One of the worst CVS Pharmacies in the neighborhood. They never answer the phone. Pharmacy staff is very rude and impatient. They hung up on customers.
They never answer the phone . I was standing on line and I called the store the phone was ringing and the pharmacy people just kept ignoring the phone
I don’t like the new layout at all. It had a nice flow and felt more inviting The new layout doesn’t entice me to go down the isles and shop
CVS Routinely attempts to overcharge me for prescription medicine I use that is not covered by my insurance. One time I called the CVS pharmacy and the auto-response told me I have two scripts ready and the total was over $1100. When I called back and asked the pharmacist, she confirmed that the price was correct. I asked how is that possible if it cost me $27 at another local drug store last month for the same medicine. I was told that this is the price CVS charges for that medicine and they couldnt do anything about it. So a national chain that sells mega quantities of a drug cant match or beat the price I get from a local independent pharmacy? Theres something wrong here. Last week I went in and was told my normal $66 price for one of my medicines was going to cost $130+ this month. Until I asked if they applied the Good RX coupon, then the price was lowered to $66. I mean, really CVS? That they are so greedy they will attempt to rob consumers instead of giving their best price is disturbing. Buyer beware, they will rob you if you let them!
This is just about the store. My last time in it was literally just to pick up a pint of ice cream. The ice cream was locked, and the attendant was put out for me asking for it. Then lol, after the fuss it wasnt well stocked.
Poor services. pharmacist even refuse to speak to my doctor regarding the medication.
Hi, I have called cvs for my medication which is for my blood pressure, the lady said tht its scheduled for Feb mid sometime. I explained her that I am an hypertensive person n waiting tht long will only aggravate my condition. In return I was told to call my doc and ask for a new proscription. Getting to doctors in this pandemic is very difficult. Not understanding my problem, the lady refused me my medication. Wherelse this is my pharmacy for 2 years now. My Bp read 205/112. Writing here so that ppl understand that this is not ice cream or burger I am asking for . Its my medication
Cvs is okay when they want to be. For example, they are good for if you want to run in and pick up a few things but when it comes to ordering and picking your prescriptions they always find a way to screw it up, like today for example. Went in today to pick 2 prescriptions, 1 was ready and the other wasnt and I kept on telling them and I really need other more because its more important than the other and I also knew that they have been working on the other for over a week or more and still why wasnt it ready?
Worst CVS EVER! Store looks like its going out of business. Shelves are always empty and not restocked. Why are the CVS stores in Manhattan so nice and neat and fully stocked and not this CVS??? If insurance did not force me to come here for my Rx meds I would not step foot in this store EVER.
I understand that there is a pandemic going on but i think its absurd that the CVS pharmacy in Mineola were able to pick up my phone calls when i called them twice by mistake. However, since i moved out here and switched pharmacies now i am using this inadequate pharmacy. They placed me on hold 5 times for 20 mins today and never picked up so I went in person to ask a simple question then they decided to close the pharmacy when i was up next on line. HORRIBLE customer service! Smh
The store is poorly stocked. I only go this store because it is close by. The other CVS in Bellerose and New Hyde Park better.
TheyoThey lmy CoVid-19 test. Rude. Unhelpful
The absolute worst customer service. I asked for assistance with the photo printer since it was jammed. The cashier told me she can’t help me because there’s only two cashiers working. Good customer service practice would be, give us a few minutes and one of us will check it out. I’d never come here or recommend anyone to come to this place. I’ll be calling to speak with the store manager and ask how do they train their staff on customer service?
I switched to CVS last year, I could only put up with their delays, waiting, and not having my meds on time or at all for 3 months before changing back to raindew . This CVS is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Never again
Employees are sweet and friendly. Management is lacking tho! Inventory is NOT done well so they often run out of items that are regularly purchased.... which is plain stupid. (like Poland Spring water!) The stores convenient tho and someone will almost always run to the back to check if your item is simply not restocked and bring it out to you if thats the case. Unsure why inventory seems to be such an issue here - for YEARS and with different managers. I still go here frequently because of convenience to me. Would NEVER go here if another drug store was equally convenient - Walgreens, Harmons, CVS. The Pharmacy is well run - so its great for getting your prescriptions filled.
Rude disgusting store the employees are extremely rude maybe if they stayed out of the bedroom less and more in school they would have a job making more than $2 an hour!
Im literally in this CVS 4 minutes longer than the people who work there. Receive is very helpful and nice. The store is well organized and clean. This is my CVS.
This store does not care about opening on time. It is supposed to open at 8am but I was there at 8:05am today and it was locked tight with no sign of any employee. You might think that is a one time thing but its not. I dont go to this store often but a year or two ago I went on consecutive Sundays and the store was still closed at 8am and did not open until almost 9. Thats a pattern and I see its still the same. How can a major chain like CVS tolerate unreliable employees that make the entire chain look bad? I wrote a complaint to CVS when the store did not open twice a few years ago and I got a call back from the manager who really couldnt care less, said that one employee didnt show up so they couldnt open up with less than two employees for security reasons. I can understand that but if your employees repeatedly dont show up for work on time and you cannot open the store on time, fire that employee and hire someone who will come to work on time.
This CVS still has self checkouts. I frequent this location and the Bellerose location and prefer to come here. The only time I am unhappy is when the self checkouts have an issue and no associate is to be found. Nothing beats buying basic water for under $3 per 24 case!
Always well stock and willing to work with the customer if an ad item is out of stock. Also great seasonal clearance selection!
The pharmacy is awful. Pick a mom and pop pharmacy while they still exist.
Helpful, pleasant staff. Always have what I am looking for. Staff helps in finding stuff. Always neatly organized shelves.
Called for my prescriptions on hold for over 45 minutes!Unacceptable
Ariel was very helpful. Its great to have people who care.
The shelves are kept neat, and the store is stocked well. If there something you need in a pinch, theres a good bet youll be getting it here. Its a shame it isnt open 24 hours, but its there for you in most situations.
Rude manager . This is not a customer service oriented store
Do NOT GO HERE!!! They are horrible, barely anyone around for service . And the pharmacy department is staffed by idiots that leave early and close much earlier than posted times. This place is unprofessional trash. Dont go here.
Waste of time
Always on time with my proscription
