I had a suspected battery problem and I stopped in today. Kelvin at checkout immediately walked out to my vehicle with me and assessed the battery. He never tried to sell me, offered to charge it if that is what I wanted to try; but I knew how old it was and just opted to replace. Midway through the replacement he was called away and Victor stepped in immediately and finished the job. The whole process took well less than 30 minutes, including testing, selection and purchase, and both Kelvin and Victor clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Grateful to Kelvin and Victor and the team at AutoZone for my painless battery replacement and smooth-running van.

Guys are very helpful I got there a maybe 30 or 45 minutes before closing I had a headlight out and he helped me get it with no problems thats a good team there in Fort Washington

One of the best autozones I have been to. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful every single time I have been in.. I get advice and recommendations for tools or equipment to make my job easier.. I have actually gone in to buy more tools and items to try more repairs on my vehicle since I can do it easier.. I ended up changing all my brakes and rotors after they showed me how easy it was..

The staff at the Fort Washington branch is like having family helping you with every visit.

Great customer service a young man named Eric helped me and even installed my new battery. Eric quoted me a price over the phone greeted me when I walked in the store and did an amazing job installing my new battery. I was back on the road within minutes. Thank you Eric you were wonderful 😆

Ive only been to this location once. But, the customer service I received was exceptional. There is one employee, who really deserves a shout out, for his awesome customer service! My check engine light came on and I went to AutoZone and they swiftly told me what caused the light to come on. Ive been to many places where it will take them forever to come check because the service is free but these guys are on an extremely fast

Went to help friend get wipers and car charger for her/our phones... (just came back from having a procedure for my back, she has no idea what to ask for). So a nice woman at the counter, we asked for help getting what she needed, she walked her over there to look (my friend has no idea about these things, at all ). I watched my friend looked confused, she didnt know which one to pick (I always pick mid range for myself). Anyway her total seemed high to me. After getting everything, asked if the stores employee put them on... She was not friendly about it, at all...looked like she couldnt appreciate that my friend is clueless when it comes to car.... Think they need to work on being a little friendly...it wasnt bad weather, not hot and no rain... I would go back and try again.....

Staff at the Fort Washington Autozone will not honor warranties on their own products. Duralast Gold Battery, 5 year warranty expires in December 2017 and I was asked if I had the physical receipt. Sticker on the battery said 12/12 . Thank goodness Advance auto parts opened a new location right down the street.

Some Auto Zones stand out due to their incredible customer service. Some stand out due to their terrible customer service. This Auto Zone falls into the latter category. During most of my visits to this store, there are on average 3-5 employees in the store. Maybe one of them will actually greet you or ask if you need assistance. The rest are inattentive and unconcerned. If you plan to frequent this store, plan to have some patience.

The manager of this store named Clinton has horrible customer service. If I could rate by employee he would be fired. An employee Maria went out of her way to help me. She actually helped me jump start my car and did not leave until my car started. In my opinion she should be the store manager. I give her 5 stars for customer service.

I went to Autozone to check out the engine light. I wish I was told I need a catalytic converter. After talking to some mechanics they said it was not necessary for me to have a catalytic converter and that the assessment that your employee did was not true.
