They are really wonderful here, was recommended by Geico. Ive been here twice for body work and both times my car came back spectacular. Its also easy because if you need a rental they have a enterprise rep here as well so its one stop shop. They also communicate well and stick with their time frame. I would bring my car back here if I needed body work again. Great customer service and professional.

Went here to get my roof fixed due to Geico recommending them. They gave back the car to me after a few weeks while missing 3 extremely obvious issues (took my untrained eye about 40 seconds to see it). Had to come back and wait to get it fixed. One of the mechanics also stole a phone charger I had plugged in the car.If you go here make sure you don’t leave unless you thoroughly investigate your “fixed” car and don’t leave anything that the mechanics can take.

Earlier this morning (August 23, 2018) at approximately 10:30 am, I asked the manager whether hed be willing to prime and paint a replacement part for my car. He, very kindly, informed me that he wasnt interested in doing that kind of business. Thats unfortunate because I live in the neighborhood (Bellerose) and I am looking to make a lasting relationship with an auto body shop. Most businesses, like contractors, want the big jobs--thats bad business! Instead, do the small job and I, like most people, will be willing to come back to do major work when needed.

My car needs some repairs & Cross Island Collision is doing the job. The price seems fair and Brian the owner is very nice. Elvis checked the car and Snaggs gave me a ride home. A real nice experience. Stay tuned I ll let you know how the work turned out.

I went to this collision place called Cross Island Collision in Bellerose Ny. All the staff there were so helpful and courteous. I loved how they called me or my husband how they were coming along with the car. They have alot of respect and kindness towards their customers. I would recommend Cross Island collision to anyone. This place is a disaster, I took my car for repairs in the driver quarter panel when it was done I when to pick up it seems that they hit the trunk door it wasnt alliment, I came back a week later the problem persist. They say I complaint too much. 2 days later when to pick up the car the problem was still there, so I pick the car regardless after I had home I realize the from grill is out of place, the horn sounds horrible so I decide to check the engine so I pop up the hood. Few parts like the wipers water disposal melt it out completely and some parts shrunk, I guess the car was park close to a oven or they left it too long when they painted this guys sucks.

They completed their word and the job came out excellent very very pleased with these gentlemen
