Every shop was hesitant or downright refused to mount 35s on my factory 22s. These guys got it done no hesitation. Shop owner seemed to miss the part where service writers are supposed to be condescending and arrogant. These guys were actually pleasant to deal with 👍

Complete disappointment!!! I was quoted one price, then to find out they wanted to up charge my brake parts! I can understand a slight increase. But $400.00 dollars more! The parts quoted are from Advance Auto Parts! I know the part numbers well! So Tire Plus, watch how you inflate your pricing on labor and parts. There are those of us that have knowledge of what actual costs are.

We got a screw in our tire while on vacation. They worked us in quickly on a packed Saturday. It was only $21 to patch the tire and they graciously offered to put it back on the SUV and take the spare tire back off. Thanks to Fred and Cory(?)!

When we moved to DeFuniak Springs 3 years ago after living in the Tampa Bay area for 30 years, I was nervous about trying to find a reputable, knowledgeable business for routine car maintenance and tires. I have had bad experiences in the past and dreaded the process of looking. I even returned to the Tampa Bay area for oil changes at first. Because I had purchased tires from a Tires Plus business in central Florida and had a warranty on one that had a slow leak, I called the Tires Plus in Fort Walton Beach, talked with Eric and found this business to be among the most helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and service oriented businesses I had ever been pleased to enter. Friendly and very helpful. They didnt have my tire in stock. So they ordered me one. This was a Saturday and the tire will be here on Monday. Im from Indiana down here for six weeks. My tires are in good shape but they werent able to plug my old tire.

SHADY SHADY SHADY. Do not go here EVER! Will charge you for things you don’t even need. Got a $1000 quote for brakes, etc and got a quote from another mechanic for $500. These people are terrible humans please go somewhere else!

The sad thing is that I actually made an appointment the prior day. So now it’s the day of the appointment, I went for a tire patch. I waited 30 minutes before the car was actually looked at. I watched the technician, lift the car, look at where the nail was and he walked away for another 10 minutes. Then the receptionist came to me to say, “it’s irreparable, and it’s an odd sized tire, we don’t have that tire.” ( it’s a Pontenza) No mentioning of ordering the tire or anything. I took the car on Racetrack and they were able to do the tire, without an appointment and I left with a patched tire in less than 30 minutes. Not sure why a real attempt to repair my tire wasn’t made, I could think of some reasons, but I don’t like speculating. But honestly, it just seems like bad business practice.

Very late review. We were far from home and travelling earlier this year (March 2020) when we picked up a nail in our BMW run flat tire. Stopped in and even though didnt sell the brand on the car (Pirelli) the Mng. and a Tech. went out of there way to confirm what the problem was and recommend a nearby shop that carried Pirellis. Even refused my offer of compensation for the diagnosis. Thanks Guys, if I lived in the area I wouldnt hesitate to do business with this shop!

I had been going to Firestone in Fort Walton Beach and did not realize I could have been going to Tires Plus. I will ONLY go to Tires Plus from now on! Firestone quoted me 2 hours for a tire rotation (after failing to make the appointment I called earlier that week and made). Thankfully Fred was able to get me on a Sunday even though they had less staff than weekdays they did my free tire rotation, balance, alignment, and fluid checks in less than an hour! Fred deserves a raise! He is the reason I will go back!

I highly recommend Tires Plus in FWB. Excellent customer service, honest and fast work. I came in to fix a flat tire and they fit me in their busy schedule, did not try to swindle me, and were highly professional. I wish I had gotten their names because I was very impressed with how kind and helpful they were. Thank you, and we will be back if we ever have any other car issues.

Everytime I come here, everyone is amazing. The GM *think his name is James* runs this place perfectly and his customer service and work ethic is top notch.

My dad just got off the phone with the store manager, Garrick. I have never, NEVER heard someone go in depth on answers the way Mr.Garrick did. He knows his stuff and not only that, he kept it truthful with us. My dad had at least 6 questions maybe more. The call lasted 12 mins. Amazing customer service!!

Ignorent mechanic cant even remove a spare tire cover

So went to other tire shops in the area and Tires plus was great. Bought after market rims and was able to find the right tires and lug nuts for them. Drove around to find lug nuts and James who ran the front desk was able to get it in for me on a Sunday (most shops were closed or didnt have any). Would definitely recommend this place anyone.

Recommended by locals In the area because we had a flat. Went there to see if it could be repaired (we already had the spare on vehicle). Took it inside, came in lobby said no and did not even offer to help roll out and lift back in vehicle. I wish I could share a picture because they SCRATCHED rim in THREE different places. I had tip in hand to give for his help but realized quickly why he disappeared so quickly

I have been a loyal customer to this Tires Plus location since about 2005. I also convinced my mom to become a loyal customer there a few years ago -- recommending them to her. A few months ago I bought 4 new tires there. This morning I needed to get a nail in one of my tires removed and to have it plugged. James, the manager there, told me that the cost would be a minimum of $35 to to look at and fix the tire. $35 for a 5 min repair??? AND I just recently bought 4 new tires from them?? Dont go here if you don’t want to be overcharged!! Also, they overcharged me on my last oil change there -- I was supposed to receive a discount because I drive for Uber but didnt get one. I just let that one go but I am finished with this shop now! Went to Pep Boys -- they plugged it for free! I would have been fine with a $10-$15 price -- but $35 is ridiculous! My mom wont be going there anymore either!

Everybody was nice and friendly over the phone and in person. Had a flat tire on the way to work yesterday morning, they were able to get me a tire the same day. Very happy customer and pleased overall. Clean building. Very spacious. It was my first visit but I will definitely be back.

Let me start by saying that up until now I have a had good service from this establishment. The store manager on duty today has made this place a no go zone for me. I was there to have 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced on wheels that I just recently had powder coated. The store manager informed me that they would not mount the tires due to the fact I had removed the stickers from the tires. The tires were obviously brand new with no signs of wear or prior mounting. I had this exact same service provided by Tires Plus less than a year ago with no problems. What made this experience even more annoying is that the store manager kept calling me boss man. I immediately went to OK Tire off of Racetrack Rd. with a much better experience. The Tires Plus store manager should be a better advocate for the business that employs him.

So here is my story. I had a check engine light come on and did a scan of my own. I took it down to Tires Plus and they found the same thing. They ordered the parts and gave me an appointment. 3 hours after it was in I got a call from them and they told me that something had gotten into my engine compartment, probably squirrels, and had eaten allot of wires. They could not give me a good estimate because every time they removed something they found more wires that were damaged. They then suggested I contact my insurance company. I would not have even thought about that. Well my insurance did cover it and after the truck had been down there 6 days with no adjuster showing up they offered to start calling the insurance company to found out what was going on. About the same time I was already in contact with the insurance company and they had forgotten to contact an adjuster. The crew down at Tires Plus was really understanding about my truck taking up space. When the adjuster finally made it down to Tire Plus he naturally tried to challenge the repairs. From what I could gather the guys there convinced the adjuster that they had repaired what needed to be repaired to prevent future problems. The entire crew there did a great job...Thank you!

Ive been using this store since 2001, always good, honest and helpful. Just today I had no appointment pulled up at 0730 with a leaking valve stem and they fit me in since it was a quick 10 min job no issue at all!!

I had a noise coming from a rear wheel and wanted it looked at before heading back to Franklin, TN. It was Sunday and Tires Plus was open. Im glad I chose them. Rod, the service mechanic was very thorough, methodical in his procedures, friendly, and he answered all my questions. The best part is that even though we never found the culprit, the noise disappeared! Keep up the good work Rod.

Used to be loyal customers until I sent my girlfriend there to get an oil change and they tried selling her an alignment and tires when her car is less than 2 years old. Told them we would get a second opinion and sure enough it didnt need a thing.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a tire store. They say they know it all but I do not agree with that. Careful is my advice if you want to try this store. Recommend some place else!

Excellent tire service when Sams Club and Walmart both gave me incorrect info. Then while we were there getting tire changed my son got sick and threw up. I offered to clean it up but they were so nice and they immediatley told me not to worry about it.

Have been a loyal customer for many years and I will tell you I will never give another cent to this location. If you want to waste your money, time and have unsafe tires then this is the place. Recently had 4 new tires nearly 500 dollars it cost and immediately one of the tires began to leak and the tires were so off balance i couldnt read my gps the car was shaking so bad. Worst customer service they never fixed the problem. Manager was literally slamming his clipboard and doors around. The lead tech guy is very rude and overly cocky without even knowing what he is talking about. Never again. UPDATE: they stole my factory valve stem caps too.

Garrett & Daniel of Tires Plus truly helped a damsel in distress. My Sequoia had 6 nails in it and could not be plugged due to their locations. They could not match the Costco Michelin tires. They changed my flat with my full size spare and pumped up the flat to use as a spare and so I could drive home and get a free Costco tire replacement. They would not accept money. A bad day turned great thanks to their kindness and extra mile service. I highly recommend them if you are visiting or live there. Thank you so much!!

Rod Taylor helped me at a time of urgency and helped me get in and out within an hour and a half. Was leaving Fort Walton to get back home to West Palm Beach, which was a long drive. Before the trip, I realized that my tire had a nail in it. He helped me get my tire patched up and out to make it to work the next day. Extremely thankful for people like Rod Taylor, and their sincere detail and helpfulness in their work.

Absolutely incredible group. They found an oil leak while changing my tires 1 day after having an oil change at Wal-Mart.Walmart used a tool that overtightened the oil filter.I was going to drive 4 hours west before they found and resolved this issue.Had they not been as thorough I could would have definitely broken down.Thanks Tires Plus you have my business for life. Oh and the tires are amazing quality.

I needed all new brake pads and rotors on my BMW, the first set they put on was squeaking a bit, they tore those off and replaced them completely new, those were still making noise, I brought it back in and they replaced them with BMW brakes/rotors, and it finally all came together with no noise. During this process (that no one could foresee) their customer service was impeccable, they rented me a car from enterprise to drive while mine was being worked on, and each and every time I left the shop they didnt even make me pay until I was satisfied. (I only paid one time for one set). they went above and beyond.

Dont be baited by good prices online. Plan on spending about $50 more than your online estimate. Some of the employees are quite nice; but, I didnt appreciate their high pressure sales tactics.

I advice everyone to stay away from Tires Plus and Bridgestone Tires!Their mechanic failed to test my battery! Had they ACTUALLY done their job, I would not be out $406.00!!! My battery was under warranty! Instead I had to have my vehicle towed to Ford and purchase a battery. ONCE THE BATTERY WAS IN, ALL ISSUES STOPPED!The Area Manager (from Tires Plus) Paul Brown, refuses to help at all and stands with the laziness of his employees! Pass the message along!

Dont not step foot into this place. Incompedence at its worst! First visit to inspect a thump and they balance the tires returning it with the same thump because they were too lazy to test drive it after. Two weeks later, second visit under new management... repeatedly stressed they needed to road force test it per THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS and I sit there for an hour and a half while they do a basic balance because they do not know how to read paperwork! New management obviously needs to learn to write a better schedule because they were understaffed, unloaded a truck instead of working on my vehicle (first in the door waiting on no one) Hire better employees.
