The cashier was something else..me being disabled she pushed all my stuff to the end of the table and started ringing up the person behind me that shouldnt have been there is the first place. I had to tell her to help me putting it in the motor cart she had the nerve to get an attitude. Then on top of that I can hear the cashier in the next lane getting an attitude with another customer.. people we need to do better.

Clean, super organized and great customer service, very helpful staff, cashiers and baggers as well. When they see someone with a huge cart full they always offer to help you load it in your car.

Probably my favorite Schnucks to go to in the Florissant/Hazelwood area. Usually very clean and organized and I usually have zero issues locating any item that Im searching for. They have a good Bakery area with lots of treats as well as a good Deli where you can get all your fresh meats and cheeses and sides.The reason that I have rated this 4 out of 5 stars and not all the way is because you do have to look on the expiration dates for the dairy. As of the last few weeks they have lacked in pulling expired Dairy and produce off the shelves in a timely manner. Other than that this is a very well ran placed and lines do not usually last very long.

I do not like the fact that the seafood department closes so early at 6pm. Got off from work at 5:30, went straight there for some fresh, behind the meat counter salmon, and it was closed. Very disappointing and inconvenient. The girl in the deli said they close at 6 and she was right there near the seafood dept.

This is a pretty nice Schnucks. This one particular cashier sanitized the food belt, card machine keys and everywhere else he thought may have came in contact with a customer.It took him about 3-5 minutes. He did a really thorough job. That was good to see. Floor stockers were busy filling shelves and freezers...getting those boxes out of customers path. I really like this Schnucks!!

This place was good considering how many people they deal with and everything they were quick and they had everything in stock and you know it was a good experience I give them a big four star I WOULD GIVE HIM THE FIVE BUT THERES NO PARKING ANYWHERE CLOSE AND WHENEVER WE WERE THERE I SEEN FOUR OR FIVE COPS HARASSING PEOPLE COMING IN ANOTHER LITTLE SCHNUCKS PARKING LOT SO FOR THAT THEY ONLY GET A BIG 4 STAR

Overall a nice store, but the workers don’t like to work. Every time I go in to get a money order there is always a problem. If you see someone standing at the customer service desk the employees need to ask how can I help you. Rather than acting like they don’t see you. It’s really frustrating.

The store is always stocked and the staff are very polite and provide assistance upon request. They have regulations in place of course to minimize the spread of the pandemic and they seem to be extremely effective and keeping individuals separate when coming and going from the store. It is an easily accessible store with clear aisles and large open spaces to also assist with the social distancing. This is honestly one of my favorite stores in the county .. I dont know how I forgot to mention the fresh donuts in the morning!

The only problem is for some reason we could not claim our rewards because the machine was messed up today

I visit this store often and usually use the self check lane.. but today I decided to use an cashier which was and bad idea! The cashier by the name of Faye was horrible!! I was not greeted at all, as she finished ringing up my items she just stood there! I literally had to ask for my total!! Never again

Everything was fine till i got home and checked receipt. I had them ring up everything but the ham. Asked if I would get discount for ham. Bone in shank. Instead of the .89 cents a lb. She still charged the $1.79. 9.37 lbs times the 90 cent lb discount. You do the math.

Friendly and excellent Customer Service. Management and leadership appear to be outstanding. I feel welcome when I walk into this Schuncks location.

I generally shop online and use instacart for delivery but when I have to go to the store it is always clean. They also practice safe mask wearing and make handsanitizer available upon entry and exit. Did you know they cook fresh seafood to order! Yummy fried and seasoned catfish fillets!

Checkout lanes have sign posted we wipe down belt and keypad after every customer. I have never seen any attempt at this effort.

I cant have a free cookie anymore very sad...

Your employee by the name of Karma is very pleasant and courteous. While putting my groceries in my car she ask me if I needed help with putting my water in the car. I declined her offer has though Im in my 30s and I have the energy to do it myself. But it was very kind of her. Also, a customer was getting out of their car and Karma overheard him saying he forgot his mask. She informed them they had complimentary mask inside the store. I offered to give her a tip and she declined. Karma is a great asset to your company. Karma you are awesome!!!!

Horrible management. I’m checking out at self checkout and the manager, Ray was yelling at an employee while the employee was on the phone wit a customer. He needs to Learn how to be professional in front of the customers and also be respectful to the employees that work for him. Tanya is a lovely manager. This store only had three checkers.wait was a little long.But the young lady that waited on me, her name is faye.very pleasant young lady, she cleaned her area after each customer left.while she was wiping everything down thing I ask her could she also wipe the credit card reader.she smiled and said no problem.and proceed to wipe it down,and smile and said have a good day . Now thats what u call great customer service u dont see anymore.

One of the first Schnucks in the area to begin practicing social distancing and requiring the wearing of face masks, youll find a pretty well stocked local grocer with lots of friendly staff, plenty of parking for all, and easy access entry doors. There are also carts available that have been sanitized. Just ask one of the courteous assistants to pass one to you.

It Schnucks 😆😁..😐 Nothing special, nothing not special 😏..Im not only a shopper but also a former Schnucks associate (Cross Keys Location early 1990s) an iconic grocery chain with a good repoire in the St.Louis region.

Maybe if the checkers would make eye contact and actually tell you your total instead of just waiting for you to pay Id feel better about the place. Thank you goes a long way too. The meat department is seriously lacking. Overall not bad other than a few employees that need a little more training in customer service.

Its a grocery store. UPDATE 10/21. Since the pandemic started I have noticed, unfortunately after a week usually, that some food I I have bought here expired between 4 months to 1 year. I got Cabot Monterey Jack cheese bars in 9/21. They were on sale 2 for $6. Opened at home they were both green and moldy. They had expired 6/23/21. 2nd time this year when they are on sale! I buy bags of Dads Oatmeal cookies made here in St. Louis. I normally get them at Dierbergs because Schnucks is always out but my last 2 purchases were at Schnucks. I had a bag from the week before and I purchased another bag 2 weeks later. They tasted fine but I just happened to look at the last one I bought. Sticker says Best to use before 12/20/20. The newer bag said the same date. Also everytime I bought summer fruit at Schnucks the fresh strawberries were moldy the very next day, bananas by the bunch were brown inside and diseased. This was a problem I had earlier and the year on every bunch I bought. Watermelon from Schnucks were sour on the inside. Found out they were bad and 2 of them had a disease. Inedible. I hope it was a run of bad luck. Summer of 2021 didnt allow me to enjoy my favorite fruit of the year. I am going to check dates on anything I get at Schnucks from now on. Good luck to everyone!!

Theres signs up by the cashier apologizing for the wait due to the cleaning of the belt after each customer... Which I really like...I dont mind waiting to be safe. Well the cashier didnt clean the belt and called for next customer...I was next in line...when asked if she was going to clean the belt which was wet she stated no, Its clean every 15 mins, not after each customer...she continue to state if she did that the line wouldnt move. I pointed to the sign and told her that I was referring to the sign that was put in place.. Doesnt make sense if the staff arent following their own protocols on infection prevention.Update: I went back a couple weeks later, and the cashier that I had was cleaning in between each customer! Now, It would be nice if the customers actually listen to the overhead and follow social distancing.

Ive only visited this store a few times because I dont travel in this area often. But I am sure those who choose this location as their regular place to shop will be served well

I just love this store. Its so clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Friendly customer service and customers. You can find Anything here. I spend hours in here. And kinda like Cheers, if you visit enough, they remember your name. I Love that. Makes me feel special and valued.

Helpful staff, decent selection. Prices could be better on some stuff but you cant beat their pricing in the bakery. Definitely my go-to for breads now.
