price and he even installed it for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Chaleenah also made sure I knew how long my warranty lasted and that I could go to any other batteries plus bulbs store if I needed a replacement. They made my experience super fast and super easy. Definitely recommend them for any service!

Although the salesperson was quite nice and helpful... guess c-19 had inventory low. So that was a turn off because they didnt have what I needed.

Not good inventory, told to call later in week---went to Walmart and got battery I needed.Not sure if Ill return soon, not enough staff to help customers waiting AND low on inventory of Batteries at Batteries Plus!

Jeff the owner was great. Very good service. The store feels very personable and its nice to feel as though my business is supporting a neighbour in my own community. I had a positive experience and would recommend this business.

The touchpad on my screen became unresponsive after a drop so I looked around for the closest repair shop and found the price at Batteries Plus Bulbs was the lowest. They did disclose that they use a third party part for the screen instead of a genuine Apple one but I didnt think that would make that big of a difference. After the repair the screen was so glitchy that it became almost unuseable. Typing would have constant typos and it would even accept calls on its own. I ended up just trading it in and upgrading to the Iphone 13 because I didnt want to waste time going to the store again.

My class c RV cabin 12v battery died on me upon arriving to flagstaff. They had my amg duracell battery in stock as oppose to other brand name stores in the area, load tested it any everything for confirmation.. great customer service with knowledgable employees willing to help get the battery to the rv rather than carrying it out. Appreciate the help!

I purchased 4 6V deep cycle batteries from the Flagstaff store for my small solar application. After a year now checking acid levels per proper maintenance schedules all batteries are even and consistent. Batteries are Duracell and the store had new stock in the store when i purchased. I go there now for all of my battery needs.

I bought an Iphone at Verizon and, when it wouldn’t charge, took it to them for repair. They refused to even look at the phone and told me I had to send it to Apple. Thinking it was a battery issue, I went to Batteries Plus in Flagstaff, where they examined and tested the phone, discovered it was NOT the battery, but still fixed it. They were prompt, polite, and competent—unlike the store where I had originally bought the phone. I will use Batteries Plus whenever possible.

Best price to replace batteries in my golf cart including installation. Goes way beyond the norm in service. Diverse selection of products in stock and he can order almost anything you would need. All of the staff are very friendly. Its a fun place to shop. It seems like were always stopping by when batteries or bulbs burn out.

They replaced the battery in my Galaxy S9, and when I was unsure if the replacement battery was the correct storage capacity, they checked to determine that it was indeed correct, but gave me another brand new battery anyways. I dropped a 75 pound weight on my buddy’s iPhone and totally shattered the screen. I knew Batteries Plus Bulbs did phone repairs so I took it by their store here in flagstaff Arizona. They were very excepting and polite and helped me out right away. Their customer service was beyond amazing and I have never felt so welcomed before. My phone was done in about 30 minutes and looked as good as new!!! I would definitely recommend stopping by their store for any batteries, lights, or device repairs!!! You won’t regret it!!

Have always had a good experience with these stores. Lots of bulbs and batteries you cant find anywhere else. Just check the turn-around time on a phone repair if you are in a hurry. They tend to under-estimate the time. Otherwise good service and fair prices.

I am a traveler from California with a 6 month old 216 dollar battery that will not take a charge. Jeff at this store in Flagstaff refused to honor my warranty. They didn’t have the exact battery replacement so I offered to pay the extra price for a more expensive one. They just would not work with me! I have used Battery Plus Bulbs in San Jose many times and when there was a problem they were always helpful. What an embarrassment to the fine company!

They did a great job replacing the battery on my Samsung but they also do many other phones, ipads, ect. Easy access off Milton, their customer service is very good

I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. I went in to schedule a phone screen repair, and they had to special order a part for my phone. Because of this, I had to pay up front. I found out from my family after the fact that I could submit a claim through Verizon and get my phone fixed for $400 less than what I had been charged, so I went to get a refund. The associate I spoke with, who I believe to be a manager or supervisor of some sort, spoke down go me and blamed me for wanting a refund. Instead of trying to help me, he immediately started complaining that I wanted a refund because he had had to order the part. No customer service skills at all, and I felt embarrassed and ridiculed for not wanting to spend my money there. I was told that they would contact the retailer where they ordered the part from, and that they would call me back with information about the restocking fee, which I would pay. I ended up having to call them back, only to find out that the retailer had been closed. I was told I would only have to pay for shipping since they didnt have information about the restocking fee for me. I believe that they didnt call me back in order to get more money out of me. It is extremely disappointing that this business would try to take advantage of a local student, out of work, in the middle of a pandemic. Please dont go to this business. They will take advantage of you, cheat you out of your money, and overall treat you poorly. They only care about the money, and not about their customers at all.

They stuck with me through a month long process of ordering my cameras hard-to-find part from China and still fixed it for the base price Id paid. The guy who fixed my phone, despite having to take apart my phone 3 separate times, did not charge any additional labor fees. I doubt any other phone repair in Flagstaff would put that much work into helping fix my phone.

I got helped by their employee Joseph and he was amazing. He fixed my better on my iPhone X and it works like a charm. Definitely some cool guys, great customer service, and awesome work quality.

Only place we could find that would repair a back camera screen for a note 9. It was $90.00 bucks but when you pay 1600.00 for a phone it was easily worth it. 5 stars in my book.

Disappointed they dont take alkaline batteries for recycling, although says so on line. Offered to recycle for a per pound charge.Wasted a trip. Seems like a good idea for a battery seller to participate in recycling. Advised me to throw in the trash. Sad!

They replaced my MacBook battery, everything seemed fine at first. Then shortly realized it still doesnt hold much of a hold. It seems like they replaced my old battery with a used one. I have my brightness turned almost all the way down and lucky if it holds a charge for an hour

My Dad is 87 years old. He lives off the Grid. His solar batteries went bad during a heat wave here in Northern Arizona and needed to replace the bank of batteries quickly. After talking to the solar compaines here in Flagstaff, getting prices from them all and being told it would take up to 3 weeks to get the batteries (way to long to be without power) I called Jeff at our local Batteries Plus Blubs. Jeff took my needs down and asked if I could give him 15 minitues, I said yes. He called me back in 5. this was on Wednesday the 24. Jeff was able to get them instock by friday the 26th (2 Days) and we had them installed that same afternoon. Jeff even helped deliver the batteries and make sure we had cables and everything else we need to get powered up. Jeff is the owner and Gave my dad the Best Customer service I have ever seen. Thank you Jeff.

Okay, so I called this place in advance on Friday for a battery replacement on a Samsung Galaxy S6. They had my battery in stock and said I could bring it in at 1:30 on Saturday so an NAU student working for them could fix it. I get there at 3 and they said they ran into complications (something about the gold stickers on the phone starting to come off) so the guy working asked if I wanted them to continue with the battery replacement. I said yes because Id rather have a phone I can use rather than it look pretty. The employee said the NAU student would be back at 6 and my phone would be fixed at 7. I get there at 7:08 and they were closed. First of all, the employee should have informed me that they close at 7 so I needed to be there before that. Im irritated at this point, but just wait until the next morning to pick it up. When I got there around 12 on Sunday, the employee says There she is! I waited all night for you. My friend said Actually we were here at 7:08 and no one was here. He responded Nope, we close at 7. She said Well that would have been nice to know. Why would you even say that if its not true? to which he responded because Im a BS-er. So he just admitted to lying to me, the customer. I just wanted to get away from this jerk so I paid the $65 fee (essentially $20 for the battery and the rest for service for service fees.) My friend tried to get him to lower the service fees for making me wait a lot longer than they originally said, to which he refured. After I paid, my friend said Youve earned yourself a bad yelp review. She said she heard him say something about us as we were leaving, which she asked him to repeat, mockingly calling him so professional. When we got back to the car and I turned on my phone, I found that the screen was black and pixelated, basically ruined. I was furious at this point. Why would they make me pay for a phone that isnt even usable? My friends boyfriend immediately went back inside and demanded my money back, which the employee would not agree to at first. After arguing for several minutes, the employee then took the replacement battery out and gave my money back. Now I have to buy a new phone to replace the one they ruined. Horrible place and horrible employee. I didnt get his name but hes an older, balding man with a bad attitude. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, to a place that can actually be trusted.***Update 10/17***I have still yet to hear from anyone at the store. I really think I should get some compensation for my phone that was in perfect working condition until this store broke it. Not happy at all.

Talked to Mike the phone tech regarding a new battery installed in my wifes phone. Called early morning and was told he couldnt get to it in the morning but maybe the afternoon. Called at 3:30 and even though he was there he said he was leaving for Phoenix in a short time.I guess my wife can be with no phone until Monday. I sure hope there is no emergency.

Terrible customer service. Not friendly and barely helpful. My wife picked up a motorcycle battery, and when I went to install it, the connectors were too large for the battery. I drove across town and when I showed the guy behind the counter, he heaved a big sigh and started to look through a large box of parts. I told him the other batteries had the right connector, and he ignored me and continued to look through the box. After several minutes he came over and said well I hate to take it off another battery because then Im in the same situation all over again. I was pretty frustrated and he grudgingly pulled the package I needed and handed it over without a word. That guy is a jerk who should have never chosen retail as a business.
