I called them on a Sunday morning to see if they had a queen size box spring. Not only did they have them in stock for an affordable price, I was able to pay over the phone and they delivered it before 5pm on that same Sunday! Less than 5 minutes of “work” required by me as a customer. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

My mom was looking for furniture and we been all around town and she found nothing that caught her eyes, so my sister googled local furniture stores and Idea popped up, we went there and boom my mom found exactly what she was looking for, the owner was amazing! His customer service was excellent! He was able to hold the furniture at the store until my mom home finished getting remodeled and was able to set up delivery and set up on the day she preferred! He has definitely earned our business, my sister even bought a bed from him the same day, and he threw in a dresser for me at no cost he’s amazing! I would like to share the great experience I had this evening. I saw that idealfurniture had a great deal on matterss and after filling out a short online form I was approved in about 5 mins and my kings size bed was delivered and setup by 7 pm(the owner himself did it all). I love the people and the store is awesome! I will say I hate the memory foam mattress topper I bought, to no fault of the store itself im sure. The brand is Isolus and its honestly horrid, woke up with horrid back pain sleeping alone because it doesnt really conform to you as much as it cocoons you. Also its impossible to sleep with your partner with this because you both will just be cocooned together in the middle of the bed. Waste of $70.
