The only problem I have is after Rent One took over the outdoor stuff was cut. I was ready for lawn furniture and they didnt have it or lawn mowers. The products they do carry or really good

Sooooo in their job description does it require them to sit outside someone’s house and constantly blow the horn and rev up the engine and beat on the door. It’s 10am and my sleep was disturbed because the driver decided to blow the horn nonstop while the other person was knocking on someone’s door. I can see if the driver just did it once but he kept doing it back to back. Obviously the person is not at home but still decided to wake up the rest of the neighborhood. I understand you have a job to do BUT don’t wake up the rest of the neighborhood looking for one person it’s really rude.

Unprofessional changed delivery dates twice in one week with no advance notice.Glad I didn’t actually anything before I TRIED to sign up. Just go to another location (One less then a mile up the street)and get the same product.
