The doctor is very personable. I really appreciated that from him when I first saw him almost 3 years ago.They helped me out when I could barely afford anything with samples, and discounts, and going above and beyond to help me be able to see. The receptionist at the time even helped me with trying to find a job to get on my feet. She is one of the people I point to as the reason I love Flagstaff.Since then, I am in a much better position. I just got new prescription lenses and sunglasses. I was once again treated as a person and not just a customer. He acknowledges that systemic health problems can happen and effect someones vision even while they are still working toward a more complete diagnosis. Unrequested, offered advice on how to get to wear contacts again. I appreciate him looking through my history and seeing how my dry eyes are preventing me from doing things I used to do. Even with the comment, it didnt come across as a pressure to buy more.I am a very happy customer and appreciate how much this office humanizes its patients. The office girls have been great this time around as well.

Everyone at Target is always super helpful with our son and his glasses. Every experience has been great and we are always listened to. We usually meet with Emily who is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure our needs our met. She is also very helpful, patient, and kind.

I called in with a contact issue today and Emily automatically took me in and helped me. She told me everything I needed to do and even took some of her own time finding a way for me to get contacts day of. Everything worked out perfectly! When coming in the store I was welcome by Emily and also another really nice girl. I didn’t catch her name sadly. She had short brown hair and wore glasses! They remembered me and made the experience more personal and enjoyable than ever. Due to this experience, I will be switching from Walmart Vision Center over to Target Optical permanently. I will forever be thankful for all the work Emily put in today! She’s the best employee ever.

Today I had my first appointment at Target Optical. I was helped by Jerrica, who was an excellent employee. She was so kind, made great conversation with me, and clearly explained all of my options regarding insurance coverage and the best way to save money when buying contacts and glasses. I usually go to VisionWorks for my glasses and contacts and usually feel that I am scammed out of the best available deal. I did not feel that way about Target Optical, in fact, I felt that they worked with me to ensure I got the best deal and was satisfied with my experience. Everything about this experience was more than satisfactory and I will absolutely return year after year to Target Optical. Their selection of frames was somewhat limited but I found several pairs of glasses that were so cute I had a hard time choosing!

Had a very good experience. Emily and Dr. Savery were both very personable and knowledgeable. The doctor helped me with my questions about bifocal distancing for a particular hobby, and Emily helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses. I look forward to seeing her again when I pick them up and she makes the final adjustments.

Dr. Savery is knowledgeable and took his time. Very personable and lovely. Dahlia also took great care of us. We bought 8 pairs of glasses between my husband and I and she was patient and helpful as we tried on a few dozen pairs and asked a thousand questions.

I had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend going Dr. Savery is amazing and does everything to make sure you have the best care and Emily is amazing, she made the office feel so comforting and helped me pick out the best frames!

Highly recommend Dr. Savery. I never feel like the appointment is rushed and the exam is thorough. He always takes time to answer my questions and his staff is friendly and helpful. The selection and style of glasses they offer is much nicer than where I had been going previously. Very happy I switched to this office.

We were visiting Flagstaff from San Diego and a super tiny screw came out on my sunglasses and the optometrist fixed it for free and he and his assistant were super friendly. Thanks to them our vacation is better!

Optometrist was good, ladies in the front are rude. Picked up a new pair of glasses that was not right, I let them know there was something wrong and was told the adjustment period takes more than a couple minutes (to get used to the glasses) I understand that, but when I see better without the glasses and one side is blurry, there is a problem. She said she could schedule my an appointment to see another doc, but theyd likely tell me the same thing... just go to a legit optical

Have been going here for a few years now and have always had a good experience. Staff and doctors are very knowledgeable.

My dad had the warranty for his glasses from Target. He was in a terrible accident and almost died, the emergency professionals left his crushed up, bloody glasses at the scene. My dad went to replace his glasses with Target but they wouldnt honor it because he couldnt physically give them the actual crushed up, bloody glasses. He could give them a medical report from the accident, I guess it wasnt good enough. Just really was disappointing that they wouldnt honor that warranty and left a bad vibe for the whole family. Costco Optical has excellent customer service and Zennis is also fast becoming one of the best value places for glasses.

I decided to try Target for glasses today.They do eye exams there also, but I went in with my prescription obtained from Sams Club.They were busy today, but my wait time was only 10-15 minutes. Emily was very helpful in getting glasses ordered for me after I found frames that were comfortable to me. Im very happy with the service, price and results.Thanks Emily!

Dr. Is a great guy, the lady who sells you your glasses is awful to deal with. Before paying I asked how long it would take to get my glasses and she said they would come in “soon”. Then just after paying she said “great they will be here in a month”. Had I known it would take that long I would have gone elsewhere. Then a few days ago they called saying my glasses should be in soon and to call back to check today. When I called she was incredibly rude and said it should be 3 weeks.

This is for Target optical, not necessarily Target - I have a funky insurance provider so I was expecting there to be hiccups in the process. I didn’t mind this in the least.What I was not expecting was how rude the woman over the phone was. I ended up cancelling my appointment because she made quite a few rude remarks when discussing my insurance. There’s so many other great eye places in Flagstaff - try one of them instead.

Very rude associate today. Very condescending communication skills. Thank You for reminding me of why I still need to go elsewhere to spend my hard earned money.

So disappointed in this establishment. As long as youre the only person in the shop the customer service is solid, excellent even. They know their stuff, they are helpful and kind. Sadly, you get one too many people in there and theyll ignore you even if youve been standing there for 30 minutes waiting. Very disappointed, Id be fine coming back 30 minutes later if they just looked up, acknowledged me (I dont even need a fake smile) just say, hi there, looks like were kinda busy, did you want to come back a little later and well get you taken care of I dont care how much later, 20 minutes, an hour..but some sort of acknowledgement would have been decent and proper.

Had an amazing experience! I was debating between going here or Americas Best, and Im so glad I went to Target! The doctor was great and knew what he was talking about, and he really took his time with me. The staff was awesome too and did everything they could to help me. I highly recommend going here!

Very disappointed in this location -- I had an exam with the doctor and ordered six months worth of contacts. Later, I ordered another six months worth of contacts with them and they would not provide any samples to hold me over if I ran out in the meantime. I understand policy, but just a total lack of care for patients. My vision is extremely poor and all they could say is wear your glasses. Will not be going back.

Whoever the young girl was working Sunday Sep 15th afternoon was one of the rudest people I have encountered in awhile. My daughter just needed a quick glasses adjustment. When we walked in she condescendingly said Can I help you? Insert eyeroll and disgust on her part. We told her we just needed a quick adjustment and she said well we are all busy, and you would have to come back in 40 min. The whole time speaking so nasty to us. We just left. I wouldnt want her near my daughter anyhow. You need to find someone else asap that has an ounce of customer service in them.

Husbands glasses broke in half Dr was super nice and personal. We were lucky enough to go here and they found some frames that fit my husbands lens. Now we can drive home safely
