Randy is awesome!!!! He was so helpful and had so much information. He didnt rush through anything when dealing with me. I called 3 of the places listed when I searched for phone repair. Out of all 3 he was the only one that: answered, and had answers for me. My son needed his iPhone fixed desperately. Randy helped me over the phone!!!! I even had to call multiple times. His customer service is fantastic! Especially considering this age of virus and social upset. It was refreshing to deal with someone with that level of customer service. I just dropped off my sons phone so I dont know about repair ability but I will update this review as soon add I do. Until then, this is definitely the place to get your phone fixed. Great service!!!Picked up the phone. It was completely fixed AND fully charged!!!! I also got to meet Frank. Seems to be just as nice as Randy. First and last time to a phone repair shop. I went there to get a charge port installed on my phone he told me it would take an hour. When I came back to pick up the phone he plug the to the charger.To show me the phone was charging. I didn’t think anything about it he had the phone charging while it was off. When I got home, I turned the phone on and the touch screen didn’t respond I went right back after I found out. He told me everything was working when he put it together and no refunds.I didn’t want a refund I wanted my phone fix. He did repair the charger but not the screen he damage. My phone has a non-removeable battery every was glued down. My guess is he damage the screen trying to take the back cover off. He told me if I order the screen he would put it in free of charge.That doesn’t fix the problem I’ll be taking another risk having him fix it. At this point, the motherboard could be damaged by opening the phone. Not even worth fixing just buy another phone I also believe the situation could have been handled better. This is my opinion I believe they have a 50% success rate 50% chance you get your phone fix. 50% make the problem worse than it was before it got there.The best advice I can give people is to buy a new phone or sent phone to the manufacturer for repair. I got me a new phone now. You can keep the $40 I am never coming back I wouldn’t trust you to put a SD card in. Owner claim phone was crack looks fine to me

These people are absolutely THE BEST! Very honest and treat you like family. Went there for a phone charge issue a got it fixed within a couple of hours at an incredible price. Highly recommend them for any cell phone problem.

I have used Cellular Pawn (i Sell and Repair) twice now for situations that Verizon was unable (actually unwilling) to look at and fix. The Fort Pierce store is within walking distance of the Verizon store, so thats what I did. Both times, i Sell and Repair were able to remedy the problem while i waited and charged a fair (certainly not exhorbitant) price. Highly recommend them. They know what they are doing!

My daughter took her phone here. The owner is awesome. She was asking for a service that she didnt actually need but didnt know it. The owner could have gotten much more money from her but hes a very honest guy. What he did repair, he did a great job on and was reasonably priced. A small 1 or 2 man shop family owned and run. They buy and sell used and reconditioned smart phones. I bought a reconditioned phone for a fraction of the cost of a new one. They are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Located in a shopping center convenient to groceries and other shops.

Yes!2 PM left home for 15 min drive to store.2:50 PM Screen replaced but tested out with a small black mark.3:06 Second New Screen works fine, paid a fantastic low price (with a screen protecter), left.3:25 PM Back home in S-VB

If we do the repair and there is an issue, we cover it.I dont think so, I came back one week later because of the repair was not correct and they want to charge me another $50 to fix it! also cheap replacement quality.

I would recommend this place to anyone in this area. I went to another repair shop and they wanted to charge over 50% of what this shop was charging for the same service PLUS they had the replacement parts in stock . The customer service was top notch, friendly and knowledgeable.

Honest guy reasonable pricing and they had the phone screen fixed less then 30 minutes and he also helped me out with other phone issues if I have another phone problem I will definitely go there again thank you so much.

Went in to just buy a iPhone XR screen and replace myself got quoted 70-120$ WITH REPAIR AT OTHER STORES knew I needed a phone ASAP and the screen was the only one he had left so we did it for 150$ (absurd I know). But I needed it done then and there I replaced the whole phone after being over priced and there’s a black box on the bottom of the screen so I just double paid did the repair myself and got a defective screen. They think they are important people and sinply told me I should have read the receipt that the sell is as is and continued talking to other customers.

Frank and Donna are amazing people. Im so glad to see the expansion to a ft pierce location. I dropped my phone and needed a new screen. I was given a price, repaired phone, and had it brought to the psl location all in one day. Service is amazing. They really love their customers. All phones are in great condition. They arent in it just for the money. They really care to help you out. Ive been coming to them for years whenever I wanted to upgrade my phone without paying the upgrade price lol. Only cell shop I will go to. Love them!

I went over seas and needed my phone repaired. After I got it fixed every single time my phone would get bumped it would no longer work. Long story short the cell phone repair man from over seas had rigged my phone for the battery to loosen and no longer charge so that I would have to keep getting it repaired so I was scammed but Randy saw it and fixed it for free. What a relief!
