I cant express how much I love this schnucks! I always choose here to shop! Today I used the pharmacy for the first time, and I will NEVER ever go to a different pharmacy. They really truly helped me and were so friendly, even through busy times. Thank you guys! And thank you to the pharmacist who helped me.

Great experience! Customer service was excellent. Went on Sunday evening around 6 pm. Hardly anyone in the store and was able to find everything I needed. Seems like the best time from my experience to go to this particular Schnucks.

Have never had an issue with this location. They always have what I need. Self check moves very quick even when there is a long line.

My favorite schnucks. Staff is great

Schnucks is the grocery store closest to my house so Im there a lot. Id say that about half of the employees are EXCELLENT but the other half are just ok. Ive only had one interaction with what Id call a bad employee, and I never saw that employee there after that.(but I did not mention the bad experience to Schnucks management so I assume it was the employee that was the problem) Overall, prices arent bad and the selection is pretty good. If you try, Im sure you can find better prices elsewhere but it seems that Schnucks has locations close to everywhere so convenience makes up for it. The only things Id like to see are:1) Better quality produce with larger selection2) Higher quality seafood and larger selection3) Go back to the pre-vivid checkout lanes.(Dierbergs has, why cant Schnucks) They have a single checkout line at the front of the store and everyone has to wait in it. Schnucks claims that this is safer somehow but I dont see how forcing EVERYONE through the same line/location can be safer. If a single customer is infected then every single customer for at least that entire day is forced into the same area as that infected customer. There is no way to avoid being in the same area. If they had multiple checkout lanes again, then theres at least a chance youll go through a different lane. As it is now, its guaranteed you will go through the same line as the infected person! That bothers me!Other than that, Im happy doing most of my shopping at Scnucks!

Its a good place, the people are generally nice, if you treat the employees well they treat you better, I can ask most people for help and they will typically try their best even if its not their department.

This is the best Schnucks in Florissant. The others are either dingy and dirty or they dont hire people that are capable of stocking shelves. This store is bright, clean and I can always find what Im shopping for. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Prices are decent the line wait is not very long, friendly customer service they help you out when you need it. It is not very crowded The store is very well decorated would recommend to visit the store.

Always a pleasant experience here at this location. Store is cleaned and maintained well, groceries always easy to find and never a long wait in check out lines. Plus their rewards program is awesome. U get special sale prices, digital coupons available, and you can sort out a grocery list very easily.

Nice and clean. Close to doors for parking. Seafood department was awesome.

The deli department has the nastiest attitudes Ive seen since shopping at any Schnucks. They stop cooking early and you need to get the Store Manager. They talk out loud so you can hear how they fell about the issue. Ive seen them disrespect Managers. This department is not professional at all and Schnucks has loss a long time customer because of them.

This schnucks isnt very good. Maybe because the store is small, the selection isnt very good. Other schnucks in the area offer many more products and variety. The last time I visited this location I couldnt find over half the items on my list. If it was the only option, I might return, otherwise Id drive the extra miles for a better store.

I love this Schnucks location, customer service is very nice and I always enjoy coming here shopping 🛍 they are very helpful when you need help and the shelves are always fully stock!

Smelled great soon as I walked in, the bakery is close to the entrance. Was thrilled they had bread bowls. So hard to find them in certain areas. So I will definitely go back when there is more, I got the last two. Clean. Store was nice and things were easy to find. Staff was nice as well.

The people are very courteous and are always ready to assist you with your groceries.

Store seems nice n maintained. Its an older store. The employees are pleasant n accommodating. While its a much smaller store it seemed well stocked and easy to get around in. I noticed they have much newer shopping carts that are really nice. I was also pleased to see several kids shopping carts available. Most stores have maybe a handful. I really liked that because I have grandchildren and they really enjoy having their own little version carts. If I lived in the area I would love to shop there. Very nice little store as I said. Definitely a far cry better then the store in Bellifontaine Neighbors thats close to me. I truly despise that horrible store.

They are always super friendly and it is always clean plus usually well stocked. Ive been a few times in truck days so those are usually the days they are low on merchandise.

Friendly know on first name basis Strictly PHARMACY ONLY LOVE EVERYONE OF THEM.ONLY REASON I COME IN THAT- LOCATION-Store employees RUDE UNAWARE OF WHO OR WHATl GOING ON I AM IN AK WHEELCHAIR YOUR WHEELCHAIRS TO GET TO IN ARE ALL THE WAY DOWN BATHROOMS I HAVE TO STAND ANS LEAN to wait on my daughter to walk down and drive a motorized scooter too where I am meanwhile 4-5 employees walked pass laughing on phones talking to other employees.Disquisting.Will not shop there ever.Pharmacy is 8-10 points.Grocery department horrible.

I guess no one in all of North County has pain or migraines. I have to drive to St Charles to get my prescriptions. This is utterly ridiculous.

Service is good, shelves stocked, convenient for me but.... WHAT is that smell when you walk in the door and throughout store?! I know what it is, its sewer smell, but been weeks now! Very unappetizing when shopping for food.

Pay attention to dates on products . Somebodys slacking .

They need to have chicken ready for lunch! Its in the Ad & they have a 20 minute wait at Noon? Not just once either.

The pharmacy drive thru was closed. The person behind the counter came from the help desk not CVS. The poor lady was really trying but the computer froze. I was not a happy customer.
