Efficient, kind, friendly and really cares that your package gets to its proper destination as quickly as possible! When youre sending internationally this is what really counts. I totally trust them with my packages. Tatiana is the best, you can count on her 100%.

I called to ask if they do livescan here, the lady on the phone told me that they did and last call to arrive was 5pm. I arrived at 4:40pm and the lady behind the counter said last call was 4:30 so she wouldnt help me despite no other customers in the store. She said they open tomorrow but I needed this today, I called to make sure Id be able to come and now its too late to make it to the other place I couldve gone that REALLY has a last call of 5pm instead of this place that closes at 5:30pm but wont help you after 4:30pm

If I could give 0 star I would have, its not my fault my hands arent freaking normal but thanks Tatiana for reminding me of how it doesnt matter how much lotion I use they will end up the same within 10 minutes and on top of that you want to charge 2 dollars for a little bit of lotion u needed to give mebut again thanks for the reminder abnormality that my hands are.......A response to the owner I TOLD YOU I USED LOTION BEFORE I GOT THERE BUT IT DOESNT STICK TO MY HAND BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY ARE.

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, and that guy has great customer service! Help me with exactly what I needed help with, was able to help another customer quickly, with a smile on his face and asked if there was anything else I needed. Definitely worth checking out!

Mail Shipping Etc. has been very helpful. They notify me by email whenever I get a package, and hold my packages for me while I am away on extended travel. They are also very thorough in tracking and recording deliveries.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Don’t expect an honest and good service from this business! I rented a mailbox here 6 months ago and when it was time for renewal, the owner demanded double the rate to $40 a month for a small box! What a rip off!Also, i have had missing packages, boxes that were tampered with, lost or destroyed. Also, the female owner takes time off in the middle of the day to do her real estate side job, and makes a habit of leaving before closing time.By the way, the good rating for this business came from the owner herself, Tatiana Veres rating her own store!

DO NOT OPEN a P.O. box here!!!! Tatiana, the owner will jack up renewal fees when up for renewal! I opened my P.O. box and now she wanted me to pay an extra $5 a month because she thinks I am stuck here...Way too expensive for monthly rental fee. Taking my business elsewhere.Also, service here really sucks and not reliable, they are never on time to open and too quick to close before posted closing time.NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Worst customer service!!!! I called and they put me on hold, and hung up. I called again and said the call got disconnected and they said YES what is it that you want word by word. I said live scan and asked if I need to prepare anything and they said the request form and ID. I said where do I get the request form and they said hang on, put me on hold for minutes, and hung up on me again. I called for the third time and they picked up, said live scan request is the thing you get from whoevers requesting and hung up on me right away. Seriously? I cant believe this. Not getting my business.
