While on a road trip through Southern California in June I was involved in a car accident and needed to find a reliable, highly rated, and honest repair shop. I received numerous recommendations for Sember Motorsports Auto Body & Paint Repair so I brought my damaged 2015 BMW X5 for an estimate. I met with owner Mark for an estimate, he was very thorough, determined the necessary repairs, and explained what parts needed to be removed and replaced to facilitate the repair. Additionally, Mark was upfront with me explaining he doesn’t rush repairs because he wants to ensure the repairs are done properly with no shortcuts. The repair estimate was reasonable, parts/labor costs were clearly documented, and Mark provided the approximate duration for the repair (5 days). I was extremely pleased how the repair turned out, I could not tell the vehicle had been in an accident (paint match was excellent). I would highly recommend Sember Motorsports Auto Body & Paint if you are looking for a honest and quality auto body repair shop in Fountain Hills.

This is the second time using his business to fix my vehicles. I have been very happy with the level of professionalism and quality of work. He does what he promises. Highly recommend Mark and his company. I will use him again when needed and refer all my family and friends.

Mark, the owner of Sember Motorsport, answered the phone when I called. He was so helpful and friendly, and it was great to talk to the one pricing out the work. Then, when I came with my truck, even though my job was so small, Mark came out to look at it and said no job is too small. He gave me a great price to fix the clear coat, if we used the correct product. But, it turns out he could not paint on top of the clear coat we used, so instead, he told me how to fix it on my own and even gave me some wet/dry sandpaper. We will be recommending Sember Motorsports and using them in the future if the need arises. Thank you!

Mark was great to work with. I had a huge rock hit the top of my 2014 Beetle as I was driving down the Beeline Hwy. which made a huge dent on the hood of my car. I went to another repair shop and they wanted to charge me moreWhen I went to see Mark I was skeptical but he made me feel at ease and his price was about $125 less than the other shop. I also told him about my latch on my trunk wasnt working. He went above and beyond what any shop owner would do. He actually had the part shipped in from CA since it was not anywhere in AZ to be found. He drove up to the dealer picked it up and had my care completed that same day. Im sure if I took it to the dealer it would have cost me a lot more.Mark is definitely a fair and honest guy. Best body shop I have ever encountered! A rotted tree fell on my car at work and the property management declined covering my damage. I really wasnt happy about making a claim through my insurance so obtained several estimates for repairs. Quotes to do it perfectly cost between $3500-8200 and the car would be needed for up to two weeks! However Sember Motorsports was able to order a side mirror overnight and felt the dents could be bumped out and the car buffed to the point of being 90% better. All this for less than my $1000 deductible! I opted for this route and am so impressed with the results! The car looks exactly like it did before the tree fell on it - actually better since those pesky nicks on the side of my car from careless people opening their car doors in parking lots have vanished (at least for now). Not only was the work done extraordinarily well, but was done so quickly.I also agree with another reviewer about her concerns in general about repair shops taking advantage of naive customers. I am a 50 yr old female and am always skeptical of going into any facility dealing with cars - repairs, maintenance, sales etc. I did NOT get this impression at all with Sember Motorsports. Mark made me feel very comfortable. He was empathetic and ethical. He discussed all options for repair and helped me work through my decision. He was not pushy in any way. He believes in personal care and investment and goes out of his way to help. He even offered rides to/from work! I highly recommend Sember Motorsports and will definitely use them in the future if something happens to my car again.

Mark is awesome!I went in needing a protective scrape plate installed on the bottom of my new Porsche 911 GTS. It’s a small job but I had no way of getting underneath the car to do it properly. Mark treated my car like it was his own and only charged me about a half hours labor. As a woman I am tired of going to places and apparently having sucker written across my forehead. Mark was completely up-front and transparent in his dealings. Its an extreme pleasure to deal with a professional.Mark offered me three different options for dealing with the body work needed, along with the PROs and CONs of each, while other firms only provided a single option.Mark was busy so we arranged a time for me to bring my car in. He was done within 24 hours. 3 weeks out, no problems. Im a very satisfied customer!

When Mark came out look at the damage to my rear door, without my asking, he spent some time fixing the latch on the front door. Only after he had done that, did we discuss the large dent on the door. He didn’t charge for the latch.
