The pharmacy never answers the phone. Spent 3 hours total on hold over 4 days. Went into pharmacy in person while still on hold. Went to finally pick up blood pressure meds when ready 5 days later. Had a simple question on insurance during purchase. Pharm tech put my order aside and started helping another customer. I asked that they run the transaction anyway as I was on a schedule. Pharmacist came to run my credit card and asked if I had any questions. I asked why the service provided seemed so incompetent. Pharmacist said they were busy. I said my time is no more or less important than theirs or anyone else in line. She then went total snowflake and accused me of harassing her. I said “ you asked me if I had any questions” I asked a question.I was calm, and polite the entire time. Criticism is not harassment. Switching pharmacy even though this is across the street. Visit was on 10/3/2021 at 11:02-11-15 a.m ( they also technically opened late) Will be following up with corporate

I have been coming to this Rite-Aid store for about 5 years now and have always found it to be clean and well-stocked. I haven’t encountered rudeness or any problems. In fact, my wife and I recently went there to get our flu shots because of my past positive experiences there. We usually get them elsewhere but this year we opted for this store. We were well-attended and the young woman who gave us the shots was nice and professional. They also have Amazon lockers so have been getting things delivered there instead of home to avoid theft. They always have sales on spirits too so worth checking out - especially in time for Halloween. Oops, wrong spirits...

I have been a customer at this store for over 25 years. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and kind. Robyn in the pharmacy goes out of her way to help and be supportive when my familys health is struggling. This store is a great part of my neighborhood.

Labor day, 9/7.20, they were closing earlier at 9pm. Understandable, until they let the guy in front of me go in. Lol ok

Gary the cashier had such a bad attitude. No sense of generosity whatsoever. We were buying a bottle of wine and he rudely asked for our IDs. While scanning our items he tossed them back on the table and tossed the basket from a ways away and was talking to another person the whole time.We were originally waiting in line with another cashier who had dark hair and glasses. He was being rude to the customers in front of us because they didnt understand a coupon.Not a good choice of employees.

The old man on the register is racist!! Telling me my transaction didnt work because Im sending money to Jordan!!
