Nassau Collision helped me through the arduous process of recovering my 2018 Mazda after it was nailed by another driver. Ricky helped me from day 1 and immediately eased my worries. 5 stars! Ricky and his team were very transparent about how they were going to repair my Audi S5. He was very detailed and explained to me the process and parts that would be needed to get the job done. His shop was also open for me to drop by any time I wanted to look at the progress and see what the guys were doing. The car looks and feels brand new. I certainly put it through its paces after and everything held up nicely. Dont want to go through that again but if I had to Id go right back.

I got into a terrible accident with my car and the front of my car was badly bashed and roughly over 6,500 worth of damage. Ricky owner of shop was able to take care of insurance people for me and just picked up my vehicle and my car looks amazing!!!!! Like brand new. It literally looks like it never was in an accident. Ricky is an amazing person. He even was so nice and amazing and from my insurance deductible of 1000.00 and discounted for me to pay only 400.00. Such a great place!!!!!!This is the second time I’ve been here, he totally takes care of you.

Rick is a true man of his word. I was in a bind when I was involved in an accident with a non-drivable vehicle and the inspection due as well. Rick fixed the car and ( working with the people over at Morans) got the inspection done. All within the timeframe I had to return my rental from the insurance company!Truly an awesome job. After seeing some amazing reviews about Rick, I decided to take my car there for body work. He sent me away after complaining that the insurance company didnt give you any money. The insurance company gave $660 to replace a rear bumper. He said hed reach out to the insurance company to schedule an appointment for my supplement. Frank also left a message stating Id be informed when to take my car to the shop once the appointment with State Farm (for the supplement) has been made.Neither Frank nor Rick got back to me.Rick is like a home contractor: If there isnt enough money in it for him, hes not interested. Im OK with that, but just be honest and say it so that neither him nor a customer wastes their time!

Ricky is the best! This wasn’t the first time I’ve been to him. My dad’s Honda Pilot mirror was damaged while it was parked and we brought the car to Nassau Collision. I cannot thank Ricky and the rest of the crew enough - after bringing my 2007 Mazda3 into the shop following hail damage and an accident, they pretty much rebuilt my entire car...I was so impressed with the work that they did. My car looks brand new, the bright red color is shinier than ever and there isnt a dent left. They also helped me deal with the insurance company and helped me with the rental car...they do superior work for a great price, taking into account my deductible and everything. Highly recommended.

Rick at Nassau Collisions is a man of his word. Not only did he do what he promised but he went above and beyond. I hit a deer with my car causing extensive damage to the front end of my Trailblazer SUV. As a woman I am usually weary about anything car related because I am worried about being taken advantage of. Ricky and his guys were great! Ricky dealt with my insurance company so the process was simple, the cost was more than fair, and most of all my car looks like new! It was a pleasure working with this shop and I would highly recommend them!

Place is awesome . My car took some bad damage to the right side . Needed new bumper, fender, headlights and other things . Total labor was like 5000 with a high deductible. Speak to RICKY . I told him my situation and he ate half my deductible . My car looks great like I had just bought it and he washed and waxed it when I picked it up . Great place to go to. Ricky is great

Have a good luck dealing with John and Charly this summer and their provided automotive service is outstanding. They always spend a time with a customers to explain full body repair process, contacting with insurance companies, providing with rental car if necessary . Not so many body shops buffing the car after paint job was done. THEY DO THAT ALWAYS to keeping car looking factory fresh again. The best memories dealing with these guys.
