This business customer service is HORRIBLE.This business is not worth the stress!! How do you leave out eggs and the sausage from a breakfast???I dont want to give them 1 star🤷🏿‍♀️

I go every day to purchase a cup of kool aid I always have to wait 5 to 10 minutes at the speaker before I pull to the window due to no one asking how can I help you. Today just took the cake I pulled up to the window and the cashier looked right at me and continued to smoke her cigarette and count her drawer without out stopping to at least say give me a second nor how can I help you.

Wont answer phone when trying to place an order went through drive through waited two hours before getting to the window then another 30mins to come take my order at window food is good but they need to fire the whole overnight shift

There has recently been a chance of ownership. The new proprietor has made the portions smaller than advertised, uses substandard ingredients including outdated food, does not practice safe food handling and refuses to pay his employees what they have earned which might lead to anything. He is just 23 years old and doesnt posses a level of maturity that in my opinion is necessary to manage the day to day operations of a restaurant. Eat here with extreme caution and patience because customer service is non existant and employees seem to be quite impaired often. Eating here is like playing Russian roulette. A former employee voice his on ernie regarding covid symptoms he was experiencing and was instructed to keep it to themselves and see if it gets better all while working everyday.

I just left there and spent $22 on some chicken and a big man breakfast.. my chicken was gooey my fries was soft and my eggs tasted fake so I really payed $22 for a cup of kool aid and a cup of orange juice I am very disappointed

The food is top notch the only thing I take issue with is location and the dangerous parking lot. If theyd have a dedicated armed security guard/staff outside and inside I think theyd get way more business. The breakfasts are second to none with the City Diner Pancake & Big Mans breakfasts being the two best. Coneys are old Angelos quality and the burgers are better than Starlights and much cheaper.

They food is decent, went there a couple times...there customer service is not all that good, not good listener but also they shouldn’t be having people wait almost an hour for there food...need to work on customer service.

The grilled chicken pita and wing dings are very good but thats it. The cashier and cook both look like they get high together. ijs 🤷🏾‍♀️ But theyre open 24 hours so best place to go after a night of drinking at the bar.

Very poor customer. The white lady was cracked out messing up orders and strung out on her phone texting while people are in the lobby and drive thur. Today I tried calling in a order the lady said “can you call back 15-20mins I’m backed up on orders” my boyfriend was alrdy walking up there and he said the lobby was cleared and so was the lobby and when he asked her (the black lady) she said it was packed a few mins ago. It was never packed. He was there in two mins after I called. Not only to mention that another day the cook walked out! In the middle off cooking so I had to wait till they found another cook. Very poor customer service very slow would not recommend at all!

Food good.. Location isnt the greatest, and not the cleanest of clean, but not filthy.. I honestly love the food and the hospitality...and the food is fresh.. Especially their Cobb salad..coneys, and turkey pitas..

When theyre on, theyre on. Horrible when theyre off. Dont order the cod unless you like battered fishsticks. They just hired a cook who used to work at Cracker Barrel who is A1. I suggest you go when hes cooking.

I went there at 12 and i didnt get up to the ordering window until 1:20 then the lady that took my order didnt get it right she added an extra coney dog meal too it after i told her 3 times what i wanted.

Horrible service food was covered in gnats and the elderly lady who took the order was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I should have expected some sort of insect to be in the food just by looking around. Vents in the ceiling covered in grease and several tiles missing. I could go on but I’d rather report them since they don’t offer refunds.

They are very unprofessional they dont care about the customer..its a ghetto thug type restaurant, raggedy interior, prices are high, quality and quantity of the food has dropped and isnt good as it use to be with these new owners..its all about the money even if they mess your order up.The cooks dont use gloves or hair nets.This restaurant is located right in the heart of one of Flints unsafe high crime areas..Id advise people to view Genesee Countys health reports on this Restaurant.
