Flagstaff Vision is operated very professionally. They have the latest equipment for a thorough exam. Both doctors are friendly and put you at ease as does the office staff. Everyone follows COVID protocols and the office is very clean. They have a good selection of frames. I would recommend Flagstaff Vision for anyone.

The great reviews got us here. We were looking for a more personal and professional experience in buying new glasses. These guys hit it out of the park. The personal care is off the charts!!! It really is unbelievable how great they are! We didnt find the right glasses but they were able to fix our old ones to get us by until the next shipment arrives. By far the best place for your eyes. It was a very comfortable atmosphere all the way around but Sarah who was my optometrist was exceptional! I feel confident that the glasses I ordered will be great! Ill give another comment once I get them but feeling very good about it. They had a nice selection too of frames.

I was visiting Flagstaff and ruined one of my contacts, and had foolishly forgotten to bring spares. I went to Flagstaff Vision hoping they could help me in any way. Great staff and service. Thorough eye exam and help in getting the best value for new glasses. They were able to use my old frames (purchased somewhere else) and put new lenses in AND give me a discount. Front desk also helped save me money by calling my insurance company because I had cataract surgery in the last year, so the exam was covered. Very happy and I highly recommend.

I met with Cat yesterday to choose glasses for driving. She was professional, knowledgable, and had a good eye for matching facial shape to frame options. We discussed the many options for my lenses and found the right combination to use in the car for daylight ( darkened) and nighttime (clear). I was extremely satisfied.

Flagstaff Vision saved my vacation! I was on vacation about to visit the Grand Canyon and accidentally broke my glasses while on a hike the night before. They were able to fix my glasses and they were just as new again in 30 minutes! The optometrist was at the front desk and was extremely friendly. She gave me great tips on where to get the best views of the Grand Canyon, now that my glasses were fixed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful and I cant thank them enough for helping me out!

Yesterday was my first visit to Flagstaff Vision. The second you walk into the office, you feel like you are home. Allison greeted me immediately! She was just the sweetest thing! My appointment was with Dr. Sarah. She is incredible! She is very kind, and knowledgeable. The exam went seamlessly! Afterwards, I picked out my frames. Lost my glasses and needed a replacement set ASAP! I called at 9 am on October 26th 2021, was given an appointment for 1 pm October 26th 2021, had an eye exam as my script was 3 years old, received a text message update at 3:48 pm October 26th 2021 that my pair of glasses were ready for pickup! Dr. Padernose was fabulous to work with along with the rep who helped me choose a pair and get them adjusted to fit!

Everyone is so unbelievably kind. The main doctor is so sweet and kept talking to me through out the whole process, ensuring I was comfortable. My experience here was beyond amazing! This morning one side of my glasses came off and I could only hold it in place with tape for the time being. I headed over to Flagstaff Vision for the first time because my usual optometrist is 2 hours away. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed, the staff was friendly and quick to help me. They suggested a few options to me considering my frames are still under warranty with my usual optometrist but they kept falling off my face and I couldnt deal with it. Joseph was kind enough to put on a temporary temple so my glasses stay in place until I am able to get them repaired. Thanks Joe, you saved the day!

By far the best service I’ve ever had from an eye care professional! The woman who did my exam was VERY kind, professional, and caring to my needs. She helped me put in my contacts, and made sure they they fit properly. She even showed me a super easy way to put in and take out my contacts! I will never go to anywhere else, thank you Flagstaff Vision!

Glasses came in super fast after my eye exam and they gave me two pairs of contacts instead of the one. They’re really kind, great at communicating and are patient with your questions. I had to go back because my glasses started to cause some issues with my peripheral vision, but I went back and they happily adjusted my glasses and gave me a complimentary vision test to make sure the lenses they provided were my accurate prescription. I will say two things of crucial though: 1.they’re contacts are a bit pricey, but I come from California where there are vision centers on ever corner (lots of competition). 2. When I bought my glasses they were about to charge me an extra 50ish dollars but luckily I caught the mistake before they charged me. It kind of seemed like they might’ve done it on purpose, but so long as YOU know the price on everything they’re charging you for and YOU yourself add it up, they’ll correct their pricing (if it’s actually the correct pricing based on their prices). I would still definitely recommend them for your vision needs!

I was seeing this clinic since before covid. They did an excellent job then, and they continue to do excellent work. They take good precautions like cleaning the glasses between patients.It’s also nice to go to a place that is local and not owned by a national chain. There is just better quality when going local.

Honestly, it was a disappointing experience, super unprofessional. I don’t even know which doctor I saw because she didn’t tell me her name! She asked about symptoms and I tried to tell her but she cut me off and ask about my vision instead. “Let me go get some drops for you” she didn’t even tell me she was going to dilate my eyes. She put them in my eyes then left me alone in the room for 30 mins. She didn’t comeback in to check on my eyes or anything! Then at the end of the appointment she said “Your eyes are healthy” and tried to send me home! I was so confused. I had to ask her about what could be the cause of my symptoms or if there was anything else I should watch out for. All she said was “oh I’ll send you home with some artificial tears” I was so upset! I still don’t know what’s wrong. I paid $145 but I have to go to another eye place to get some answers! She also didn’t give me sunglasses/shades when I had to leave. A different doctor approached me and asked if I had my eyes dilated, when I said yes she ran behind the desk to get my sunglasses! The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because the other staff, especially the front desk people are super nice. They were very helpful!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. First, Dr opened office on a Saturday and Sunday for emergency treatment of an eye infection. I was visiting and I had never been there before. Treatment was spot on and probably saved the sight in my eye. I lost a lens out of my glasses while travelling by motorcycle, NOT FUN!The staff at Flagstaff Vision accommodated me by making an appointment for an exam ( I was due) and replaced both lenses in my frames! ( I kinda liked my frames) all this right on the heels of a power outage!Kudos to the staff @ Flagstaff Vision!

The eye exam went well but he didnt make any recommendations on what lenses to get. And I accidentally dropped a pair of glasses and some lady that works there snapped at me to set them down. I have a medical condition that flared up and I accidentally dropped it.No one offered to help me find glasses I liked.

Incredible place, friendly, helpful, state of the art equipment, last eye appointment I had was at a Walmart and I can tell you that the equipment they had was nothing like what they are using at flagstaff vision !! Everything was explained to us, there were no hidden fees for glasses, the price was exactly what they said it would be, unlike other offices I’ve been in. The contact learning session was amazing and the gentlemen that cared for us was kind, considerate, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. We spent about 1.5 hrs there and my son left with brand new contact lenses, knew how to put them in and take them out, and a new pair of glasses that the Dr went ahead and made while we were there. Even gave me tips and tricks to keep the glasses on the little guy . I’ve never been here but I already love this place . Serious help during covid 19 thank you thank you!

Got glasses there a few months ago, had problems with my glasses, still have not been able to get my issue resolved with or by them. The awesome part is i needed replacement for broken glasses. They have my money and I have glasses i cant wear, not sure how they expect me to work or do anything. 0/10.

I worked with Flagstaff Vision for years, but they have also been my primary eye care for even longer...these doctors and the staff I’ve served next to have and always will go above and beyond! They care about each and every patient. From coming in on a Sunday to check on a patient with Iritis, to calling and making sure a patient was able to get their medication, they will always take the extra step. No contest, go here.

Im visiting in town for two weeks and I needed my sunglasses fixed cause my dog crushed them. I looked up and found Flagstaff Vision and took my glasses to them. A technician, Kim took a look at them and said she would do all she could. The set screw for one of the lenses was broken off inside, the frames were bent and twisted and the other lens had posed out too. Kim said it might be a few days and she might have one of the doctors take a look. I left and within an hour Kim called me to say they were fixed! I was of course amazed, and happy. I went back to Flagstaff Vision and Kim made sure they fit properly and said to be careful with them and perhaps not use the neck strap( which caused the problem in the first place). I thanked her and asked for the bill and she said there was no charge!! Now I was amazed! All I can say again is thank you so much and if I ever move back to Flagstaff, Flagstaff Vision is where I will come for glasses.
