Store managers work hard to make it right, but how many people have lost money because they didn’t check their receipt. Make sure you pay attention to your receipt before leaving the store, this is the THIRD time I have had to get refunds because they double and triple scan items. I gave them multiple chances and they still cant get it right, so I had to come leave a review. Its annoying and inconvenient!

Store was busy, very busy because of the Memorial Day weekend. The shelves were stocked and there were plenty of checkers at the front. Hardly had to wait at all.Only thing I wanted that they had run out of was Salzitza sausage. I spoke to one of the butchers and he said there would be more in during the AM. That kind of help and courtesy is hard to find.UPDATE 9/4/2021Store was very crowded due to Labor Day weekend. All the associates were friendly. We were looking for Tahini and couldnt find. An associate named Joel was very helpful. He found near the Olives. I heard his name because another customer had been helped by him as well. Great Customer service.The line was long but it moved well. The checkers were working hard and quickly.Very well Managed store.

This location managed by Jeanne Kovath is becoming very filthy, I frequent this store often as I live nearby. As a trustee of Wedgwood Subdivision, I fear that the store invites rats outside and inside. I intend to report this store to StlCO problem Properties along with the Walgreens at Cross Keys.

This store was very clean and organized. Found everything I needed. Check out was busy but the line moved quickly. Checkout associates were very friendly. Will definitely go back!

75 %of the time when I call in to order fish any day of the week no one answers the phone. Very disappointing.

I love this Schnucks...it’s my go-to for food that’s fresh (meat) and the staff is friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in is their selection of salad dressing. It seemed reduced. I was looking for a creamy Greek dressing, which I’ve seen before, but it wasn’t there. Even the Ranch varieties were strangely absent. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence as I am normally able to choose from a wide variety.

One of the better schnucks i shop at. Good variety and the produce is really fresh. Staff is excellent and store is clean. Keep it up

My concern is the cinnamon sock it to me cake. I notice a missing ingredient/walnuts for the same price. The cakes has been for a while lump sided.. The cakes arent actually made by schnucks bakery.. maybe this is the problem.. It would be nice to see respond about each or some of the reviews.

I went in to get my 2nd co-vid 19 shot at Cvs pharmacy. It wasnt crowded so the experience was pleasant & I was in & out in less than 30 minutes.

This Schnucks location is always well stocked and very clean. Cleanliness is very important to me in grocery store. Finally, I noticed that each Schnucks carries various products specifically for the location it caters to. I enjoy shopping around and getting the best value for my money.

3:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon customer service closed. No signs, looking like its open. An employee very rudely says its closed cant you see there is no one back there. All I can say if you have hours posted you need to be open even if a manager has to work it.

Could be better every time I order fish my order seems to disappear. I enjoy friendly guys on carts always saying hello have a good day seems like Schnucks could learn how to be friendly from guys who get the carts

They are always super nice, although some of the pharmacies generic brand medication simply does not work!

Always clean and well stocked!

Lazy unconcerned people working in the seafood department, plus they didnt greet people. They just looked at you with that what do you want attitude. The young man at the cash register was friendly and thats all that matters. At least somebody was.

I went in to get a couple of things. The store was clean and they were making people wear mask when they entered. The shelves were full and the ones were not, they were shocking slowly. The lines were long but they moved quickly. The cashier was nice and professional. The cashier bag our groceries as well as rang us out. Customer service was good as well and staff and security staff at the doors were very nice and friendly.

Missing alot of products, but if you can improvise its ok.

Had my groceries in my trunk an ran... call insta cart, awesome.

Never have a bad experience here. They are always pretty stocked up. The store is usually pretty clean.

The store is clean and well stocked. It was not enough lanes open. I guess the rush from the snow was unexpected but this is not the first time I have waited 30 mins at this location to check out. I used the coupon system and some of my coupons did not register so I had to go to customer service after I was rung out. Which was another 5-10 min wait. She took care of the difference and refunded me the money with no problem.

The shopping experience is always good, but when its time to wheel the cart out to the car theres always a problem. Always! The security on the cart goes off. The closest Ive got to my car was about 20 feet. Its not like I park far from the store.

Ok visit but didnt find most of the things I was looking for. All Schnucks are not created equal. Most of the time I would have to go somewhere else to find the other things I need after this particular Schnucks. Customer service was ok but you can sometimes see the frustration like they dont want to be there. I will just go to another Schnucks a couple of miles away.

My neighborhood Schnucks’ store has a little ways to go to create a culture were customers are truly valued and treated as such by the majority of the store staff and not just by a few. I am however grateful and hopeful given the graciousness of the store manager, Jason, that eventually they’ll get there and I look forward to that day.

They have great produce selection and quality products. It is fully stocked hence lots of options. There is ample parking and its location is very convenient. Highly recommend.

My neighborhood store. Easy access. Many checkout lanes. Friendly staff.

Frustrated. Stood in line about 20 minutes at pharmacy. Told if I wanted to use goodrx card, had to go to drop off window. Stood in line another 15 minutes. Then goodrx only saved me one penny, when goodrx app recommended the schnucks CVS 2 miles from my home with a price of $9.77. I was declined as entering the card info said $20.xx. if accepted that price would have to go back to pay window and stand in line again. I refused.

This grocery store has about all the things you. There is a bank on the store, basically for members. The pharmacy is onsite, check for hours open. They have hot foods and a salad bar.If you buy fresh fish, they will cook it for you,no charge. This is a 24 hour store, however, some services may not available since they to close for the day.

Dont like this location to congested. CVS inside Schnucks was a waste of time& money. CVS price for medicine is much higher than Schnucks. Dont waste your time. Shop at Walmart for groceries. Purchase your Meds at Walmart also. Wont return to this Schnucks for nothing.☹️

Always a bust store. Everyone is pleasant. Its very organized. The only thing I dont like is that its totally step up different then mine. Perhaps because its so much bigger. I just wish I could find my way around better. Much cleaner then the store in location. Much better parking as well. N theres always carts available inside. Unlike the store in Spanish Lake. Highly recommend.

This is my first visit since about 2months and it was very pleasant to see NEW nice employees that are very nice from the others that was not so friendly and didnt say at least Good morning or Hello all they did was stare and keep walking

Pharmacist is cold and rude. Definitely not there to help others in their time of need. He would rather prove to everyone how much authority he thinks he has. He practices with customers. He doesn’t wear a name tag either.
