This.morning I went to this location to buy the sale item of 8 bar Irish Spring Soap for $4.99 less $2.00 but your ad says 6 bars at $4.00 hless $2.00 on your ad. I explained to your manager that she can override it coz its on the shelves sticker price. She said it cant be done. Why is it that I went to another location and they gave me the sale price. This was today and you need to educate your managers on how to handle issues like that. Its the principle and she seems not understanding me at all.

This Rite Aid is a great store. I had one 3 blocks from my home but chose to shop here, much further away. Great helpful staff. Everyone is very pleasant. Pharmacists accommodating and informative. They have most sale items in stock. The Glen Oaks store, pharmacy, rarely had in stock what my Dr. Prescribed. Mostly had to be ordered...Rite Aid has great sales.

Disappointed.....so I called to make sure they had western union and that they opened at 8am. The woman confirmed and I went there and they told me they had no cash $95 in their drawer because they just opened and turned me away. I spoke to the manager who said there was nothing they could do. Its ridiculous that this is how theyre doing business but they are advertising that they are a western union location. So now I have to call to make sure they have $95 before I go back smh....

Staff is always helpful especially in the pharmacy!

The worst rite aid Ive ever been to. There is never enough staff, everyones rude anyway, I live in walking distance from this location and Ill be driving to a better pharmacy from now on. Walgreens and CVS are much better these days anyway.

Ive lived by this rite aid for three years, everytime i go in here i regret it, the cashiers are of lowest intelligence of anybody on our planet how they get to keep their jobs is beyond everyone i know and myself, i thought after renovation things would of been different, i would avoid this rite aid at all costs unless you have a half hour for a pack of gum

The workers are very kind however theyre could be more cashiers open. ever since the well-ness card was changed i have not been going as frequently due to the no discount member service.

This place sucks i will never go there again i will rather treat myself. They took soo long vtht i would of died if i waited ten min longer. Next time ill go to the hospital first.

Incompetent cashiers that are slow as snails at this rite aide. Grand reopening is a fail.
