Mobile order placed was supposed to be ready at 10:25 it’s now 1031 they had my sandwich sitting out package open I advised I didn’t want it due to numerous people coming over touching it and breathing on it to see if it was there’s when I advised I didn’t want it I was told it was the last one and I needed to get in a line almost to the door in order to get my money back. I did a mobile order to save time and now I’m INSIDE the store almost 30 minutes after my order to get my money back for a sandwich that they left out and not to mention my drink still isn’t ready..I waited 30 minutes to cancel the ENTIRE order and leave with nothing but empty apologies definitely won’t Be back
This location is convenient for my commute and usually pretty quick, but twice in the past few weeks Ive received the wrong drink. Its very frustrating when you are looking forward to a coffee and then have to throw away your drink that was made incorrectly. Their response is always just to come back and theyll remake it, but they dont take into account peoples time constraints or their disappointment. In addition, a simple apology would go a long way!!! Ive never had a wrong drink delivered at the Everman, Little Road, Cooper St., or Hwy 287 locations. I guess speed and convenience arent worth it when they wont pay attention.
I have visited many a Starbucks store and this one is probably the worst Ive ever visited. Wrong drinks, often pretty dirty/sticky, have to ask for napkins almost every single time I order food, often sold out of my favorite drinks, drive through only on random days without warning, closed early on random days without warning. There was one time I had to make 4 different choices since they were out of anything I wanted. Im surprised they even had coffee that day lol I dont mind paying the well-known high prices if I can at least get what I want. Pretty frustrating since its the store closest to my job. Just close it down already hahaha
Long line at drive-thru but thats to be expected during morning rush hour, and the line was moving pretty quickly so I didnt wait long. Plus I ordered ahead on the app which always cuts my wait time considerably. Good drinks and food as always. Thanks for the morning caffeine infusion! 🙂

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They always take so long, they never have anything in stock. What coffee shop runs out of cold brew? The first time I went they added more milk than coffee to my drink I felt like I was drinking out of a gallon of milk. Gave them a second chance, but of course they were out of pumpkin cream, so I ordered a chai tea and waited 30 minutes for another gallon of milk with barely any flavor. They don’t even make the vanilla sweet cream foam the correct way. Do not come here! If I get coffee at 5pm I obviously don’t want milk! I’m in line for the caffeine!
My ice coffees are okay 😌Peter is awesome, he is always smiling and makes sure he hands you the right order.The other drive thru employees just don’t know how to greet a customer. Like “good morning, hello, here is your order, have a nice day” goes a long way.All the other Starbucks locations are awesome 👏🏼 this one just happens to be on my way to work

Ive been a long time customer of this store. I started off across the highway when they were next to Dominos Pizza. Since the move & chg of staff the quality of service has declined & the wait times are ridiculous. Today I waited at least 15 minutes in line never making to the speaker before I gave up & left. Its very asinine to think that customers are ok waiting in line for up to 30 minutes for coffee/tea. Today I reached my limit & you all lost a longtime customer from the days when Joe was the manager!!!
Good breakfast sandwiches. Never have the lemon cake in stock.very disappointing.
Waited 15 minutes for a tea and was charged for honey when no other Starbucks in the metroplex has charged me for honey- ok no big deal, I guess. They were out of the tea I normally get but I ended up paying more for something that they didn’t have???Extremely slow service.
It took way too long since there were only 2 other people in the store. They seem to prioritize call ahead and drive through rather than people in the actual store.
This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had. My barista was very friendly and had the voice of a Disney protagonist. He treated each customer with the same respect and took time out of his day to ask everyone a question and even tell a joke, I think his name was Peter, anywho I put 4 stars because there’s a super inconvenient curb to the right in the drive thru I ran over in front of everyone and it was really embarrassing

This Starbucks is one of the friendliest I’ve ever been to. Peter always makes sure you leave smiling and they seem to remember me and my order whenever I come. I will tell everyone I know how awesome this place is!

Incredibly slow service in the drive thru, and they close their lobby so you cant even go in to order and skip the line. Also always out of stuff.

8 min before ordering in drive thru . Only 2 cars ahead of me. Seriously??? I ordered an ice latte. Nothing more. Now stuck in drive thru because thru make it to where you cannot leave. Wonderful.

There is a guy from London who works there who is the friendliest, funniest, and all around ball of sunshine. I forget his name but you GHAVE to meet this guy. He made my morning brighter! 5 star service too!
I go so often I started noticing my drinks are always messed up when 1 particular girl is working. At this point if I hear her voice on the speaker I just order a cake pop and leave. For something so expensive it should be made correctly. The white mocha Frappuccino ALWAYS tastes weird when she makes it. Also, Just saw another review about them possibly using the wrong milk. Makes sense now because I always get almond but sometimes the drink will make me sick, im lactose intolerant. I also started adding caramel drizzle. Of the 3 locations I go to, shes the only person to just squirt a chunk on top and not drizzle the cup. So Im paying extra to lick my lid basically. Id rather just drive further to a different location or not go at all anymore.
Despite the long wait, the service was good. I always find something new at Starbucks.

I have visited this location 3 times in the last month. Each time it seems that the wait time is longer and longer. I have tried to place a mobile order, order inside as well as place an order in the drive thru. I have absolutely lost all faith in getting coffee from this Starbucks location after this last visit. It was about 8:05pm when I entered the line to order my drink. There were 3 cars in the line. It took nearly 15 minutes for me to even order. I waited at the intercom for 10 minutes alone waiting to even tell the lady working what I wanted. When I finally arrived at the window at approximately 8:37pm my drinks sat at the window for a full 10 minutes before i was even handed my drinks and asked to pay. 35 minutes in a drive thru for coffee is completely unacceptable especially when the store isn’t even busy. The lady at the window was extremely rude and gave my boyfriend who was in the car with me a disgusted look. I will not be returning to this location and have submitted a formal complaint to Starbucks corporate as well. Steer clear of this location at all costs.
My husband and I ordered through the drive thru at about 8:20 p.m. It took an unusually long time, longer than any Starbucks we had ever been to. Not sure what was going on, but seemed like the workers needed some help.

I sat in-line for 30 minutes. They have the slowest drive thru always! When asked why so slow they said they had many online orders. Get it together, people there in person should get their drinks first!

I dont know where to start here. We waited in line for FORTY MINUTES at 6pm on a Saturday. All I wanted was the new strawberry funnel cake frap and an unicorn cake pop. After the 40 min wait we finally pulled up to the menu board to order. There were no signs indicating anything was wrong. I ordered the strawberry funnelcake frap and I hear oh we cant make that here followed by some mumbling. Let me tell you, on the multiple signs they had with menu items, they all had the frap pictured and listed, and it was the ONLY reason I waited so long. They could have qt least marked it out or put a sign over the listing to indicate to customers they dont have it like many other starbucks with decent customer service so us consumers dont waste our time. My boyfriend ordered his drink and then we asked for an unicorn cake popShe said she only had unicorn and chocolate so we reiterated unicorn. Fast forward 10 minutes to us getting to the window. Thats right, weve been in line FIFTY 5 0 minutes at this point and cant even get the main item we went there for. We pull up to the window and get told they no longer have the unicorn cake pop, just the chocolate, after listing the unicorn as one of the 2 they have. Almost an hour of waiting and I dont get a single item I wanted. Starbucks, please get yourself together. Put a sign out if you run out of something and dont offer an item that you no longer have.
Daily rude to people of color will not be coming back due to the fact that anyone of color should not be treated the way you yall treat people up there

This is the fastest most efficient Starbucks in the metro area in my experience. Great service, my Chai tea Latte 🍵 is always perfect.

I dont visit Starbucks enough probably though coffee is a daily survival item.Ive gone to the one in forest hill several times and always had good service.This last visit was due to my fiance running out of sugar and almond milk. So I mad we a morning coffee run for both of us. The drive through was looped around the building twice and so I just walked in. Lazy people. (And was out within 3 minutes.)They guys behind the counter missed my count of coffees and so I got a free one which is always great.Now that I know they serve almond milk ill probably return more often.

WORST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD AWARD GOES TO STARBUCKS IN FOREST HILL, TX.I was stuck in line for ONE HOUR!!!!! without being able to leave the line. Only to get to the window to pick up a pre-ordered order that wasnt even complete or right (Not to mention the heatstroke). All I got was a Sorry for the wait and no chance for a reply because the window was immediately closed right after.I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

This’s the only Starbucks that make my drinks perfectly for years. Drive thru is a little slow and hectic In the mornings but of course everyone loves coffee! Peter is the sweetest there, thank you for always an amazing experience.
Im very impressed with how this store is handling their business during this pandemic. With all the changes going on with businesses now, this store always makes me feel welcomed, no matter how busy they are. Thank you forest hill starbucks!

They closed at 5pm one of these past holidays we got there at 4:40 in the drive thru and there was a boy with cones following the previous car so they wouldnt take the rest of the cars waiting order because cut off time was at 4:30pm they said because there was a 20-30minute wait for drinks however in the 10 minutes we waited in line there was only 2 cars left infront of us before ordering so they wasnt trying to do there job till close 2nd time i went they took longer in the drive thru than the holiday and after waiting so long for the less cars i was put on hold before i could even order for 3minutes and then all i wanted was some cake pops.......which they were sold out off
Fast and easy
Went earlier this morning and it wasnt until later on as I kept drinking that I noticed a yellow object in my drink, disgusted and obviously not feeling safe to keep drinking I decided to pour out the beverage to see what it was. Turns out it was the yellow ring from the cap if a milk gallon (or at least I believe so). Never again trusting this location 😐🤢.

Starbucks is delicious, but lately the drive thru has been so backed up. Then they were randomly closed for a few days. Hopefully things will get better.
Closest Starbucks I have and best one I know. Had a mobile order to pick up for a friend and they(the person ordering) messed up one of the drinks, staff was very understanding and gave us a new drink. A little embarrassing for me, don’t like to complain but they were very nice. Drinks are always tasty and refreshing.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a simple cup of coffee with sugar and cream. Got no sugar and no cream. Was supposed to be a venti in a grande cup to accommodate the cream. Have been going here a long time and wont be back. Most of the time they wont stir the raw sugar up, how am i supposed to stir it driving down the road? I will admit, there are a couple employees that really care and do a good job, the rest are incompetent.

I love starbucks but on 09/08/2020 I went to go get a vanilla bean frappuccino and was told they were out. Not only did I have to wait in the drive through line to be told they were sold out I had to wait until everyone got their order so that I could drive to a different starbucks....very disappointed
They could do a tad better with speedy service. I waited at the speaker box for over 2 minutes and then I had to get their attention to order.

Starbucks let me see I love Starbucks . The banana bread and a coffee extra espresso and your set for a good day . Now its pricey but every now and then you have to treat yourself to a very good strong coffee with a big kick. The customer service was nice as much as you can expect with the COV debacle I digress . Highly recommend this Starbucks
