I had an interview at 9AM and couldn’t get my printer working to print out my resume. I left early to find a printing place, Office Max wasn’t even open yet and only had 15 more minutes to be on time! I ran in explaining my situation and she was already pulling out the info I needed to get printing! A quick email and she had it in my hands. All took about 2 mins and she didn’t even charge me!! I was 3 mins early and so grateful. Regardless of the dollar amount It was a wonderful gesture to ease the anxiety I was feeling about being prepared and late
They don’t do fingerprinting except stupid hours when people are working!!!! Now I can’t start my job in time because they can’t show a single iota of compassion or flexibility!!! Also they don’t post this information anywhere!
Between my wife and I, we have been in the store three times with various types of transactions. The staff is extremely competent and fast. Very impressed will be going back there even though it’s on the other side of town
They have always treated me very good.. Always friendly and polite. Also if I need extra help they will without judgment. Never sent mail back if I couldnt pick up on time.. Always helped with multi packages to my vehicle with smiles and wishing me a great day...
When in Flagstaff dont waste your time going anywhere else. The North 4th Street UPS store is the one you want. Even if you happen to be near other UPS store if its important to you go to 4th Street location.As a nomad or van dweller (glorified high functioning homeless person), I travel extensively and have dealt with many UPS locations, mostly receiving goods from Amazon. As a whole UPS stores are my go-to for my shipping needs however this store stands out among the many including the one just across town in Flagstaff.For some reason I always luck out and reach the owner Jen when I call. Ive have had some experience with the other employees in the store which are a mix, with some who are ok or new, and some who are well trained.The other store across town different story total circus, they have lost my packages more than once and then would try and put it on me to try to find it. When I would track it to their location theyve gone so far as to have me call UPS central because they claim that the driver sometimes says he drops packages off but doesnt always. I come to find that and more than once that it was in a place where they didnt see it or another employee put in odd spot. They would be happy to see me leave and then call me when they find it however some of these things were medicines and other important items so I couldnt leave, they had to find it.Fed up I looked for another mail service not realizing Flagstaff had 2 UPS store locations. So as stated earlier I called UPS store on North 4th Street. I got the owner Jen I and asked if I would have a problem with packages at that location. Happy to report its been 2 years now and many, many did I say many, packages that Ive received and so this good review is long overdue.I would have to say that 99.99% of the time I come to pick up my packages its a quick process, its a rare occasion that it takes any time to locate them and even the less seasoned employees are able to help me so it is pretty organized. As far as pricing I can only speak to what I pay for my pickups and its competitive to other UPS stores except those that are price gouging Kingman Arizona is one really bad location and New Mexico in general also high on prices. Its funny those locations also have poor service. I dont think Im very old, old enough to value service for my money and relationships and thats why I give this location five stars even if they werent doing everything right the owner and employees that Ive dealt with at that location seem to try to make sure youre satisfied as a customer.I have read some of the reviews prior to posting my own including the negative ones in here and be sure to read them too, because you will probably come to the same conclusion I did that they are either non-related, meaning people are thinking that UPS Stores are a part of UPS as whole therefore under same umbrella and not its own separate franchise, or there is some severe emotional entitlement issues going on. None of which has anything to do with this business.A little detailed sure and over the top certainly but 2 years of consistent good service deserves more then mah their alright.
Ups store has been extremely helpful when it comes to running my online business, never had a bad incident and the employees are all very kind and willing to help.
You say my valuable package is damaged - you say my valuable package to myself cant be delivered? I want accountability. You wont answer your phone? Why dont you have an e-mail address posted? This is urgent and we cant reach you. I left my phone # on your message phone and if I dont hear from you, then my next step it to go the the police. TC

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst experience with a business ever. I understand that it is the holiday season and shipping times are extended. If that was the issue at hand I would not be writing a negative review. That fact of the matter is that I went in to this business and asked a variety of questions to see what I could expect to ship things out of state. I didn’t want to purchase items and not be able to ship them. The young man who was working the counter answered my questions but had to go ask the manager multiple times for what to tell me. He reassured me of cost and a time line. I went and purchased art and other items thinking this is great. I went in to try and ship the following day to find out that nothing I was told the previous day was true or accurate. The individuals even denied speaking to me previously until the young man decided to be honest and admit to the fact. I came to find out that the cost was not double but literally 10 times what I was originally quoted, and that the packaging they said they had didn’t actually exist. I now have items purchased from a gallery that stuck across county. Let alone to out right rudeness of the manager. I will never utilize this UPS store and I have made every individual I know, best take their business elsewhere. I was a long time resident of the area and have never experienced anything as awful as their costumer service in my life.
Mary, owner or manager I believe, single-handedly turned my entire UPS experience around with her compassion, understanding and hard efforts.I shipped 8 boxes across country because I was moving due to military orders. 5 of them were completely destroyed and mishandled in the shipping. I had clothes, pans, my crockpot, my 55” TV and so much more destroyed beyond repair. I took pictures, filed the claims and heard nothing. A month of calling and trying to figure it out from across the country with radio silence from corporate. Finally, my boyfriend had the opportunity to go into town and spoke with the staff, showed them the pictures and explained the situation. Mary took immediate action. Within two weeks I had my claims processed and ALL the money that I claimed. She even fought to get me MORE than I asked, due to the severe damage.What started as a horrible and frustrating experience during a very challenging time in my life, turned into an amazing and heartfelt moment - all thanks to Mary and her staff. From the very bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!

This place is beautiful I came directly here after wasting a good mood and loads of time at the United States post office. Upon entering to see no line and greeted with a How may I help you. I placed my package directly on the scale and requested some box tape to seal up my package. Brandie my attendant sealed it and continued to provide outstanding customer service. Mailing my package was very affordable. The entire customer service experience was outstanding. This is a system that has taken an old archaic system and refreshed it with modernization. We should encourage this type of development and progress in this county. Thank YOU UPS Store, in restoring my hope in this county.

Always friendly, quick and helpful. Today I called looking for a receipt I needed to turn in for work. The employee offered to email it to me and even called me back when the email didnt seem to be going through. Great follow up and customer service!
This place is great for Amazon returns and notarizations. The staff is friendly, attentive, and competent. Im usually in and out in a couple of minutes.
Love coming to this place to ship things out. Never had a bad experience and they are always patient and friendly.

Gotta LOVE businesses that support their customers. They charge nothing to print your Amazon label (while the other crappy location charges a whopping $3.00!).The empoyees at the fourth street location are also kind snd fast. What a beautiful difference! :)
Filed a claim on July 2, 2019 with UPS on a item I shipped was damaged. Called several times on updates. Was told back in July I would receive my check. Found out September 9, my claim was voided. Could never get answers from Andrew or anyone else. Save your time and hard earn money and stay away from this store. They lack being helpful and professional. Please do yourself a favor and ship you items somewhere else.

I brought two large boxes full of fragile kitchen essentials, both fairly heavy. Each box costed $50, which is 20 dollars more than Fedex. When I mentioned both boxes contained glassware and requested fragile stickers, she explained they didnt carry the stickers and proceeded to write fragile in CURSIVE with a sharpie. Uh what? But dont worry, if youd like to insure your shipment, you can do so for $20 more per box. Both boxes were reported damaged by UPS, and still havent shown up. Imagine that. Long story short...youre much better off going to the official UPS or FedEx offices. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I just went in to get a title notarized and they tried to charge $10! Went to the bank and they did it for free. Hey UPS, just because the max charge fee goes up to $10 doesnt mean you should too!
