5 Stars for Finishing Touches. My 12 year old BMW was hit in a parking lot. Matt and the team did a thorough inspection and a great estimate. Elizabeth helped to insure the communication and paperwork between the shop and the insurance company flowed smoothly . The repairs were done on time and the car looks brand new. Mind you this is a twelve year old vehicle so marching paint is not so easy. Matt and the team matched the paint perfectly. Im an OCD gearhead. If a fly farts on my car, I instantly know it. Over the past twenty years weve brought our cars here, Matthew has always taken care of us. The stories I could tell would fill pages here. Take it from me, someone who grew up in the automotive world, that you will NEVER, EVER find a better paint and body shop in the world!

This place is FANTASTIC! They have repaired all of my cars over the past 10 years. It always looks like it is brand-new as if nothing ever happened. They are honest, nice, all around good people and they do great work!

The work done on my car was through an insurance claim. These folks are professional, courteous, and great to deal with. When I got my car back, it looked like I just bought it at the dealership. Final Touch pushes the envelope of excellence, and it shows!

These guys are amazing we have a bunch of kids and unfortunately had to use them quite a bit over the years. Ive never once had a single problem and they are so accommodating. Matthew knows his way around cars like Gordon Ramsey knows food. Thank you guys again for another great job.

A couple of years ago our new truck had a hit and run while in a storage facility. We are snowbirds and I had to leave the truck with an autobody shop while I was home in Canada. Finishing Touch was referred by our insurance company and they did such a great job. They were okay with keeping the truck until I could return to pick it up. The work was fantastic - they made a horrible situation bearable. I highly recommend them.

This is a second hand review but what you did was impressive nonetheless to me. Im a pool guy and out of happenstance one of my customers drove by and stopped happy as could be to tell me about your wonderful service. Yall took excellent care of her and her car. Shes a sweet little old lady and you just made her day you took care of her tail light and you were nicer than you had to be to her about it. Great people to work with. They explained the process with an insurance claim and exactly how they communicate with my insurance adjuster. They fixed my Highlander to new condition. No fun dealing with accidents, but they made it easy to get through.

These guys did an amazing job with the repairs to my truck. Their workmanship was outstanding. Can’t even tell my rear end was ever even hit. Matt and his employees were easy to work with and handled all the supplemental damage repairs with the insurance company. Will not hesitate to use this shop again in the future.

Definitely the best shop in the area . The bumper on my Fiesta ST they painted was outstanding it makes the factory paint look bad. Matt was awesome to deal with and I will be using Finishing Touch body shop again that’s for sure!

I cant say enough about The Finishing Touch body shop and its principal Matthew Tilden. I had just purchased a brand new Ferrari few weeks ago when I noticed my car was keyed after the first day of ownership. I was very upset and disappointed to see my new 488 spider with a deep scratch on the entire passenger side specially on the passenger door. I was given no option of repair but paint the passenger door. I hated the fact that I had to pain a new car. Upon doing some searching, The Finishing touch was highly recommended. Matthew confidently informed me he can fix it while I wait without any paint. Both Matthew and his experienced paint guy went to work. Their confidence and expertise resulted beautiful outcome in about 45 minutes and a fraction of the cost. They did a fantastic and flawless job and I appreciate both of them. I highly recommend The Finishing Touch and I will be a client for life.

These guys are great! They really helped us out of a jam when the rivet tool I was using to mount a roof rack on my new truck broke. Called Matthew, and he said we could drive right in that day and theyd use their air tool. Absolutely saved our day!

The single best body shop in the Phoenix area. Period. 40 years in business did not come by good luck and location alone. In fact their location in Fountain Hills is a little out there for some but clearly shows these guys are the pro of Pros.
