Really enjoy visiting this store. I really love the fact that pets are allowed here too! Customer service is great and the store is clean and well stocked. Hobby Lobby is a little more expensive than other craft stores, but their sales make the cost of their supplies a great deal.

My main occupation is delivering RV trailers around the country but my second business is rustic furniture and accessories and I buy a lot of the things I need from Hobby Lobby but I do it when theyre on sale which is just about every other week so that makes it really nice

Excellent selection and Christmas items are 50% off now. Lack of personality of some staff members keeps it from 5 stars.

Well stocked and so much to look at and choose from. There are a Joanns and a Michaels in Flagstaff but neither are as well stocked or have as many options as Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby has sales but no coupons where Joanns and Michaels do.

This place is awesome I always feel like I can make all the cool crafts they sell here. Until I remember I do not have any artistic abilities.

I mean, it’s a hobby lobby, just like every other hobby lobby in the U.S. Employees here seemed particularly confused or stressed but, yes—they have a large selection of items and a huge store. Yes—it’s clean and organized. The real bummer and deal breaker for me is when I became aware of their religious & political views that trickle from the corporate top tier down to every branch and store. My friend went in a couple months back, unaware, looking for a rainbow flag for pride and when he asked an associate she looked at him like he had two heads and just shook her head no with a horrified look on her face. Also doesn’t carry Halloween decorations? For real? Because Jesus? A craft and decor store without support for the LGBTQ+ Community or Halloween items is no craft store to me at all. I’ll just go to Michaels.

Had to go here out if necessity for one item. Super clean store. Honestly way better than Michaels but I cant go back or bring myself to support an extremely pro Trump business. In case you were un aware, hobby lobby okayed a pro Trump display during the height of campaign season in 2020. I will not be going back to support such blatant fascists.

As a small business owner they always have everything I need and if they don’t they point me in the direction that does. The staff is always helpful. Given you might have to ask for help but once you get over that hump they are some great people and are always willing to go the extra mile for you.

Clean, organized store. Clear signs for sale items, help available, variety of options....but, too many things made in China. Always looking for American Made but its a rare find in Hobby Lobby. Will reserve to shop there in extreme cases only and only for American Made.

Very large selection and super helpful/friendly staff! The prices here are quite reasonable and usually items will be at a discount! This is one of my favorite stores and I come here all the time!

Store was awesome. This guy helped me find stuff for my hobby supply. Only thing was after he left around the corner I overheard the boss scold him and put him down...I want to close early today at 8:30pm. I dont want to be waiting for you to finish cleaning.... Felt bad for the guy. I stuck around and saw the boss do nothing but gossip. The boss should at least be a team player. Be a postive role model. Not put down the staff who works hard to do his job. Feel like I should report this to some upper management. Like a district boss or something...

They dont scan items at the register. Make sure you keep track of which items you are buying that are on sale. Cashiers should not be expected to remember which items are on sale??! I over paid $20 today because of the errors. My advice is to sort your sale items before cashing out. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. Poor policy for staff to remember sale items throughout the store!

Overpriced as usual and didnt find what I needed. No one in store and if we were okay or needed help finding anything even though we passed multiple people working in various areas.

They have a lot of great things but the last 3 times I have been there, they did not have what I needed. I will try Michaels and Joanns .

I dragged my feet going here for years because Im firmly against the hateful and incredibly UN-Christlike beliefs this company supports while calling themselves Christians, but I need something I couldnt find anywhere but there.Begrudgingly, I went. I was pleased to see that both of the things I needed were marked 50% off, but when I got to the front, they told me one of the items (the expensive one, of course) didnt go on sale until next week. I offered to show them that it was stocked directly next to one of these signs and the description matched that on the sign, but no dice.Whatever. I paid it because my project is a timely one and I cant get it online quickly enough, or I would. Wont be going back, even though I love craft and home decor stores. 🤷‍♀️Now if they figured out that Jesus meant ALL of Gods children when he said Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself and not just the straight white Christian ones, theyd probably have much more business. I know they would from me. Not that my money makes enough of an impact on their bottom line for them to care, but I do.
