Had to call 4 different days--- no one answered & no voice mail. 6-7 weeks til they can do anything. Can pick uo mower now & hold thst long??? I dont think so. I understand busy but i need my mower. They beed a voice message on their phone.

Took them 2 years to replace the blade cable on my Toro. I went up there & left a note on the door saying IF YOU DONT RETURN MY MERCHANDISE I WILL CALL THE POLICE (didnt leave a name because im sure i wasntthe only 1 they were ignoring).3 days later he called saying it was ready.

Highly recommended.Best in everything: craftsmanship, quality, workmanship, pricing, friendliness, timeliness, warranties, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

They never answer the phone, they have had my pressure washer for over 2 months now and keep giving me excuses. This facility is a 30 minute drive from me and I cant keep making trips to check on my pressure washer. I just want it back with all the replacement parts and Ill do business elsewhere. Beware of doing business with these people, I dont think they know what theyre doing.

A friendly bunch but I had a minor dispute with them not calling me with additional cost before performing additional repairs. My equipment still takes 25 to 75 attempts to start and theres a 4 to 5 week lead time on repairs.

05/23/2018My husband used Olde Towne for the first time this year to tune-up his aging Honda self-propelled mower. (He’s had it tuned up almost every year, but at other shops.) Now, every time he cuts the grass he tells me how happy he is!! He says the mower runs like it’s new, for the first time since it WAS new!! These folks give old-school customer service and do top-notch work. Plus it feels great to support a local, small family business. THANK-YOU OLDE TOWNE!! 😃

My 3rd visit...SIMPLY THE BEST... private owned... no franchise B.S.

We had our riding mower repaired here. We told the mechanic to let us know what all was broken and we would decide if it worth it to fix or just buy a new one. We went ahead and had $260 in repairs done and the same day they returned it to us it broke again. Now they say it needs additional $230 worth of repairs. I told them to give me a refund on the repairs already performed and they could keep the mower but they refused. I feel they were negligent in not telling us all the repairs needed up front. Had I know it would be $500 I would have just bought a new mower. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!!
