Hunter is a star! We were visiting from CT and stopped in for ice cream this week and he was such a pleasure to deal with. The ice cream was great and the service was second to none. It’s so rare where someone working can leave such a positive impression that I wanted to give credit where it’s due. Can’t wait to come back!

Went here by accident we put in the wrong address and decided to give it a try anyway.There were a few people in front of us but the person behind the counter handled them very quickly we got our ice cream very fast and she was very pleasant with everyone there as we were waiting to get our food a bus of church students showed up and she was able to handle them all very well too this place was good The ice cream was wonderful and the person behind the counter did a really good job her name was Suzanne. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I tried a sample of the ice cream first and it tasted good. I wanted it in a shake and it wasnt what I expected. The staff was very friendly.

The ice cream was so good! They had a young man working there who just moved to the area about two weeks before we were there. You would have never guessed. He did such a great job serving us, and the other people who came when we were there. They have a cute pink elephant in the front, and when he noticed my husband getting pictures of me with it, he ran up and asked if we wanted one together. The ice cream was perfect for that hot, muggy, Florida day, and the service was just as sweet as the ice cream!

Great place, open air building. Bright fun colors on building, inside & out. The floor is so shiny, very pretty. Nice selection of ice cream flavors, can get samples. They have coffee drinks too. They sell tshirts, tanks & hoodies at a fair price. Inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating. They have a large, pink elephant statue outside the building, great for photo ops.

Well we gotten milk shakes. But they blended mine so long it wasnt a shake anymore! It was like milk. And very expensive.

Its hard to get ice cream wrong. Cute set up. Kids loved the oversized chairs.

I had the butter pecan ice cream. It was fantastic. You get a large portion. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and it was very clean. Id go back anytime.

Staff were so incredibly nice and personable. Staff are the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. I paid 25 dollars for 3 shakes. The price would not be too bad if the ice cream was great. Unfortunately it was not. It was average if that. I wish I would have liked it more.

Closed when posted hours indicates they should be open. What a disappointment. So what else do you do? Go to a competitor who is open. We went to Love Boat Ice Cream.

Great ice cream option! The parlor is beautifully designed and clean. We love the open air concept! Plenty of seating on three sides of the building so you can avoid the sun if you need to. Lots of ice cream flavors, big portions and reasonable prices. Good service too. Highly recommend!

Great place for ice cream! The kid who was behind the counter did great. He said he was new and just moved there, but he did so good you wouldve thought he worked there for years

Quantity was good, plenty of ice cream. Kids size was enough for an adult. Flavors werent as good as expected for the price. The atmosphere was fun.

Everyone enjoyed the very tasty ice cream. We got there just before it started to get really busy. 2 servers were very efficient, people were served quickly.

Some of the best ice cream I have had and one scoop (the smallest size) is more like 4 scoops. I love it when places arent afraid to give you a lot of food.

Staff was not overly helpful, first two flavors I ordered from the menu were responded with we dont have that, and, when inquired further, I was told the menu board isnt updated. So I resorted to cookie dough, of which the first five bites were just vanilla.$5 for 2 actual scoops of ice cream is a bit much considering the poor quality of it, but I suppose its the location and season were in. My daughter did love the key lime pie, so Ill give an extra star for that

Fast service and good ice cream. Less variety than other Love Boat but a lot less busy.

I visited this location and was immediately judged for wearing a mask by customers and staff. This location also displayed several unsanitary practices such as serving ice cream into cones without gloves on. I will not visit this establishment again. As a frontline healthcare worker I am saddened to see people being judged for trying to protect themselves during a global pandemic.

I went here before with my mom and I had a really good experience. The employees were very nice, patient, and friendly. They made my first time experience there very enjoyable.

I went to fort Myers to visit my grandfather, and we went to this place twice. Both times the ice cream was good, and the service was even better! They even gave us cups and spoons and napkins for to go ice cream! 10/10 would recommend
