Never had Shipley Donuts before. Heard about them on CBS Young Sheldon. Tried them. Gives Krispy Kremes a run for their money. Tastes Way Fresher, Thicker Texture and freshness lasted longer than 24 hours. They have my business now.💜💯💜

I love this place at 5:00am.

Dont purchase their donuts late in the afternoon. The glazed donuts had been sitting on the assembly line in the back of the store since early in the morning. They tasted old and not fresh yet they charges their customers the same prices. This store is located near Forest Hills area in Fort Worth, Texas.

Please update your open hours on your website. We drove to TWO Shipley locations on a Sunday afternoon and both were closed. One store even had the open sign lit up. What the heck is going on?

I had to go to another Shipleys. Theyre known for the best donuts and Ive been a customer for 20plus years. This location was not pleasing at all. Donuts stale and the service was not welcoming.

Doughnuts were ice cold and tasted like grease

They are 100% serving day-old donuts that are reheated in the oven. Drink machine never works and they are constantly out of different kinds of kolache‘s. Shipleys corporate really needs to do an audit of this location. I just got donuts there and they were rockhard and re-cooked. This has happened multiple times!!

The place was very welcoming and the person who worked the front was very kind and professional about his job.

Obviously bought out...this place is HORRIBLE now. Not worthy of the name at ALL.

The person working the drive thru needs to be wearing gloves if he is fetching people donuts. Unsanitary, especially during a pandemic.The donuts were stale, threw them in the trash

Love Shipleys. I gave 3 stars because pigs-n-blankets were cold and a little stale (hard) and they did offer to warm them. And the donuts i got were a little stale also. Now it might be because I bought them at 11am. But if they are stale and they know they are stale mark them down and warn your customers. Great taste just bad texture.

The coffee was good, but they do not have the advertised lattes/cappuccinos. Everything was fresh, but the toppings were lacking. We ordered a cream filled donut that didn’t have any cream in it. The kolaches also had hardly any cheese or toppings in it.The girl who helped us was struggling. She had a hard time understanding what we were asking for and didn’t ask for clarification.Overall disappointing

Apparently they close at 2pm, I would call before going.

The older Asian lady doesnt understand the amount of sugar or cream that you want in your coffee. The Hispanic girl that works the register the drive-thru always gets it correct. She seems much more efficient than the other two Asian women that work there.

Wish the sausage rolls were a bit fresher but the glazed donuts rocked!!

Ive been buying donuts from Shipleys since I was a kid & they are every bit as good today as they were back in the early 70s. Their chocolate is all by itself. No one can come close to their recipe. Theyre an Arlington original & I hope theyre around forever.

Garbage. I ordered a dozen donuts and they were hard as rock. I will never return. You can tell the donuts were old.

I got a strawberry and banana shake this morning and was unaware it was just flavoring it tasted like medicine other than that my experience and food was great

I wasnt impressed by this franchise. Too many high schoolers behind the counter who were too bubbly. I get better, faster and quality service at the mom and pop donut shops. On top of that, the donuts here were more costly and made my stomach upset. Not a good thing when like to eat.

I went in and purchased 3.00.of dough nuts, then went outside came back in and ask the manager for a cup of water he refused told me water was broken I asked him how are you washing your hands and making doughnuts, then he gave me a small cup of hydrogen water it was so weird

I think Shipleys makes the best donuts in town (and since my town is the DFW metroplex, thats saying a lot). Their donuts are always soft and tasty. They have just enough icing to be sweet without hardening into a thick layer of sugar encasing a greasy skinny donut. Their donuts remain soft! They have a multitude of fillings and their prices are seriously reasonable. They are also open hours later than most donut shoppes.I highly recommend Shipleys!

Love them. The kolaches are so good. They get the food out really quick, are polite and the price is great. Kind of in a crappy area but the food and customer service is worth it.

Walk in one morning and just grab a couple of doughnuts. They will walk in the back and get them straight out of the oven. Love the place.

These Donuts were nowhere close to being up to par compared to other Shipleys places Ive been to. Im not going to go back here, sorry no photos I didnt have a smartphone at the time of the visit.

Drove across town for cold, greasy donuts, very rude prude at the window. She gave me the wrong donuts so I asked for correct ones and she literally wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Like lady I will give your all this back and you can give me my money back!

It tastes frozen. The sausage roll was insulting. The meat inside was super thin and nasty. The bread seemed to balloon around the meat. The donut looked deflated and tasted like it had been frozen. Horrible shop, but it has a drive thru.

Honestly, its been many years since I had shipleys.... will be many more before I have them again. Lets start with the coffee. Just kinda bland. Nothing special coffee. McDonalds coffee is better. Then the donuts. I had a chocolate glazed donut and a cinnamon roll. Both were doughy, almost like they were undercooked. I didnt finish them, or the coffee. I feel like i wasted my money here. Buyer beware.

Love Shipleys but not a real fan of this location. Had a sausage cheese kolache with a miserable excuse for a sausage link. Staff was not overly friendly either.

WORKERS NOT THE SAME, NEW WORKERS NOT WEARING MASK !! THEY HAD THEM HALF WAY OR OFF, BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS PLACE SINCE THEY ARE NOT FALLOWING THE RULES!! And they look smaller abd taste dry now the pigs in a blanket

That was my first time there at that location the customer service was goodbut I only just wanted half of donut holes I had to buy a full amount I didnt like that I ordered a twister cinnamon roll it wasnt very good I ordered some type of sausage rolls they wasnt good and they were very expensive I have paid so much till I just ate it anyway.Im the type of person if I buy something I dont like it I eat it anyway because money is too hard to come by these to be wasting food or 💰
