Such an amazing dessert experience! My daughter has a peanut allergy and they went above and beyond to keep her safe: new ice cream, cone that was safe from peanut contamination, cleaned scooper, and they washed before touching anything also. Ive never felt so safe. Plus amazing tasting ice cream and key lime pie!

🍌 banana split, 3 scoops, and key lime pie, oh my! Lovely ice cream parlor, so many choices, so little time. We really enjoyed the creamy fresh strawberry, vanilla and butter pecan ice cream. The sweet tart taste of the key lime pie was nicely complimented by a not too sweet crust. And of course, plenty of fruit toppings, nuts, and whipped cream. Im definitely returning before I leave. Attentive and friendly servers, who clanged a bell and everyone chanted thank yous when I dropped a tip in the jar. :) Cute! Finally, I was thrilled to place a pin on their map of the US to show that someone from my neck of the woods in CT. Had stopped by for some sweet treats.

Such amazing staff and delicious ice cream . You can’t go wrong with double chocolate or their new addition to the menu slice of key lime pie. Dog friendly store even offered a pup cup.

I don’t ever write reviews but this place deserved one. As soon as we walked in, a bunch of the employees said hello and helped us select our ice cream and explained their most popular flavors.The shop itself has ample indoor and outdoor space.I got a delicious sundae and felt like I was going to explode, but it was worth it!

I dont love ice cream, but my family does. As soon as we walked in, the younger employees were quick to greet us, introduce us to what they have, answer questions, and provide generous samples before deciding. The owner (at least I assume he is) was extremely personable and helpful as well. It felt like the ice cream version of Chic-Fil-A from the courtesy and service standpoint.Because our experience was so good, we actually came back the next day after dinner again. My wife loved the Bohemian Rhaspberry, which included raspberry cheesecake with graham cracker, so much that she ordered it both nights. My daughter chose Red Raspberry Sorbet and Coffee Chip ice cream, which she thought were both fantastic. The sorbet was refreshing and creamy while the coffee chip was smooth and had lots of thick dark chocolate chips that were more like chunks. My son had the Bonita Gator Tracks and Kahlua Swirl. He preferred the Tracks because it had chocolate chunks in it, but he liked them both very well. I didnt have anything the 1st visit, but broke down and got the Chocolate with Brownie and Caramel, mainly for the brownie. It was very good and I wouldnt hesitate to order it again if we return for a 3rd time.

We came previously and found the icecream delicious! Tonight was our second time and we are making this our go to place whenever we come to Fort Myers beach. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their sons. Their sons served us and were beyond accommodating and kind! Loved this family and the icecream is AMAZING!! DEFINITELY TRY THEM OUT!

The staff is friendly and the ice cream is top notch. Lots of flavors to choose from and everything from Sundays with waffle cone bowls to dole whip on the menu. Please go and enjoy.

We decided to go in the afternoon to enjoy a banana split to make sure we could eat it all . That we did with no problem!Banana,cherry and strawberry ice cream with cherry,pineapple and strawberry topping. Top it off with a banana, wipe cream and 3 cherries, you got a winner!Ice cream was fantastic, the young man working was more than helpful, a win win event! Drove by royal to go to love boat and the line was out the door. So I turned around and went back to the beach to Royal Scoop. Am I glad I did, being in the restaurant business, customer service is my number 1.. Great tasting ice cream and customer service was 5 star.. Should have stuck to what I always do.. Support Local... Will be back tomorrow before we take off in motorhome..

Average or less....especially for the prices. Lady serving was not wanting to be there in my observation. Not welcoming at all. Ordered the Reece’s sundae. Supposed to come with pb syrup (amongst other toppings) and come to find out after I left did not have that on it. The guy checking us out was very nice. I left $3 tip and regretted it after realizing the item I ordered did not come with all toppings shown on the menu on the wall. Overall taste of everything overall was Ehhh -Dairy Queen or gas station ice cream is MUCH better.

Stopped by on the way from Lovers Key State Park. Ordered a chocolate smoothie and a coffee ice cream. The coffee ice cream was great, and at a slightly better price than at other places in the area. The chocolate smoothie was terrible however, tasted like someone added Hersheys chocolate syrup to a bunch of crushed ice.

Quick and friendly service. Allowed us to stick around, after hours, to allow kids to finish their ice cream. Ice cream was great by the way. 🙂

The people and service here are absolutely fantastic. The customer service is truly above and beyond. They were friendly and very attentive. The ice cream on the other hand was average at best. I had the Heath bar crunch, it was slightly above average. My wife had the chocolate turtle ice cream and it was not very chocolatey and the pecans were very soggy and tasteless. She said it also overly sweet. The cookie dough ice cream my daughter had was not good at all. The cookie dough bits themselves had a very strange gritty/chemical taste. I recommend avoiding this flavor. My daughter is very forgiving when it comes to cookie dough ice cream and she ate half and through the rest away. I will say it is worth a try as they have many more flavors to try.

The handmade ice cream tastes like toppings that you bought from a restaurant supply store dumped into a vanilla ice cream machine that was filled with low-fat milk.My server was upset at me at checkout because I couldnt tell her, how many of what type of cones she scooped for me in order to ring me up properly!The kids still love the ice cream and they enjoyed the walk after dinner.

Ice cream is delicious, they opened new containers of everything to deal with a nut allergy, and were super nice. We had the coffee chip on a waffle (so good, huge chunks of chocolate) and the chocolate brownie on a sugar (I didnt eat it but my companion did and she was very happy). Royal Scoop, whether at FMB or down in Bonita Springs, is a treat.

This became a nightly ritual for our family. Staff were all so patient and generous with kids and grandparents. Loved finding Superman ice cream!
